Отношение к клиентам отвратительное. Писала на вайбер, хотела записаться на приём к онкологу. От администратора элементарного приветствия даже не было! Когда я поинтересовалась свободным временем они не стали отвечать. Считаю, что в сфере платных (не дешевых) услуг, такое обращение неприемлемо. Обращусь в другой центр и другим советую.

Просто сбор денег. Помимо самой процедуры нужно оплатить консультацию. Ок, нет вопросов! Но!!! Консультации не было. На сайте данный специалист заявлен как врач-косметолог, дерматовенеролог, но ни на один мой вопрос я не получила ответ!!!! Очень неприятно. Да и сама процедура прошла не аккуратно. Абсолютно не советую!

Ужасный центр.Обслуживание пациентов на низком уровне. Были записаны на 18-10, попали на приём в 18-30,когда зашли на приём к косметологу, ВРАЧ С НЕДОВОЛЬНЫМ лицом встретила.,не о смотрела ребёнка нормально,. И это учитывая, что этот центр частный

Ни за что и никогда не делать там вмешательства ,случайно увидела что можно писать отзывы. Пять лет назад ,когда планировала делать там операцию, к сожалению ,ни один отзыв не попался мне на глаза. Не экономьте время и средства, лучше в Минск!

Then the doctor connected the equipment for a few more minutes. There were also no comments from the doctor about postponing the appointment, everything is happening as if in the order of things. Why is this happening? All these “little things” create an impression of the center.

В этой клинике делала блефаропластику. Результатом очень, очень довольна!! Хочу выразить благодарность коллективу клиники, в особенности врачу хирургу Петрикевичу Дмитрию Николаевичу Все, от знакомства с клиникой и врачом, до операции и послеоперационного ухода, все на высоком уровне. Консультации доктора исчерпывающие, не остается после них ощущения недосказанности и недопонимания. Благодарю анестозиолога Мартинкевича Александра Чеславовича, как я вошла в состояние наркоза для меня до сих пор загадка ☺. Прям, как спящая красавица. Спасибо. Благодарю также медсестёр. Посещаю центр красоты и здоровья регулярно (лазерная удаление волос на аппарате Deka Moveo). Процедура эффективна, главное проходить курс по графику и не пропускать сеансы. Специалист внимательный, деликатный и выполняет свою работу на отлично. Ресепшн (советская регистратура) хромает и портит впечатление, уровень сервиса не дотягивает до спецов, которые там работают. Не мешало бы поставить бойлер с питьевой водой, тк периодически нужно ждать, несмотря на наличие записи. Тем более была свидетелем неприятного инцидента, когда женщине понадобилась питьевая вода для маленького ребёнка, а ей предложили набрать воды в туалете...

Ужасное место, регистратура в ПЛАТНОЙ КЛИНИКЕ пьет чай и общается на личные темы. От врача никакой поддержки и вопросы "почему ты дёргаешься" хотя при удалении лазером папилломы не сделал заморозку! Было очень неприятно общаться со всем персоналом и болезненно удалять. Потраченных денег ЖАЛЬ!

And this was a second after I opened the door to the office!!! Right away, “I can’t look at my nasolabial lips”! And this despite the fact that I don’t have them)))) I was shocked!

They took money for a doctor’s consultation when I needed to remove a papilloma, although I had a conclusion about the removal from other doctors at the clinic. I came, showed the piece of paper, and they removed the tumor. There was no consultation and I also didn’t have any questions to the doctor from the Beauty and Health Center

The service is terrible. They charge money for a consultation, but there is no actual consultation. Doctor Kovalenko answers all questions reluctantly. They came with a specific problem and did not solve anything. It is not clear what the money was paid for.

I had moles removed and needed to send a cytology test. After 2 weeks, I asked to send the result, they sent a report that the doctor wrote on the day of removal. I ask for a photo and the result of the analysis, they ask “what does the result mean?” There are no questions about the doctor who did the removal; he did everything well. BUT there are questions about your registry and service! If a person ordered an analysis, please send and show the result. It would be great if we worked on the quality of service and maintenance and streamlined this process.

Naturally, the inflammation did not go away. We were forced to see a doctor in another center. I don't recommend it
