I am Patient of this hospital regularly... So I want to share my own experience of this hospital and their hospitality.... As it is very Bad in it's Hospitality... From The Receptionist to the higher educated Doctors... They really don't know how to be with Patients... To show Positivity to patients as well their family members... Extent level of Carelessness by Nurse,Doctors,Attenders.... Not all the Doctors.. But some of them like C.K.PATIL... etc.... So I request management to improve on this. Thank you.

In case of emergency don't step into this hospital Patient or the patient supports will get heartattack due to there negative thoughts to squeeze as much money you own and no recovery and ultimate towards destiny. A drop of water also u won't get in ICU for patient for 4-5 days. Think how patient can feel the pain

This is worst hospital anyone can visit. If you think this is your final destiny, then get admitted here. See the following points. 1. One of the doctor referred to get my mother admitted here with appendix issue. 2. We asked for single room due to COVID but denied saying no room and asked me admit my mother to Delax room in spite of having empty single room due to insurance, so that rob how much they want 3. Referred for ultra scanning though we had done a day before, then normal CT scan , again contrast CT scan. Before contrast CT scan, surgery was done. 4. Surgery planned Sunday and done surgery. Next day my mother got attack with stroke due to high BP though she was in ICU. 5. ICU was continued next 8 days but I was told initially only one day, when questioned no one answered just said god knows how this stroke happened 6. Insurance guys don’t come here, because you pay more insurance company will pay less. Hospital only decides which is covered which is not, later insurance company will pay accordingly. Whatever hospital decides something outside insurance, you to pay upfront though you admitted under insurance. 7. Insurance team is so ridiculous they don’t know anything except shouting on patients attender and give some stupid reason like I have to go home and prepare food for my husband 8. For small appendix operation, I end up with paying 240000 rupees with stroke as return gift 9. Ward and nurse Staff is no use. No one came to help when my mother wanted to sit in bed in spite of calling more than 10 times. 10. My mom walked and admitted into hospital and discharged with wheel chair half body no movement (big stroke) 11. Doctor consultation is 1500 Rs. per visit but they come with their own time Do not put your beloved into trouble by admitting here Guys, above is my experience and rest is up to you.

I usually do not give reviews but reviewing with the worst experience Worst hospital ever. No mercy Worst management and worst doctors. Very rude and disrespectful towards patient and their families. No hygiene & No bloody care towards the patient. Very much money minded staffs and management. Govt. hospitals are much better than these private hospitals.

Dr.Sangeetha Kalabhairav is excellent and very knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed my mother’s foot infection and treated effectively. Best part was - She followed up with us regularly and kept checking with my mother. A very relief for us that our mother is in safe and good hands.

The entire staff of the hospital from Insurance department to senior Doctors and nurses were very helpful. Even the maintenance staff kept the rooms very clean. All services were punctual and perfect. All procedures were explained in detail and also held by timely manner. Would recommend this hospital.

This is the good hospital.

Excellent service. Starting from cashless hospitalization claim until discharge and bill settlement it was smooth experience. Insurance TPA was the best that i have seen, they supported all thought my treatment until discharge. Billing section, nurse/sisters and wardboys were very supportive. Dr Ganesh Kini, Dr Aakarsh Kini, Dr Nadgouda and duty doctors provided excellent treatment.

If you ever want your loved ones to come back home safely with proper treatment then please never get admitted in this worst hospital. This hospital makes money by giving lot of unnecessary medicine to patient and it inturn make them very very weak. Also they do lot of unnecessary tests instead of treating for the main cause. I had admitted my mother for high continuous fever and she had pus formation in her left foot. From the day we admitted they stated searching the reason for fever instead of treating the pus formation first. They have ignored our main concern and just kept of doing tests and making her really really weak. On the day of discharge she got cough and they haven’t even done covid test / CT scan for covid confirmation before discharge. My mom had cough continuously after coming home for 4 days and then we consulted doctor at my native. They have suggested to get covid test done. She tested positive 😞 and we immediately admitted her to govt hospital because of lot of cough and she passed away after 2 days 😞😞 This hospital made her weak by giving hell lot of antibiotics and she don’t had resistance to fight back the virus. Please never ever visit this worst hospital if you want someone to be safe.

One of the best hospitals I have been, the doctors are amazing and they well experienced, I highly recommended dr C.K.PATIL The hospital is decent and affordable. I don’t know why people have written negative reviews regarding the staff THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND HUMBLE.

My mother was treated at the hospital by Dr. Sangeeta Kalabhairava, the diabetic foot surgeon at the hospital. We are extremely happy with the personalized care we received at the hospital by the surgeon. The doctor was very helpful and guided us very well in both pre and post op phases. The doctor was especially available at all hours in the post op recovery phase to clarify any doubts we had. I would recommend this hospital for diabetic foot wound patients to receive a good treatment.

One of the best hospital for maternity planning by Dr. Sangeeta madam, as compared to other hospitals. In the beginning we visited City clinic hospital had worst experience due to lack of knowledge or urgent making of dr.s and sisters .. . finally we found best doctor in Sushruta hospital during 2nd maternity planning... Infrastructure is ok ok but dr. Sangeeta madam has really good knowledge, patience, peacefully care their patients.

