Nice ambience , staff service good . Food quality is depending on you luck 🤣 one day it's good , other day may be bad . I went one day and got good quality chicken but the other I got worst .... Just a horrible experience. They are serving the worst and rotten chicken. We ordered chicken pop and chicken wings. The chicken tastes whole sour. After informing them, they simply deny their guilt. And the cold coffee, It's just coffee, water and ice mixture. And when it comes to biryani, if you want to die after eating, you have to try this biryani. They also forced us to pay the full bill. Please don't go.

This is a quaint little place with a soft ambience in a fairly central location close to the Chinsurah city center and Court area. Excellent service and value for money. We took a veg burger, fries and other recommended vegetarian items. The vegetarian items tasted great with well balanced spices. However, the veg burger was oily and felt like it lacked substance (mostly potatoes). If you're vegetarian (I'm not, but ordered out of curiosity), stick to the regular trusted items. Overall, they're doing great but room for improvement will fine tune their preparations.

The Copper Kettle is a beautiful place with attractive decor, best to spend an evening with friends or family. The interior is quite exquisite and looks posh with the just the right amount of lighting to glitter up the mood. We had a chocolate shake, a strawberry shake and dried chilli chicken. The taste was good. Presentation was good. The price range is medium to high, quite affordable. Loved it! Hope this helps :)

Copper kettle is a hot selling Restaurant now a days. They have much continental menu beside indian menu. Ambiance is nice. This is not my first visit. We ordered Baked fish, Chicken lasagne, Grilled fish, Chicken stroganoff with herbal rice, Virgin mojito. All the item was good quality as well as good taste. Staffs were cordial and their service was very fast whereas restaurant was full. They will decorate for any kind of party. Highly recommended for visti.

Don't miss their Chicken Pop.... Awsome... Another special mention is Italian Roasted Chicken Salad.... Healthy food can also tastes good.... 😉 Green Apple Mojito was excellent.... Chicken Irani is very spicy, chicken rezala was good.... Moti polao was also very tasty...

It is very sad to see a noticeable dip in the food quality. My kid loves the chicken wings they serve, especially for their amazing sauce dip. I have ordered this many times. However of late they serve almost bones. There is hardly any flesh on the wings. It’s like scrap. It’s really sad. You may increase the price of a dish , but kindly do-not put in scrap in a box.

Nice ambience but food quality and quantity doesn't justify it's premium price..... Staff behaviour is fine but sometimes too much of waiting time is there... Other wise great considering the area in which it is situated...

I recently visited this wonderful multicuisine restaurant in Chinsurah which serves a variety of amazing dishes! I absolutely loved the food here. • The chicken pops is probably the best version of chicken popcorn. • The tandoori was well grilled and the chicken was juicy. • The lasagna was very cheesy and loaded with minced chicken. • The pulao went perfectly with the delicious Mutton Rogan Josh. • The Oreo Shake was a perfect drink to beat the summer heat. • The sweet Firni gave a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, I had a great experience here. This is an ideal place to enjoy some great food with your friends and family.

I visited here in morning🌞, first at that time, it is totally blank, staff come and receive as, I like the decorations, management, and the pattern, also here too many options for vegetarian and nonvegetarian, the staffs are too helping nature, and this cafe is situated in calm area so we don't get trouble, I ordered aalu prath which is quite spicy for me but it's too tasty and I like to visit again✌

•Ambiance: Ambiance is a crucial part of resturants Copper Kettle has a nice ambiance, with good interior decoration,but sometimes it seemed packed up to me. Though its just an opinion. Otherwise everything is good. •Service: The service was good too. They greeted us while we entered. Have us seat and after that, we are good to order. They made sure that our hands are sanitized. Good to see they still follow COVID protocols. Waiting time was moderate. Not fast but slow either. Approx 20-30 mins. Hygiene: Everything was pretty clean. I got a glance of the kitchen which seemed good to me. •Food: They handed us three menu. Tandoor, Continental and Indian. I found it confusing as Tandoor had only starters, I couldn't figure out what to get with Tandoori Roti. So I turned to Continental and finally ordered Penne (Mix) and Chicken Pops. •Quality: Chicken Pops are their one of the best-selling dishes so I had good expectations. It was good though. Well cooked, served with ketchup and mayonnaise.And when the penne arrived it smelled good. It was good too. The sauce of pasta was rich & smooth. Quantity: Pops are enough for two, maybe three. And Pasta is enough for one to fill his/her stomach. Price: The price is exclusive of GST, but taxes are not so much so you can order without hesitation. It'll be max 50Rs extra. After having a good dinner for two, bill was only 441. It is fair food for fair price. Along with the bill, you'll get feedback card in which you have to fill some details. Its good that they care about their every customer's feedback. Very few people does this. Totally recommend. But I suggest you should read the menu once before going there.

I will not give a 4/5 rating for this. This can be a one time visit if you want. Ambience is good. But food is not that much level. Do not ever try to taste biriyani, it is worst.

This quaint little place is good for munching and having snacks. They make some amazing wraps and burgers. You should try their milkshakes too. Trust me, you won't regret.

Good quality food with medium rates. Although the quantity seemed a little less maybe because I visited during Durga Puja. During other occasions the quantity was right. Ambience is good. Restaurant is clean and well maintained.

