Let
me
start
with
the
fact
that
the
price-quality
ratio
of
the
services
provided
leaves
much
to
be
desired.
It’s
good
that
we
managed
to
get
in
at
a
discount
price,
so
we
don’t
really
regret
spending
the
money.
We
visited
2
times.
The
first
time
left
a
dubious
impression.
They
came,
sat
down.
Children
were
running
around,
screaming,
sprinkled
with
salt.
No
music,
no
TV.
I
asked
the
girl
at
the
cash
register
turn
on
something.
In
such
a
situation,
it
would
be
ideal
to
include
the
sound
of
the
sea
in
the
background
or
something
like
that.
They
answered
me,
verbatim:
“Mothers
are
against
cartoons
on
TV,”
when
I
asked
about
a
possible
alternative,
they
answered
that
there
is
none.
But
However,
barely
perceptible
music
was
turned
on.
The
next
day
we
arrived,
and
the
door
to
the
room
was
already
closed.
Having
paid,
we
began
to
wait
5
hours,
because
we
thought
that
the
previous
session
had
not
yet
ended.
It
turned
out
that
it
had
started
earlier,
although
we
were
not
even
informed
upon
arrival.
Apparently,
someone
was
in
a
hurry
to
get
home.
This
time
they
turned
on
everything:
music
and
TV.
We
finished
the
show
early,
we
decided
to
sit
out
the
remaining
couple
of
minutes,
but
the
employee
who
came
in
was
indignant:
“Why
are
you
sitting
here??”
We
tried
to
explain
what
they
had
The
clock
was
ticking
incorrectly,
and
that
she
had
already
started
earlier,
and
that
we
were
leaving
now,
to
which
she
began
to
absolutely
unceremoniously
convince
us
that
we
were
late.
I
won’t
write
the
whole
skirmish.
I’ll
just
say
that
the
lady
at
the
checkout
with
her
behavior,
phrases
and
by
interfering
in
our
personal
conversations,
she
discouraged
any
desire
to
return
there.
A
woman
was
present
at
the
session
who
told
us
that
she
had
already
written
a
complaint
against
her.
In
our
conversations
with
her,
we
never
raised
our
voices,
never
insulted
her,
but
the
lady
was
determined
-
the
last
word
should
be
hers.
She
did
not
stop
talking,
even
when
we
were
talking
to
each
other,
not
paying
attention
to
her.
After
All
in
all,
she
also
concluded
that
we
had
unleashed
all
the
dogs
on
her!
I
am,
to
put
it
mildly,
in
shock.
Perhaps
we
would
have
returned
there,
but
only
with
a
different
employee.
You
pay
money
to
improve
your
health
and
relax,
but
this
place
spoils
your
mood
.
To
summarize,
I
would
like
to
say
that
the
complaint
is
not
primarily
about
the
room,
but
about
the
staff,
whose
culture
and
competence
leave
much
to
be
desired...
