Half cooked chicken was served. Grilled chicken was not cooked properly, you can see it from the spice coating in the photos. Fried ones were also bad, remove the outer coating ..it will taste like boiled chicken.

This KFC outlet is very bad place having name KFC. Never have I ever been into a KFC which serves it's customers with such a bad service! The place was soo messy and dirty. You can see Chicken bones, ketchup wrappers can be seen everywhere on the floor. We ordered big8 bucket out of which smoky grilled was good but hot and crispy was horrible! I love popcorn chicken usually but here Even the popcorn chicken was soo bad! You'll forget the KFC's actual taste if you visit this place! If anyone related person is reading this please take this as a suggestion to improve the place!!!

Food is good as usual. They do have 2 ordering machine but you need to collect the bill from the counter again which is counter productive. Service could definitely improve. Overall this place is pretty good and spacious.

Have been visiting this outlet since it was opened. Was great when it was inaugurated, but now the Food is Good, Staff are okay but need to put in more effort towards making the patrons feel welcomed. Good place to satisfy your cravings for fried chicken. This place has good lighting and seating arrangement and is also clean and Hygienic. Don't expect the food variety and customer experience of KFCs from Metro cities. I would rate this KFC Outlet Above Average.

Good place to satisfy your cravings for fried chicken. Seating arrangement and decoration were nice. Ample amount of seating space is there. Even during rush hour there will be no difficulty in seating. Service is quick. While placing our order the staff made an error and while taking the delivery we pointed that out. Although they didn't provide any new bill, they adjusted the payment on pen and paper. Overall satisfied with their service. Taste is as always finger lickingly delicious.

The outlet manager doesn't know how to manage the staff and maintain the hygiene standards. The staff doesn't wear any gloves, frequently touches their mobile phones, during Covid times not wearing the mask properly. Unhygienic and stinky toilets.

Food quality was superb. Only large bucket and smoky chicken is an issue in this outlet because it remain unavailable most of the time. Rest all is very delicious and pleasant.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a small order and also observed that other customers after placing order were waiting to be served , if ordered item is taking time then the same should be informed before billing

They have to improve their food quality and the staffs are not friendly they will not interact properly with the customers.

The service was worst than any other KFC visited till now. Had to wait for half and hour for a single meal. Rude and no enough knowledge by the employers.

They stopped serving burgers for Rs 99/- always the staff recommended for a classic ginger burger. But they still show 99/- burgers in the display menu.

Just few hours back I visited KFC in Oasis Mall in Gokul road Hubli, where I paid 1000 for the order of 680/- but not got the amount back. I want store manager to check and revert. When I called to customer care I got bad response by Mr Devendra.

When I take big bucket they always give less number of pieces or replacing the big pieces like leg piece by the smaller one like strips ........worst workers

The chicken chizza was not at all good no seasoning no salt tasteless, the crispy chicken and spicy chicken was really very good , mainly went for chicken chizza but it was not at all good .

It's decent but it doesn't feel like a KFC in terms of cleanliness or ambience. Needs a revamp. Washroom was also not very clean.

I asked for highchair for my baby .. 1st of all no one was giving a second to answer n then one said yea it's there .. it was sooooo dirty when asked to cleaned up no one even came .. I had to clean myself.. even after wiping it 3 times with sanitizer and wet wipes it still wasn't clean enough .. seriously.. at this time u would expect cleaning would be on point tht too highchair.. so freaking disappointing never eating there again ever..

Items here are very expensive than other KFC restaurants. Also very less menu available. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.. Hated it!

The restaurant is good and the food was also nice. KFC is popular for its chicken and that is very true. Veg burger - 72(including tax), chicken nuggets - 120 small(including tax). The deserts are also good. But it is costly than mc Donald's and burger King.

A typical KFC restaurant. Spacious and Hygienic. Good ambience. But the staff needs to put some effort in dealing with the customers. Not surprisingly, the masks are being worn by the staff and most of the customers over the chin which is a common sight in India. Some important step needs to be taken regarding that. Thanks!

I had ordered Classic burger , I don't know it was chicken or the oil , the chicken was smelling , I informed the team they gave me a different one even that was the same . He told he would check with his manager .But never came back . I have been eating kfc since many years but never experienced such. We had loose motions the same day,please taste the food also check the oil quality before you fry them. Also when ever your having burger at the store please wrap the paper and provide box . I have visited so many times , either wrap will be missing or straw or box . Please stop this cost saving at your store .
