Worst place not even hospital. If u have little concern for your dear ones don’t visit this so called hospital. My family friend was killed by this hospital doctors and nurses. She delivered baby normally and within 24 hours she was killed by the negligence of the doctors. She was perfectly healthy and just 31 and had 4 years kid. After the bill payment, doctors informed that they had an option to save her but they thought they could treat her normally. They killed her and also a mother of two innocent children. Very heart wrenching thing which I have seen.

My wife was pregnant. We had gone for delivery. We had to go through lot of problems. The nurses are not properly trained. The nurse didn't put drips properly. The doctor came and then corrected. By that time already 3 hours was wasted and my wife was in lot of pain. After delivery the nurses proved to be very horribly irresponsible and lazy. Even when we had cases of emergency the nurses will not turn up to check the baby. We had to run behind them multiple times and pay money then only they will turn up. They gave us a big bill for 3 days Without proper details/breakup. No proper bills were given for fees paid to doctor and medicines. No reports were given at the time of discharge.we have been asking them for reports multiple times. This is pure negligence and these kind of hospitals should be shut down. They are money minded people please don't go to such kind of hospitals and suffer.

Worst hospital with worst doctors who have no feeling to save the patient just keep on feeding medicine all the time and this doctor who also has a polyclinic is so irresponsible and careless. Just comes to check the patient obviously for which he will get the visiting charge. He also has two faces who tells different things to two different people. Balakrishna Teli is his name and he takes one's life very casually.

Cleanliness is good, Staff and doctors are skilled. That's it. The place lacks professional and modern approach. Prescription is still given in a scribbled note. There are no call bells in the pvt rooms. There's no simple spring mechanism for keeping the doors closed. Every time the wind blows, the doors go on banging. The staff doesn't allow you to latch the door for service reasons. The banging doors keep the patients awake and hamper the healing process. Discharge Summary is a piece of hand scribbled photocopy sheet that no one can read. On top of all of this, the billing counter doesn't accept Card payments! In 2022, you still need to carry cash to this place. Or transfer from the bank. At odd hours, you can't make bank transfers due to bank apps limitations. There's no UPI payment accepted either! So you are relegated to carrying cash for paying the bills here. I m writing this at 8 pm on a Friday. The ATMs don't dispense cash in lacs, the banks are closed and these chaps won't take a card payment. And i am expected to vacate the occupied room before the day ends.

Security & staff behaviour is too bad. They are behaving like nonsense . They don't know how to behave with patient's family. Even coconut is also not allowing to bring for patient. Staff told that to bring coconut water in plastic bag. Very bad rules are going on there. Cost effective Hospital.

Old hospital which used to have good doctors. Now it is a melting pot for every new doctor to start his practice. Treatment here depends on whether you get a good doctor that day or not!

Everything is good, Doctors and Nurses are very friendly and responsive. Two things has to be improved 1. Food has to be provided to the patients according to the disease. 2.when the file moves to the discharge billing the patient has to be taken care by the nurses until the last minute of discharge.felt bad because when the discharge was announced for rest 5 hours none of the nurses came to the room. because it is the hospital responsibility till the patient go outside of the hospital.

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my 30years life. For fever patient they admitted at 9am,and telling that may be carona. After admission nurse came and took blood sample for test, i don't know who suggested to that nurse for blood test. At12.30pm when we enquired we came to know that physician is out of state. At 1.30pm gynic came and lecturing that doctors can not sit in front of you. And we cont tell which viral fever it is. To know which fever it will take minimum 48hours .after listening of that gynic words. I left from the hospital by paying full amount .1star also waste for this hospital

No star to this hospital but no option for me,,,This is not a hospital but a place to dye with a bunch of unprofessional doctors and it's bunch of support staff, I recommend not to even enter the gate of this hospital if you want your dear once to live at least a few days, to point out few things of this hospital. 1) They should rename this hospital as Avivekanand deadly hospital, this hospital has no right to use this geat philosopher's name 2) This deadly area is running with good bunch of unprofessional doctors and support staff(I do not see any qualities of doctors /or with staff nurses in them) 3) This deadly area is a money minting area in every steps of area. 4) This area doesn't have a professional doctors, they outsource cheap unknown so called doctors 5) ICU on first floor-is a classic example on all points mentioned 6).Third floor- is a fish market- which is runnig with head of fool and it's fools team 7) I have lost my dear father here at Ist floor in ICU y-day this review is not written in frustration or after losing him here,but with the experience I have observed from past 60days and to aware people who has limited knowledge about this area 8) you need to have enough cash only in this area to dye 9) Unprofessional front office staff- money-money is the only word you can hear in this area, no cards, no upi payment works here , they are in 1947 era 10). No 4wheel parking area and many more if I keep writing....... Hope users will think 100 times before entering this deadly area..

No response for cashless admissions , no follow up with insurance people, just sent one mail for preauthorisation and sitting for more than four days no follow up, very rude and aggressive behaviour with patient and their attenders, especially the TPA dept person named as Bharat. The concerned person always will be on leave or out of hospital, the only reply from Bharat is that We have not received any mail from the insurance party or we are waiting for the reply, this is going since past a week,

I am not talking about all the docters but some of the docters are very careless and the staaf is also rude. For them paitents are just the resourse of earning money think twice before you admit your patient

Good hospitality and good doctors, punctual working nurses No issues with working members . But 3 sharing and even 2 sharing ward rooms are conjugated in space. And it's bit difficult to patients and patients attender to stay in room and even there's no cupboards to keep things and belongings for patients , need to keep things on ground that's the main problem. Some times Securities were miss behaving with patient attenders , like how many times u go and come ! And still need to improve 5's in and around the hospital area. And need improvement in hospital canteen and it was not much hygienic feel so. Except these things every thing was Okay 👍 and friendly. Thank you 😊

Cleanliness, Doctors treatment/advice, are good. Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff. Waiting hall for ICU patient attenders needs to be improved.

