I own a flat here, after searching for a year This is the best apartment I have ever visited. The Design of the apartment is very unique when compared to other builders and apartments. For each and every house, they have given a separate entrance. That will really enhance the privacy of the people who lives there.

Totally 100 flats which as 50 flats in block A and 50 flats in Block B. Nice apartment will all amenities like swimming pool, basketball court, gym, party hall, rain water harvesting, 24 hr power back up and jogging track.

I'm owning one flat here. Pros: Good Space, Proper lighting, Vastu, more open space, well planned. Cons: No proper response from builder , many issues like STP, cracks in building were remain unaddressed. Especially in 4th floors having more cracks in the wall.

Purchase - Complete purchase of the flat was so smooth. Every doubt was cleared and questions were answered with high satisfaction. Very customer centric builder. High quality apartment with affordable price. Thanks to G R promoters, Kashinath, Manoj, Dileep and Ashok. Handover is not done yet. Taking too much of time still. Identified and discussed issues with Builders has not been fixed till today. Quality issue has been coming up now.

This is an Apartment Comples with 2 blocks of 50 aparatments each. There are issues with the STP, House keeping, security, Garbage disposal etc which is still maintained by the builder and still not handed over to the RWA.
