Actually came for their vegan food, but their policy is minimum order of one drink or one book per person. Food was great, French hot chocolate was luscious. Rustic ambiance with some cultural books and magazines to read. Overall it was a treat!

A low-key professional coffee shop. You can enjoy their high quality coffee in a serene environment. You might want to reserve a table prior to your visit since they only offer a few sittings

A plant-based gem in the city center of hsinchu, focuses on using organic, local ingredients. Cozy space, friendly service and yummy eats! Offers gluten-free options that are clearly marked on the menu. Uses Oatly(not gluten-free, celiacs be noted) in their lattes.

Love this little gem!! The only vegan cafe option in Hsinchu so far!!!! They also have various concerts and events. You can find detailed information via their Facebook and Instagram.

The owner has good knowledge in coffee which I really enjoyed discussing. This reflects in the coffee they make. Their hummus dish with the local bread; It's smooth, creamy, and a bit sour just the way it should be. There are many more things to try and there is always an option for a good chat with the owner that will keep on bringing me back. Edit: some photos. The affogato is surprisingly good with vegan ice cream.

The owners are friendly, warm people, and the work they put into Jiang Shan Yi Gai Suo really shows—the ambiance and the food and drink are faultless (great drink selection, food is tasty, fresh and healthy, desserts are satisying and not overly sweet). They host some really interesting performances and have an awesome book selection as well.

Cute comfy second floor packed with plants for chilling and working. Great vegan food and coffee. Supporting local artists and voicing social issues. Sells indie books and records. Special cafe/live house/art space tucked in the alleyway.

Cozy shop with art, beautiful plants and even live performances at times. We tried all of their light meal options and everything was delicious! I'll surely be back for more <3 The scones were my favorite and their coffee is the best I had in a very long time. The Kombucha was a real treat and the service very helpful. Thank you!!

Arty farty, great decor. Authentic vintage. Will be great if food has more variety, there were only 2 mains when we visited.
