Needs new management! We came at 6pm and was told they are cleaning the grease and it would be a 16 minute wait. I told her that was fine and I would wait. At first she assumed I wouldn't wait and didn't really listen to me. Then she seemed like she was trying to talk me out of ordering. I was told they couldn't do crispy or that would take even longer. I set my alarm for 18 minutes to give them a little extra time. We waited and watched several other cars get their orders. 35 minutes later we finally got our order. I have worked in restaurants before and we always cleaned grills or grease during down time or slow hours..not during dinner rush. The chicken looks either like it's burnt or they didn't even clean the grease at all. After reading other reviews it appears that this has been an on going problem. I could see several people working and they didn't appear short handed at all. Apparently they want to get paid but not work. I haven't been there in a while but can see why they never have many customers anymore while the other drive throughs are packed. How is a business supposed to make money if they aren't prepared to make chicken during busy hours and workers would rather sit around doing nothing? I really hope the franchise owner sees this and other reviews. It should give a clear perspective why revenue is down!

Inedible on multiple occasions. We give this place a chance every now and then and never have been over 80% happy with our meal. Today was the last time we will go to this one. Girl at the window had an attitude and food was disgusting. Tenders were so hard and dry, it was like they had been under the heat lamp for days. Health Department needs to review this place. Food poisoning waiting to happen

Went to dine in and the door was lock and the wife noticed she pointed at the side door well after driving around to the other side we walked up to the door it was lock and I looked in the window and the staff is setting in the dinner area not doing anything it's the third time me and the wife has been to this KFC here if the dinning area is closed why so many employees and also COVID is over and has been for a long time we will never eat there again

I placed my order and had to repeat it at the window 3 times. My order was still wron even after I repeated it again and they said they corrected it. After 2 returns they still left off my Cole slaw. I was not given not one napkin or any utensils. I can spend my money elsewhere. This is sad.

Ticket 1554. My mashed potato bowl was literally cold, which explains why it took zero seconds for it to be ready. My dr pepper it just carbonated water and is clear. They clearly don't care in there. First straw for me was that you cannot go inside to order or eat. It's drive through only. Going across the street to taco been for hopefully some edible food. Apparently they don't do the cookies anymore either.

The worst chicken pot pie ever. This my most favorite on the menu my husband went yesterday after church they only had one. Went again today and it’s dry, barely anything inside. Tried calling no answer

I will never come back here or wont recommend anyone to come to this location. I SEE WHY THEY NEVER HAVE CUSTOMERS THERE FR BECAUSE THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. This is worse restaurants I have ever been to in a long time.

My husband just picked up our dinner. One was a pot pie combo that comes with a drink and cookie ( pictured and described that way on the web page). The young girl at the register told him if didn't include a cookie when he ask where the cookie was. It was bad enough that the young lady couldn't hold her head and body up but had to lean on the wall near register, she did not know your menu items and apparently could not read where the combo included a cookie. I know help is hard to find but with that service, customers will be hard to find also.

Bought two fried chicken sandwiches that they had a special on. There were two large signs in the drive through that promised fresh cooked chicken on these sandwiches. When I bit in, it was obvious that the chicken filets had been reheated. Dry, tough, and really not very good, even on sale. Not worth the price. I have bought these sandwiches from this same location before and they were good enough to order again. This time, not so much.

An hour before they closed and out of chicken. BUT didn't hesitate to cook some for my order. Gentleman at the window was very nice and professional. Greatly appreciated.

It's like the order taker could not understand we needed two meals the same there was 2 people in our car the order was repeated 5 times we were told the meal special 3 pc chicken came with one side not 2 sides we were looking at the minu board saying 3 piece meal 2 sides informed the order taker about the minu board its the first time in a long time I have ate k f c

My experience was less than ideal, the employees were talking while I was giving my order so the person waiting on me had to re ask my order. I received fries and strips that were clearly cooked in very old oil. The fries reek and are inedible.

I have never in my life been told l couldn’t order crispy chicken because they had to sell original first. I pulled up to order a 16pc for a family that hasn’t eaten in a few days and couldn’t even get what they wanted because they refused to make it. Just close the doors if y’all don’t want to work!!! Everybody in there tonight (7/05/2023 @7:15pm) needs to be fired for stealing time because they surely are not working!!!

This place is a joke rude as hell at the drive thru I didn't even eat there I would not ever eat there the ppl here are nasty and rude and I hope that girl gets fired or else there store will lose so much service cause she is a rude person shouldn't be working with the public with a additude like that.

My experience with this KFC was horrible. The manager and cashier was very rude. The girl swiped my card multiple times causing my card company to deny the charge after it being swiped so many times. I proceeded to tell and show the cashier that a charge was indeed taking off my card and she was not interested In what I had to say. I did not receive any food because they said that my card showed declined on their end. I checked my card today and it clearly show a charge from KFC and they refuse to give me back my money. I will never go to another KFC ever, especially the one in Hueytown Alabama.

Chicken was soaked in oil (literally dripping off the chicken) , they were out of biscuits, and they gave green beans instead of Mac and cheese. I'm honestly impressed how much they can mess up in a single order. 🥳

They just ripped me off they didn't give me fries that I ordered with 2 meals I paid for and didn't give me a receipt after I asked for one we will not be coming back to kfc in hueytown and the people that's worked there tonight on Dec. 5th 2023 they was very rude

Bad all the time Constantly out of chicken and other issues Parking lot is always devoid of any customers while other fast food restaurants nearby are covered up with customers inside and drive thru reminding me of Burger King years ago when they were located where Arbys is now People stopped going because their extremely poor service They closed and didn’t come back for many years and built close to CVS KFC not open for indoor dining since beginning of pandemic
