I waited almost 3 hrs to get my child shots. I told them I could reschedule but they said it shouldn't take long. I sat in the room waiting so long that another doctor poked in and asked if I was waiting for something. When a doc finally did come see my child I asked about a rash my baby has and she said "it could be a heat rash" that's it, and on top of that she wasn't even the one with the shots... I ended up just walking out (without shots)because the secretary was being very rude. I will never take my baby there again.

Receptionist was very unprofessional. I asked for a detailed copy of my initial office visit to present to my Aflac rep. The description was nothing near what I described in my initial visit. The dates were wrong. Nothing was transparent with what I described in my visit. I asked the receptionist to have my doctor call me to try and resolve the matter and she replied, it is not worth the doctors time to call you. You need to make an appointment to see her. I will be going to a new office from now on outside of providence medical group and buckeye family practice. They are more worried about billing their patients than taking care of their patients.

Dr hunter is who gave my child their shots. When I enrolled them in school, numerous people told me they had no record of their shots. They could see the appointments but didn't have shot records and I would have to do them all over. The risks associated with double vaccines is unknown. Luckily, I had given a copy of their shot records to the court and was able to recover them. I don't know how the doctors office wouldn't have them. It was their office on the papers but a woman followed me out into the parking lot after I yelled at them and told me the same thing happened to her. This is the real reason I stopped going there. Many years ago, the fact that he was arrested and charged with rape, I'm surprised anyone goes there anymore now. It'd be a cold day in hell before i kept a family doctor who had a record, let alone a rape record. Smh.

Never even made it to see a doctor. I called and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Then I hung up and called right back and it rang for a good 2 minutes before anyone picked up. The receptionist was super rude! I just needed strep throat medicine and she rudely said "The doctor will NOT prescribe any narcotics". I said "okayyyyyy. I'm not needing narcotics, just some strep meds". Find yourself a new receptionist.

The waiting area is not a pleasant place, but that would not be a huge issue if everything else was working properly. I did not used to have issues with Dr. Hunter, he has always been caring. However, in the last year or so he must have added too many patients to keep up with and he does not give proper attention to details or needs. In a couple of occasions I have had to correct situations (to include expensive testing and wrong medications). Also, whenever test results come back they do not get addressed or explored for possible connections - every test is dealt with on its own. Lastly, the staff is not professional or kind at all, in fact in many occasions I have received nasty attitude mostly from Ashley. Staff is definitely getting a zero stars from me. I will be going elsewhere!

I don’t review often, but I feel the star rating I see on here is far less than what they deserve. I’ve been seen by Hunter, Annie, and now Elissa there, and with each visit I have left feeling nothing but positivity about my experience there. It’s super comfortable and laid back, and literally ALL of the staff has been great to me each time. Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks

Victoria Is amazing. She always takes time with my children and myself. Even when she is busy she always listens and takes the time to to explain things. She is the best I've been to in years. I always know my health is her priority and she actually cares. If your looking for a great family practice this is it. Also the office staff will help in anyway they can as well. My son was very ill and got him in asap. I'm very thankful and happy Buckeye is my family practice and had been for over 5 plus years.
