🏩🪷Hotel Naveen🪷🏩 First time I have visited Hubli location and one of my friend suggested Naveen Hotel. This hotel is situated at the border of the town, outside town's noisiness. My first impression was really awesome before even entering into hotel building. The reason behind this is, hotel premises i just awed me, as situated by the lake and very very big field along with swimming pool. Reception is too large. Rooms are good enough for the amount I paid, having one small balcony attached with every room. This is really good. Room is having all the required amenities, though I have taken lower category room. Bathroom is really big sized. Food is having good taste, most importantly the delivery time is really low. Lake side hotel. The big lawn is very specious. Only one thing I don't like is room basic supplies. Like body lotion, dental kit. Only shampoo n soap were available.

A good property indeed spread in 8 acres. Rooms are spacious and lake view. Rooms Balcony face towards lake side. Bathroom are quiet spacious and big. Staff are very kind and prompt service. Breakfast spread is quiet good. Recommend to travel with family, friends, corporate and all age group can enjoy a day in the property. Swimming pool is quite big. Hotel has a vintage vibe. Beautiful and elegant. Location of the hotel is top notch. Staff are so helpful and courteous right from the guard at the gate. Special mention for Mala and Asha who served us breakfast, thank you so much girls! All we wanted was a peaceful stay and this was the best hotel we could have opted. View is breathtaking, we enjoyed evening sun set, played lawn tennis and enjoyed the pool. Definitely come back here again when in Hubli. 🩷

The rooms are clean, it has balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. I vast very happy to see no plastic bottles in the room and clean wayer in glass bottles. Restaurant serves great food. Morning breakfast has an excellent spread.

Stayed during May 2022. Spacious Rooms, Courteous Reception and Housekeeping Staff. Balcony door couldn't be locked from inside, however housekeeping was prompt in arranging to lock and unlock the balcony door when requested. One star is due to the Absolutely Impolite, Rude Manager at the Restaurant who had no courtesy and ethics while talking to Guests. The Dinner Buffet Spread was very inadequate with no live counter. There was hardly anything for the Kids in the Buffet Spread. Request for a simple Egg Omelette for the Kids was crudely rejected by the Manager ( with the advise to his staff member in their mother tongue Bengali that everbody else might start demanding Egg omelette - the Manager assumed that I wouldn't be understanding his mother tongue. ). Have been to several hotels where they go out of the way to make the Guests comfortable. Here was a manger who didn't even for a second think that a child would remain hungry at night. Wouldn't consider a second stay at the hotel just due to that one Rude Restaurant Manager.

Hotel Naveen has one of the most beautiful views in all of Hubli. The customer service is good too. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The balcony was a bit dirty. If the management can take note of these little things, the hotel could be the best. Food was nice.

Great hotel in Hubli. The room is exactly like they are in the pictures and offers a good mattress, an electric kettle, a spacious, clean bathroom, a dryer, toiletries, a full length mirror, a mini refrigerator, a closet with a locker, a study desk, a TV, a coffee table and a one seater. We had a room with a balcony and lake view. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Very modern and clean. Good restaurant and room . Very good service. We were taken to our room by Nisha who was very accommodating. Harshan delivered our luggage. We settled in for a restful afternoon with our balcony overlooking the lake. Would I stay here again? Yes, indeed!

The quality and the hospitality is excellent, staff is humble and active. Rooms are spacious and the view of unkal lake to start the morning is quite rejuvenating. And all this is too good for the price they offer and just feels right for the quality you get. All in all excellent experience for 4d/3N Talking about the restaurant. Their taste and cuisine options serve your tastebuds right and the portions serves your belly of hunger excellent.

Very good rooms. We stayed here for a day. Service is good and quick. Their in house restaurant food was one of the best I've tasted and reasonably priced. Location is a big plus as it is facing the lake. Nice place for photo shoots. Worth the stay in Hubli.

A classic Hotel which has been around for quiet sometime in hublis history and creating one along. The rooms are spacious so are the bathrooms and some wonderful site of the Lakeview from the attached balcony. The breakfast spreads are good and some different & appetizing too. The accommodations are a bit old and needs to be renovated, updated for it to be future ready too and for it to continue bracing Hubli history.

Had been here last month. Simply enjoyed stay in this hotel. Amazed with room size, its amenities. Very spacious hotel with ample parking space, lakeside garden with walking trail. Its in-house restaurant serves very delicious food.

Ambience is great taste is good it's moderate expensive... They have lounge bar which is non crowded.. they also have pool side dine in. And a restaurant ... They have Spacious lawn provided for marriage function which can take in huge crowd... They also have small banquet halls for smaller function... I had my anniversary celebrated here ina small private dining which requires prior bookings

A beautiful property, just by the lake side. You get to wake up to this beautiful view. Very well maintained. Very clean and tidy. Service was amazing, food was good. The attitude of each one, right from reception, room service, restaurant and even the security guards was very greeting. Totally recommended!

Lovely hotel for an overnight stay overlooking the hunkul lake. Bathroom is absolutely spacious and the room was clean & comfortable. We didn't opt for the breakfast as we had an early checkout. Ample car parking space available and many restaurants, shops are down the road if you'd like to pick up something from Hubli.