It is a very good stop in Chinsurah. We ordered fish finger, mutton galauti kabab with laccha, garlic butter nun, chicken lababdar, firni. All items were good. Specially fish finger and chicken lababdar and so I just forgot to take the photos of full dish.🤣🤣

Ambience is good. They serve both Indian and continental. We ordered continental. Food is average. They have no idea how continental food tastes. We ordered chicken pops for starter. It was the only item that didn't go wrong. For main course we ordered Portuguese fish and corn stuffed chicken with "fusion" sauce. The fish was not bhetki for sure, was charred and tasted average. The accompanying rice was extremely dry and more like a Chinese preparation of rice. Now coming to the chicken. The stuffing was good but the entire dish tasted horrible because of the"fusion" sauce. Apparantly the fusion sauce meant Indian and continental flavour fusion as we were told later (note that this item was under continental category in the menu and what was meant by "fusion" was not specified). But this sauce tasted like "tikka masala " gravy. Imagine eating sweet corn with tikka masala! It was a complete let down. And the accompanying rice was the same as with the fish, hence dry and not much flavour. It was also accompanied with french fries which one can tell was store bought and not made in-house. When the waiter asked us for feedback, we told him how we felt and instead of understanding or acknowledging, he started defending. Why do you ask for feedback when you can't take criticism!!!. It takes talent to ruin a chicken corn dish! And mind it none of the two main courses had a pinch of cheese flavour. In my opinion, food is not worth the hype. At least the continental

If you want to go for a change in taste, this is the place to choose. Wide range of food in continental category. Great job in taste and presentation which enhances the experience. Good ambience and staff are very cooperative. This place is a must try for every one who loves to try different kind of food.

We were blown away by how delicious the food was in this restaurant. Everything was cooked very well, and served perfectly. The food was also quite affordable. The ambiance was very nice as well. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Atmosphere and ambience is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is not that good for what they are charging. We ordered Biryani for ₹200/plate, it was not worth it. Naan was also not made of good quality. Chicken tikka butter masala was very good though.

While in chuchura mather dhar, just be into this place for chit chat with buddies and have some tasty foods within budget. Most importantly they serve very quick and ofcourse with taste as required.

The place was nice. I didn't try many dishes. But one of the dish I ordered I didn't like much because the chicken was not well cooked. There are so many options on their menu. I will definitely go and will try some other options. Ambiance was good, and the behaviour of staff was also good. What I most liked was their music. One more thing is that the container they used to serve drinks was not properly cleaned.

They need to be very careful while serving the food. Ordered Veg soup but received non veg instead. Food quality was pretty ordinary. Size of Tandoori roti was smaller compared to other restaurants and chicken served in the butter chicken gravy was bit hard. French fries felt oily (I know it is deep fried in oil but good french fries won't be felt oily).

Great experience. Rightly located. Wasn't expecting the quality but to my surprise we were wonderfully received, accommodated, served on time and Cheff's hand was actually good to some international standards. The meat was nicely done. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Loved the place . Good ambience . Now coming to the food. I have ordered chicken pops , tandoori chicken , hot chocolate and strawberry mojito. Well , every item was finger licking good, the tandoori was juicy and the mayonnaise spread on the pops was something that I loved the most, the hot chocolate was just awesome, and the strawberry mojito was good match with sauce he tandoori. Also they have continental menu too. All over best restaurant .👍👍❤️

Let's talk business. Pros. 1. Awesome food.. Standard food preparation style for continental dishes. Liked tandoori items too. It was superb. 2. Good ambience. Nice design and setup. Good music. 3. They accept UPI payment, which is very helpful. 4. Location is nice and well connected. 5. Safety and hygiene is maintained properly by the staffs. 6. It's a hi-fi restaurant despite being in suburbs, which is magnificent. Cons 😭 1. Observed an attitude problem with the staffs, like the people over here who takes the order is bit rude, not sure if I have done something to offend him anyway.. well, that's not cool. 2. There is no parking for a car like SUVs arround this restaurant. It's because Chinsurah is an old town. But its a -ve point. 3. Prices are bit of the higher side, coz it's not a metro city. 4. Food quantity for continental dishes is bit less, have ordered Grilled fish which got two 150-200gms of almost square basa fish fillets, decent amount of vegetables and lots of Mashed potato. Which somehow takes the focus to the mashed potato as it's main item. Overall.. had a great evening dinner with my family, though few rude replies came like bouncers. But if you manage to bypass those, food taste will make up for all uneasiness. Definitely recommend for family. Do try continental dishes.

The ambiance and the behavior of the staff were nice. We ordered chicken popcorn and cappuccino. The half-plate popcorn was tasty and more than enough for two people, but the cappuccino was pathetic, to say the least. The milk in the coffee was too little and some kind of weird brunt taste was coming out. Though the popcorn was great, I would not recommend having coffee from here.

First of all the look wise its awesome. But don't get fooled by the appearance the food is pathetic they are serving the cold mashrooms and it felt like leftover of last day. Very much disappointed by the service. If anyone willing to and waste money be my guest. And to the owner of @theCopperkettle change your staff or better close it.
