All over good ..but sometimes is really bad i.e the staff behaviour ..all staff behaviour is not so good ..they feel u that u r the most ugly person in the world and why u came ..they hve prob why ur hair is so thin , why dark circles , ..after hearing their words and noticing their attitude u will be depressed and u will think u have no right to visit this type of parlour😂😂

Most worthless service. My wife was going to the parlour for strethening her hair. But without given any intimation Mr. Samrat was done smoothing with her hair. At present she is suffering badly with her hair.

Yesterday I visited this parlour for my daughter's haircut. But there was no cutting personnel available at 11 am. We waited for one and half hour for the hair cutter. Finally a lady came and cut the hair so carelessly. She was so talkative that she did not even check her job done. The blunt cut was turned into a ridiculous shape because of her continuous chatting with her counterparts. Finally she shaved the hind neck with a blunt razor causing pain to my child. Dissapointing!

Went to the Dona's salon that's near the bus stand for a haircut. The hair dresser Bisu da did not bother to listen or understand to what kind of a haircut I wanted.He just went on explaining how Unmanageable my hair is, and now I'm left with such a ugly and uneven haircut. Really felt embarassed. I never expected this from a hair salon. Never ever would visit that salon again.

Some one called biswa was appointed for me but his rude behaviour make me leave the salon with out done my hair cut. This happened on chinsurah amratola branch on 5th July 2023

Recently availed the bridal make up service for the reception look, however it was horrifying and pathetic experience all together. Complete lack of make up sense and experienced a very rude behaviour by the staffs and the owner "Dona" herself. The parlour stands out to be simply over hyped. I would never suggest this place to anyone among my known ones.

Horrible experience. Completely ruined my hair after hair smoothening. Staffs are not well trained and services are overpriced and not up to the mark. I did diamond facial from there and the duration was not even one hour and the result isn't either satisfactory.

Dona's Beauty Salon is one of the renowned salon in our city chinsurah. I have got many services with their good hands over their and also got prepared on my wedding reception day 2 months back. It was absolutely remarkable but here comes my issue from the recent visit which is they have started charging 18% gst on the payment via any cards that is meaningless and so the reception lady asked us to pay cash. My concern is we as customers are ready to pay taxes but that is not the way we should be charged. Miss Dona my only request to this to look into this matter. We love your salon as always. A staff named Shibani is way more rude than u think and they don’t treat customers here , they misbehave n throw attitude , please avoid going to this place , we are not meant to be treated this way , highly disappointed👎🏻👎🏻