It's a decent place for lodging in hubballi. Situated near unkal Lake you get a beautiful view from your hotel rooms. Despite the traffic and City hassle you can still find some quite in this place. Buffet spread was decent, the live counter tasted nicer. The rooms were clean, clean linens, clean towels, etc. There were no room slippers and ironing facility in the room. Rooms aren't very congested and also has a balcony which I found to be a plus. They have a beautiful lakeside restaurant. My coffee took forever to come but I think overall the stay was comfortable and hassle free. I had booked via make my trip which gave me some discount as well

The room was very comfortable in every way. The maids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and in the reception (Mr. Manohar) was very friendly and also extremely helpful. The pool was true to the photographs upon the hotel's website, large , clean and beautiful , it was a great way to start the morning!! we were impressed by all of the staff within the hotel restaurant especially Mr. Manju, who is kind enough to server hot and tidy. I will certainly be staying Naveen Hotel, Hubli again!!

The hotel is located next to unkal lake with 15 acres campus. It's a very huge property with well maintained rooms & services. Good breakfast menu with quality food. The property is in par with 5 star hotels. The hotel is value for money, would definitely recommend to have a stay here

The ambiance was magnificent. We were completely satisfied and overjoyed with the service rendered by the hotel staff. The food served was delicious and savouring. We were totally comfortable. Our happiness was at the peak to witness the hotel and overall facilities provided. Most importantly a staff, named Sanath Chakraborty was very humble and kind in his service and was very sweet in his approach.

Courteous staff, they accommodated my request for a lakeside room & a complimentary airport drop. Food was average, the room certainly required better scrubbing & cleaning. Stay here for a night even if just for the ambience.

Recently we had a small get together of 30 people here. It is really a great place. It has a huge lawn and a scenic lake view. Really a great place to relax and hang out. Staff members are very cooperative. The banquet hall is decent and the ambience is good. It has a separate room to cater food and it seems better overall than its peers. But if you are very specific with food same as me then you should rethink about this place. We had the buffet and it had all the varieties of food but one major thing was missing and it was "TASTE". Yes, the food was very pale. Only one item we found good and that was salad. haha Overall it is a great place to hang out but do a rethink over the food.

Had booked for 2 nights on October 2nd and 3rd October 2021, based on the good reviews on google and tripadvisor. Had a family dinner on 2nd October. Booked a lake side table, but the lake side was not available as per the COVID guidlines (hotel cannot do any thing about it, but could have informed the same while booking) . The dinner was just about Ok, the paneer was stale, tomato basil soup was more of a tomato rasam and the Rasmali ordered for dessert was hard and rubbery, and the milk was like sugary water with no milk. Feedback to the chef was given in their feedback form. While checking in, the faucet at the comode was not working, and was told that while we finish dinner, will have that work! till now while i am writing this at 1:30pm on 3rd october, it was not rectified. The rooms were basic, bathroom towels were clean, but for sure they were a couple of years old. To top it all, we had called in at 11:30 today to book for the spa that they have inhouse, and they gave an appointment at 1:00pm and then immediately moved it to 1:15pm, assuring that the room and the therapist would be ready by then. Double confirmed it and they said - please come sharp at 1:15. Planned our other activities around that, and reached the spa at 1:15 sharp as advised. To our utter dismay, the spa front office person informed that there is a therapy going on, and it would take another 30min, and told the previous person came in late. Escalted to the duty manager, but it was of no use. The least that they could have done is call the room and communicate the delay. i doubt this hotel is eligible post covid for such great reviews for the resturant or the rooms or the spa!!

The kitchen team just does not seem to be understanding this. I could not believe my eyes when I found big garlic cloves instead of small pieces in my Burnt Garlic Vegetable fried rice. Also shocking was the entire 'Vegetable in Hot and Sour Garlic Sauce' was tasting bitter as they had put an over dose of Soy Sauce. The Vegetable fried rice had only beans in the name of Vegetable 2. The Wash basin was leaking and in spite of multiple calls, it was not fixed. We had to stay with a wet floor bathroom. 3. Wanted to have a chat about the above 2 items with Duty Manager while checking out, I was told 'Duty Manager is not yet on duty at 9:30 am', when I left a message with the entire front desk team for the Duty Manager to call me he never bothered to call indicates the attitude of the Hotel authorities or could be the arrogance

Great location in Hubli. Morning and evening view from Lakefront rooms and lawn is really great. The hotel needs to upgrade on the infrastructure. The toilet, electric outlets, main door are old fashioned and are in desperate need of upgrade. Staff are courteous and humble, but there needs better coordination among them. May be centralised software to help restaurant staff, main reception and room service remain in sync. Rooms can be better prepared before the guests arrive. In one of our rooms, landline was not working, lamps were not turning on, the toiletries were put in haste. I think due to 24 hours checkout policy, they are finding it a little difficult to manage everything. This hotel has everything to be a 5 star property, just need to take action of the above. Overall a pleasant stay!

Stayed Jan1st to Jan 2nd 2022. The good: 1. Complimentary snacks were a plus. Finger chips was well made. The bad: 1. No face towel in bathroom. 2. No floor mats anywhere, including outside bathroom. 3. See pics for bath issues. 4. Bellhop was not wearing mask. Intruded himself into the same lift as us during checkin into the room. A strict no-no during covid times. 5. Room delivery boy rings the bell and pushes the door open by himself: serious security concern. Why are there no self locking doors for the rooms?