Vivekanand General Hospital is one of the best charitable hospital in North karnataka, India. The Medical management has supported my family member who has recovered well, It's really happy to see my aunty health condition has improved a lot. Got admitted under Dr Veeranna mudhol, cz my 2 years old daughter wa la suffering from viral infection..Dr is really very good n excellent..Special rooms are way to small to accommodate, no cupboards to keep belongings, All the duty doctors , staff nurse, n house keeping staff are very good n kind... Over all it os a good hospital but room need improvisation. . .

I have admitted my father (age 84 yrs) in VGH, Hubli for prostrate enlargement operation under Dr. Ashwin Kulkarni. The operation was successful and my discharge in 3 days time. We liked facilities and services provided the team VGH. In one line I can say it's one best pvt hospital visited in all aspects and wish all of them with lots of thanks...

Experience was a good. Sister and ward boys are doing excellent service. One of your staff in 208 ward named Abhi (ward boy), is taking care of patients nicely anytime in the night I called him and he said he would be there to serve. but one upset is that the cleaning department is not cleaning properly on the corners and windows. And more big trouble is parking. Other than this good experience.

-It was a nice experience. The staffs were very helpful and there was a regular follow up by fellow trainee doctors. Clean and tidy, expect general ward to some extent. -Only 4stars, due to delay for commencing the operation. It costs us 3hrs of delay plus increasing anxiety, which inturn made patient waiting inside with saline on. I guess this was due to lack of communication gap between staff in OT and the doctor. Hope they will improve. -I suggest canteen food only for emergency. -Shadow, much needed for vehicles.

Good facilities provided. Doctors and Nurses are friendly. They take care of the patients properly. Explaining is in detail no matter it is Doctors or Nurses. Only area of concern would be keeping the toilets clean.

Worst care by the hospital staff, nurses or brothers don't have the courtesy to listen to the patients ailments. They only care about their experience and salaries, even commissions they or the hospital receives from other doctor references... It's not recommended to take any patient to this hospital even during the worst emergencies.

I m daughter of umesh barki we were admitted in hospital may1 in icu on day of 8/05/2023 they asked to bring blood of a+ve from icu we give in afternoon it self by evening when dialysis started nurse station in Gokul icu said we brought o+ve blood group but real thing they kept a+ve blood group in fridge nd they mistaken nd blamed us 2. The food given icu care taken to patient is careless now my dad ok home back but issue drs are good but nurse station in icu is not good we suffered a lot this condition should repeat everyone has emotions and feelings hopes that there parents come alive nd safe please do report this

Not happy with the "Staff". Especially the lady handling insurance stuff. She is not at all helping people. She just makes people wait for claim related issues and doesn't understand the other side of the process. There are lot of communication gaps when it comes to insurance claims (be it cashless or reimbursement). Otherwise, 5 star for the doctor ,cleanliness and other management processes. Excellent service by the doctor.

As per my advice to every patient. When you admitting to this hospital take others feedbacks regarding this hospital . There are certain things not at all good , 1st there is no parking space. 2. Prices for beds to costly even you can't imagine also 3. Doctors fees too costly and when you admitting they will tell you half of it for operation after that you need to pay twice of it. 4. Simply they will write medicines no use also and later we need to return it 5.Nurse are not available immediately when you need and you need to wait 20 minutes then they will come and attend 6. Based on choosing the bed,doctor visit fees will increase according to your choose , by chance you chosen high price room means you need to pay more. 7. Only good thing is they maintained cleanliness that's all one good thing. 8. In billing counter the people who will be sitting for query and cash collection not at all good, they even not explain you properly and they talk rashly with patient . 8. When you admitting to hospital based on your surgery they will collect advance from you it will be like half of the amount advance . That is also separately . One is for bed choose and second for operation . 9. Only good thing which I felt is they dint took more time to discharge.... But at last I would say when you admitting to this hospital you must have more money , don't think like less cost .

Good service. Very clean and hygeinic.And well professionally managed.I was in room number 510. Dr Pavan Katti explained about my illness in detail. Very impressive. All the staff members are very much committed. Small maintenance suggestion. There is leakage inwash basin tap in the room which may be attended to.

Staff and doctors overall good but its very expensive side

They do not accept card payements(Debit or Credit), the outlook of the hospital is of economical one, but dont be fooled by that treatment will cost you premium.

Service is good Admitted in MVD1 in this room the is no sun light source required facility for that maintainance dept need more proactive as we requested for another light till discharge not provided light

If you want your loved ones to have longevity, don't choose this hospital. Worst hospital with doctors waiting as bloody sharks. A healthy person gone in would come out as dead. I would request the management to cancel licence of balakrishna Teli. He is unfit to be a doctor. Doctors responsibility is to save life of people. But this person uses people as mere toy for his experiment. Patients life doesn't have any value here, just go on experimenting with medication, no matter if the patient is able to keep up with that medication. Again I would like to re-iterate, balakrishna Teli is good for noting, he is there to take patients life not to save them.

My mom was admitted in 212 three sharing roomThere is poor nursing management for 15 patients only one sister was available and discharge process was also very very slow it took 4 hours to get my patient discharged plz make your manager effective and responsible
