Needs
new
management!
We
came
at
6pm
and
was
told
they
are
cleaning
the
grease
and
it
would
be
a
16
minute
wait.
I
told
her
that
was
fine
and
I
would
wait.
At
first
she
assumed
I
wouldn't
wait
and
didn't
really
listen
to
me.
Then
she
seemed
like
she
was
trying
to
talk
me
out
of
ordering.
I
was
told
they
couldn't
do
crispy
or
that
would
take
even
longer.
I
set
my
alarm
for
18
minutes
to
give
them
a
little
extra
time.
We
waited
and
watched
several
other
cars
get
their
orders.
35
minutes
later
we
finally
got
our
order.
I
have
worked
in
restaurants
before
and
we
always
cleaned
grills
or
grease
during
down
time
or
slow
hours..not
during
dinner
rush.
The
chicken
looks
either
like
it's
burnt
or
they
didn't
even
clean
the
grease
at
all.
After
reading
other
reviews
it
appears
that
this
has
been
an
on
going
problem.
I
could
see
several
people
working
and
they
didn't
appear
short
handed
at
all.
Apparently
they
want
to
get
paid
but
not
work.
I
haven't
been
there
in
a
while
but
can
see
why
they
never
have
many
customers
anymore
while
the
other
drive
throughs
are
packed.
How
is
a
business
supposed
to
make
money
if
they
aren't
prepared
to
make
chicken
during
busy
hours
and
workers
would
rather
sit
around
doing
nothing?
I
really
hope
the
franchise
owner
sees
this
and
other
reviews.
It
should
give
a
clear
perspective
why
revenue
is
down!
