До каких пор, поциэнты будут так мучаться или вы хотите, что бы мы пожаловались обылздрав, так не проблема!!! Пересмотрите выдачу талонов!!!

«После посещения Городской детской поликлиники №2 очень захотелось оставить свой положительный отзыв. Мой ребенок проходил плановый ежегодный осмотр. Была приятно удивлена, что регистратура практически при входе, где специалисты с удовольствием расскажут и дотошно обьяснят куда подняться, свернуть и повернуть голову (что не мало важно приезжим в Гродно совсем недавно допустим с того же Слонима!!), а рядом и обалденный, просторный лифт, не требуется проходить через всю поликлинику. Удобное оборудование для парковки колясок и велосипедов у самого входа в здание! В самой поликлинике стало намного уютнее не только для детей и родителей, но и бабушек, которые часто помогают родителям "в походах" к врачам детским, на стене у аптеки добрый доктор просто заряжает положительными эмоциями. Везде очень чисто, не смотря, что "без отрыва от производства" идет окультуривание и облагораживание помещений. Ведь такому заведению простаивать ну ни как нельзя!!! И все, кто сетует на шум шам и пыль-флаг в руки и барабан на шею!! Им же нет дела до того, что это все не один год выбивалось и просилось главврачом поликлиники Тюлькиной Жанной Петровной(великий ей поклон!!) у верхов, и что это далеко не "с барского плеча" выделено!!! P.S. заглянуть бы в квартиры тех "чистоплюй-критиканток и провести пальчиком по комоду...", ведь не зря в поговорках говориться, про бревно в глазу и т.д...А про стены увешанные плакатами, саннбеллютнями, брашюрками я уже говорила? Не охота читать, так хоть детей отвлечь от стенолизания и соплежевания, пока мамани в вайберах висят или грязь и свое плохое настроение в отзывы отставляют прям под дверью врача-специалиста. Ведь никто ж не спросит у него, ввалившись в кабинет, а голову от бумажек человек поднимал или хотя бы поднимался ли врач со стула...Никто! Все бесчеловечные, " сухие, мокрые мымры" смотрят только себя.(отвлеклась что-то..) Да, старые стулья на некоторых этажах, но нет ремонта-плохо, идет ремонт и просят же двери и обьявление кричит ..."приносим извинение за предоставленные неудобства"!! Нет же. Мало им все, тем обозленным мамашам, у кого неудачный брак или с мужем в загсе подставили!! Поликлиника то причем в накопившейся в вас желчи до корней волос?? Меня не может не радовать, что поликлиника, в которой лечатся наши дети, стремится создать комфортные условия для своих пациентов и не боится внедрять новое в свою работу. Хочу поблагодарить администрацию поликлиники за четко и хорошо организованную работу. Четкая информация на столе справок, доступная запись ко всем специалистам. Если возникают какие-то несостыковки, сотрудники стола справок стараются их разрешить, тут же связавшись с доктором по телефону. Радует наличие многих специалистов. Карту для поступления в школу удалось оформить за неделю! Огорчает то, что люди, пишущие негативные отзывы, не называют себя. Ругая врачей, они оставляют за собой право к этим врачам обращаться за помощью без зазрения совести.

Врач эндокринолог гуляет где-то 17 мин(перерыв ещё далеко), а её ждут люди. Медсестра говорит, что у врача спросите где она ходит, видишь ли на звонки медсестры врач не отвечает.

По 2 часа сижу на телефоне чтоб записать ребёнка к врачу, и 0 толку, наймите персонала больше для телефонных звонком у вас работают люди не квалифицированные. Не понятная контора, по 2 часа ждать очередь в 5 человек, когда робот тебе говорит примерно 5 минут.... Терпения нет уже.
