Wait time was only minutes. The people, and there were many, who helped me were kind and knowledgeable. The one doing intake vitals was rushed, she barely touched thermometer at neck and said no fever. Had she done it well, staff I am sure would have treated the high fever as well, but was too ill to realize that fever was missed. They treated dehydration, headache pain, and checked lungs. Doctors, nurses and nurse practitioner ( who got extra blankets herself for me) all top notch. Really appreciate this staff!

Although, I was not feeling well, the staff ensured me they were going to take care of me. They did, and so much more!! The atmosphere was refreshing. So clean, and smelled good. I can't say how much I loved every member of the ER team that assisted in my care. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I'm sick, I will. Thank you Kettering health Huber!!!

Everyone was very friendly! I appreciated that the doctor stopped in at one point to say he hadn’t forgotten me. The only slight issue was when I did have a second episode of a higher heart rate it seemed to take a little time to respond and while no one was concerned about it, I was and it felt a little bit like my concern was brushed off. The doctor did explain later that there was no concern because my heart rhythm was perfectly fine but the rate was high. But overall it was a positive experience!

I had the best experience I have ever had with the issue I had. Dr. Theresa Marguerite Foreman was the absolute best I’ve ever dealt with. She was so caring and did everything she could to have me be as comfortable as possible and I had absolutely little to no pain when she had to do the procedure. This was the first time that I’ve had this experience and hope when if I have to have this done again she will be there. The nurse that was on duty working with her was just as amazing as her. Thank you for making it a great experience.

The nurses and doctors were well- experienced and courteous. I got great care from them. It's only been a day since I visited their ER, but I'm already feeling much better! That's because of the medicine they prescribed me. I'll always choose Kettering Health Huber. Thanks.

I have worked in the Medical Field most of my life in ER settings and outside. I have also been a patient and have had sub-par care. Here the staff from the waiting room to the the intake nurse, the nurse on staff, Dr.Martim were caring and amazing. Helping a very bad situation for me turn into I feel 1000% better. Thank you. You guys are the best!

Very professional and timely service, super good customer service, nurses and doctors are great. Recommend any one to consider for their health care needs. I been to emergency services and got out of there in literally 45 minutes with everything I needed to hill.

This E.R is well organized. All the personal was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't think of any negative things to Say about it. I would highly recommend Kettering health network to everyone.

Decided this location as they are close to home and had good ratings in line. I now know why. Every member of their staff I interacted with was amazing - so caring and kind. My diagnosis was explained in detail and what I should do after as well. Not that I want to spend time in an ER, but if needed I will not hesitate to return as I was treated so well. Thank you for making a difficult and painful time so much better!

My visit to the Emergency was wonderful. They were quick to get me signed in and into a room. I was in so much pain and they took every step they could to lessen my pain and make me comfortable. They assured me they would keep me as long as needed to figure out the problem and they did just that. The nurse I had was phenomenal, caring and diligent. She communicated with me and my sister about everything they were doing. I am so thankful for them, they potentially saved me from permanent damage to my throat.

For the first time in decades I had staff that was Super nice!! I even questioned myself; am I alive or just dreaming!!!! Good customer service does NOT exist these days, but the Huber ER staff and outpatient x-ray staff were great !!!! Thank you so much, keep up the good work.

Attentive personnel from beginning to end. Everyone kind, caring and professional. Fairly quick diagnosis, prescribed medications working well. This was my third visit to Kettering Huber Emergency in the last couple of years, remains my first choice of ER care.

Everybody there was just so caring sweet compassionate , I couldn’t ask for better bedside manner . But short stocked caused us to have to stay 7 long hours. My son needed a feeding tube changed and they did not have one, called several places to find one. Finally they found one and we were able to go home after 7 long hours. Very hard on my son who suffered a major stroke ! But would I go back, yes I surly would. I just hope they realize they need to keep all things needed in stock!

Kettering Health has been amazing these last few years! I credit the doctors at the main campus for saving my son’s life and whenever I go for services the team is always professional and caring. My experience at Huber Emergency was no different. The nurses and staff addressed my concerns as always and I left feeling I received great care!

Within 15 minutes upon arrival I was seen by the doctor for my back problem. Imaging was performed and prescriptions were provided. Overall the unannounced visit to urgent care took about 45 minutes, which is not bad. Staff was kind and courteous to me and tried their best to make me as comfortable as possible despite the pain I was in.

I was very surprised and thankful. They brought me in and I was seen within a very short time and then released to go home. The staff and nurses were exceptional. I appreciate everything they did for me.
