Day by day the service is going worst. They are serving a good which is not cold but not hot also. I was regular customer here and felt day by day taste and service both are going down. Recently I had bisibele bath which was not hot and not cold kind of. Later after some days had pulav and again it's not hot. Last time I had buns but I didn't like it. Salt was leading the taste instead of sweet. Kurma and chatney both were not good. Instead of this Harsha fast food is far great in service and taste i feel. When the hotel was new treating customers and taste everything was good but not anymore. They have to improve.
