Spent more than 1000 bucks to get the Sunday evening fun at home but the pizza Hut spoiled the entire evening and evening mood. Signature grade pizza with no cheese and veggies lover pizza with no veggies. This can only happen in the pizza Hut hubli. I strongly recommend not to buy pizza from this pizzeria as it is well known to spoil the family evening along with the appetite by serving the fevicol roti without subji (veggies) even after paying hefty bill and taking the pain to pick up in this pandemic era. Even my son blatantly commented as fevicol roti. The contact no in the bill is not working and out of service. I hope this will close for the second time if it serve the pizza of this kind. I would like to rate it as zero but google won't allow to rate so. It is a disaster .. The just roti without the subji at dhaba are much better than the pizza Hut pizza. Pizza Hut spoiled my family evening of sunday by serving third class pizza. Shame on you pizza Hut..

Pizza hut used to be my favourite. But after today's visit i felt pity about the way it's being maintained. Tables were not clean. Even after about half an hour of my visit and wait for my food to arrive, no one bothered to clean the tables A/c was too noisy and was sounding like some diesel generator was on. The staff at the counter were not at all enthusiastic and it was feeling as though they were forcibly made to work here.

If you are tired of Domino's ,give it a try they did improve a lot in terms of taste. This store has polite staff,they will listen to you and recommend you best options based on what you want. Beware softdrinks expensive here.

Title: An Unpalatable Nightmare I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying the pizza at Pizza Hut, and it was nothing short of a culinary disaster. From the moment it was served , I was greeted with a sad excuse for a pizza – an undercooked, soggy, and unappetizing mess. The crust was undercooked and extremely thick as a rubber tire, making me wonder if it was made with actual dough or gum. The toppings were sparse, and what little there was seemed to be haphazardly thrown on without any care or consideration. The cheese resembled a plastic sheet, lacking any real flavor or gooey texture that one would expect from a pizza. They've used pizza sauce at minimal level. They got some store bought salad dressing and filled the whole pizza with it which was a disaster. To make matters worse, the sauce tasted like a concoction of cheap tomato paste and water, lacking any hint of seasoning or richness. It left a sour aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly. Attempting to take a bite was a futile exercise in chewing regret. The taste was bland and unappealing, leaving me wondering if they had even bothered to use any fresh ingredients at all. Overall, this was the worst pizza I've ever encountered, and I can't fathom how Pizza Hut could serve something so subpar. It's safe to say that I won't be returning to their establishment ever. Save your taste buds the agony and steer clear of this pizza at all costs. If this continues, it has to shut down one day. Extremely horrible experience.

Worst place ever. The only person who took our order was the chef. Told they can't add enough toppings and cheese because they have pressure from higher management. They said it to my face. Never visit it. No store manager to complain to them. I ordered 2500INR worth of 5 different personal pizza(small), apparently everything tasted the same. Never visit it. Highly not recommend. The AC was kept off, the room was hot because of Owen kept running. Sad part is my work place is nearby and I see this place everyday and can't visit it.

I loved the ambience and the food too. 🙈 (LOL whom am I kidding?) I love the cheesy garlic bread. The pizza was pretty average. Though I had ordered a pan piiza, the crust was pretty thick. It could be better I guess. The staff is very polite and friendly. Service is fast and they have a no contact order and bill pay system too which is good!

Vareity of pizza and pasta. Ordered tomato pasta and Onion capsicum shezwan pizza, and the taste was good. Taking orders and serving were delayed due to the shortage of personnel at Pizza Hut.

The Pizza is highly expensive. Very high prices and the taste is also ok ok. Cleaning the tables time to time is what you can't see there. Whenever you go and want to dine in then you can see the left over by other customers on the table. No quick service. Need to improve a lot. No restroom. No drinking water. Overall, if you want to enjoy your pizza then go to Domino's. It's pocket friendly and tasty too.

I had ordered it online there is big insect in pasta, but no one cares nor Zomato nor pizza hut, Zomato blames on Pizza Hut has food preparation is not under them & pizza hut guys are sloppy. Think before you eat it's unhygienic & they don't care

Nice place. The best part about pizza is its base. It's very fresh, crusty and soft. Pizza toppings are also very fresh. Staff is active and helping. Ring the bell if you loved it.

I would like share some unique experiences which i had with Pizza hut Hubli, couple of months back i have ordered meal combo which includes 2 pizzas and garlic bread and a beverage. The garlic bread was ver oily and not good, I complained the same throughout feedback later got a call from Pizza hut store manager for the fallow up on my feedback. They are explaining the things and asking me to visit the store, they are ready to compliment the same order with the corrections, but by the time i am not in hubli i closed the case. I came back after two months i have visited the store today and they remember me and provided the same order for free which was too good they considered my concern’s which i made earlier. The is that every one will made mistakes but only few will rectify that to be the best. I would appreciate the hubli pizza hut manager Ganga for the coordinating and rectifying the issue up to the customer satisfaction also would like to thank kishore Manager for the same. Our taste at Pizza Hut was exciting because we bunked classes for that we ordered regular pizza it was tasty experience and service from them was nice we feel order process was lengthey she asked so many questions for order but OK.... Because she is so cute for that job and provide good service

Bad service, poor pizza .. Yesterday we order pizza at 8.00pm n got delivered at9.00pm. thy don't ve service of providing hot n fresh pizza on time.. our location is just max 1.5km away from pizza hut but still thy delivered late.. This is not 1st time i ordered early too i had but still thy don't know the roads, area even after sharing full address with landmark. Poor service ,. Poor quality of pizza . Yesterday's pizza was cold n tasteless. Thy don't provide chilli flakes n etc.. Very poor service. Hence after i will not order and even not recommend anyone. Hubli pizza hut is very disappointing..

Oh My God... Such a Pathetic Experience!!! Visited Pizza Hut multiple times in Bangalore and with the same expectations we reached Hubli Hut... It was a Dead Opposite Experience we had to face... Unhygienic Staff (without gloves guy was preparing pizza and the other guy was chewing something continuous while taking orders.) Store AC was turned off and when asked we were told that they are not working!!!!! I have nothing to say about the Taste... Very Average tasting Pizza... Total waste of Time and Money....

Pizza hut delivers delicious pizzas. Which is not the same with Hubli store. Management please look into your standards to keep your reputation. We love pizza and don't want to get disappointed with this service. Not worth our money

It's always great to be here again and again, since it was my first Pizza Hut of life. So many memories to cherish. Still they keep with their updates on the interior looks to keep the mood in tact. Latest addition is the 3 course meals with lot different topping

My 9 years old son wanted to taste pizza for the first time. We went to the central mall and pizza Hut was completely empty due to corona virus. Ordered double cheese medium pizza which cost us Rs 461 including tax. Pizza was hot and tasty. Service was quick, seating and cleaning was perfect. Ended up paying bill using scan and pay.

Great ambiance. Family-friendly. Food was good. Polite staff but there was only one guy who was taking orders and also checking on pending orders. He kept running between kitchen and counter which resulted in delay in taking orders and delivery. Please ensure adequate staff and quick delivery.

Waiting for pick-up time is less as there was no crowd. Good ambience and interiors. Staff are not much professional when compared to its competitor company.

I think so this taste was too too good compared to that given through Zomato ...I suggest you to provide the same tasty pizza which you gave me in the shop as compliment n thank you for that !!!