Very commercial hospital .. though hospital and doctor is acclaimed to be one of the greatest .. lack of humanity seen .. charged hefty fees refused to see patient after operation ... very rudely behaving staff .. poor hygiene .. very commercial .. plz don’t go this hospital .. Admitted second time for the same issue .. main doctor charged 5500 as his fees without seeing the paitient.. Now I have to admit my dad for 3rd time in other hospital after all this torture .. God may do justice to these commercial people I rather prefer to die than getting admitted to this hospital and doctor

I visited this hospital for a medical health check and it was nothing short of a harrowing experience. Think of this as a govt. hospital. It took me all day, 8am to 4pm just to get a blood test and a few scans. I get medical checkups every year and it does not take more than 2 hours. The hospital is super dirty, the attendants super rude, no covid protocols, a bathroom worse than the one in hubli cbt bus stand, and no respect for time or appointments. At the end of the day almost felt traumatized coming out of this hospital!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR MEDICAL CHECKUPS! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHWR OPTIONS IN HUBLI!!

Hospital infrastructure and hospitality needs improvement, behaviour of staff and other institution workers need changes , they have to be co operative with patient n patient relative’s. Everything doesn’t depends upon money but hospital looks like commercial in every aspect of services. But we visited specifically with Dr Sangeeta Kalabhairava madam advice , through out our hospital stay madam treated us very closely n took care for our dad to treat his diabetic foot gangrene. As per her advice n caring nature wound healed n feels good also. Thank u madam for everything u did for us 🙏 I hope hospital in future became cost effective 👍🏼

They're making tik tok and moj videos at hospital. all time thy are busy in mobile phones always on video calls chatting . there is one nurse her name is dina i saw she was making moj video and she is on video call They didn't concentrate on patient so needs to be replaced because it is dangerous for reputation of doctors as well as health safety of patients.

If you have medical insurance then this hospital is not for you ,rude & money minded staff, their main aim is to suck as much as money, they put you blind they won't provide the reports, if you ask any questions nurses won't tolerate that , when ever you ask about patient status they tell you to ask doctors and the doctor will come in their time no specific time till that you have wait leaving all the things no discharge counseling,how to take care of patients so overall this hospital for those who want to waste their time, energy and money especially incase of insurance.... I myself observed most of the people who are admitted felt same thing... I feel KIMS,SDM is way better than this. Please avoid if you are looking for meternity. Just writing in regards with doctor Raghavendra belgaonkar , he is the one of the best, brilliant and humble doctor. Mr. Dayanand who is coordinating , is so cooperative and understand patent relative needs. Only big drawback is expensive farma and rooms.

Its was really wonderful hospitality and treatment by Dr CK Patil sir and all the staff of hospital. Also all the process & procedures also very quick. Main important we felt like family kind atmosphere and very good treatment.

Giving two stars for the staff lady who's incharge of appointment even for already treated patients in that hospital! People have to reach out to staff in front desk to make appointment, if that step is only becoming a pain then credibility of hospital is at risk People have to adjust with these staff members only because the doctor is good and helpful, if staff improves their behaviour with people in need who are reaching out it would definitely add value to efforts of the doctor as well as the hospital in general... Again, Doctor is very good but staff who takes care of appointment is equally opposite...

However, administrative and security and janitor service is excellent. only two nurses are good. I saw them entering the log sheets with fake data. Supervisor lady doctor supervision is compromised. Incorrectly dosing Iv medicines by not adhering to recommendation of the visiting doctor. The group of nurses on first floor, old Sushrutha buliding needs to be replaced because it is dangerous for reputation of doctors as well as health safety of patients.

Hospital is ok ok, Labs are not up to standard, very high lab cost especially looking at service they offer, for Delivery it is good, if you register in 7-8th month pregnancy then its better.

Dr. Sangeetha Kalbhairav was suggested to me by doctor specialised in Diabetes, when she was on long leave and not available for in person consultation. My left leg was 4 months old then. Four surgeon s consultation did not help me, but with Dr. Sangeetha, I could see an end of it and could walk on my own. Her approach was very practical and easy to follow. Leg is a sensitive part of the body, without which life is useless. I would suggest her name, who is having leg problem due to diabetes.

Hygiene not maintained at all, very much dirty. No proper sterilization or usage of gloves and other protective covers is done. Beds for patients and even the treatment rooms are so dirty especially bathrooms are though so unclean. I feel that the hospital is very outdated and need to take stringent actions with the management etc.

Poor ownership. Please be aware of your belongings and your vehicle. The admin won’t take responsibility for anything. No CC TV camera will work and no admin personal will take responsibility.

From the time of insurance claim till the discharge time everything is perfect. Star Health insurance and the hospital staff was very quick in getting the approval. Admission process went on smoothly. The moment my daughter got admitted duty staff started their procedure without delay. Ayamma service was also very neat and clean with smiling face. Duty doctor and other nurses were kind and smiling and always ready to attend. Room was clean and neat, mopped twice a day. Very good experience with this hospital. Doctor Byakodi sir is expert in his field. He gave us the confidence to go ahead. Dr Ganesh Bellad is always supportive and anytime available for us. It is not first time I am visiting this hospital. I have consulted other doctors also here for our family members and all the doctors are good and experienced and they guide you in the right path.

Unnecessary high cost medicines n doctor charges in bill even if dey hav not visited hospital n no emergency treatment everything including small small things r oly provided after doctors permission n doctors give late response for everything. Dont visit hospital on Sundays dey jus keep u on antibiotics til doctor comes on Monday. Gud thing is billing is fast n gud for cashless no hickkhich. my sincere request is to guide or instruct in advance to Sister's or duty doc to provide medicine r any treatment in time else v need to wait to provide food to the patient untill v get green signal from them every time. Also pls have better treatment n doctors instead of round robin system n experimenting on patients
