I am always honest with my review, and I don’t do it unless I have to. This clinic must be the most rude, unprofessional and careless staff that I have Seen for a long time. The waiting time is ridiculously long, I have been here since 12:30 and it’s now 3:30 pm .the place are always untidy, unclean. Today there were vomit all over the front door, I told one of the lady by the front desk, and she just shrugged her shoulder! I tried to avoid this clinic because I know that their staff are not very friendly no cares about their patients. (Except Kathy. ) she is friendly. If I were you try to go somewhere else instead.

Every experience I've had with this clinic has been terrible. I went in after a car accident and they told me to sleep it off. I had a concussion. I checked their website this morning because my elderly mother needed a walk-in. It said Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Drove, picked up my mom, brought her in to be told that there are no walk ins today (Thursday). I tried to let them know as feedback to update their website as it is a serious inconvenience; she told me to leave and called the cops. I asked for a place to send my complaint in, and thats when they called the cops. So, if you want real care, don't come here. You might go home under their guidance and have tragedy.

I wish if there was zero star because this what they deserve! Absloutely inprofessional staf, rude and they believe they are under cover due to job so whatever they do it is justifiable for them. For some emergancy we need to cancell the appointment and patient has gone abroad and we keep calling and as usual no body is answering and on top that even there is no option to record the message. And then it is a fault of patient not to inform them timely. If u not attending the call and no voice recording is there what else they want us to do. Simply this is useless medical clinic in the barrhaven. Worst kind of management and staff.

Had an appointment last week. I took off from work, went to the clinic only to be Informed that the Dr was not in that day. I didn't even receive a call from the clinic informing the Dr was not in. The appointment was postponed to the following week and had to wait and hr past my appointment time to see the Dr. This is not a reflection on Dr Bhatia who is amazing. This clinic is poorly managed and the lady at front desk is not friendly.

Absolutely garbage of a clinic. Not sure how and why it’s still running as it’s nowhere close to following regulations placed in Ontario. It almost seems like one has to constantly fight and argue to be seen by the many dismissive doctors here let alone deal with very ignorent staff especially the manager. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from the clinic. Instead of getting the help you’re seeking, you might find yourself dealing with numerous issues.

I came June 5th at 7:30 am and I waited in the lineup and I was 3rd in line then I went to pick up my son to bring him to the clinic and I arrived 5 or 7 min after they called my son's name ...the receptionist which i think is from the Philippines ended up putting me at the bottom of the list ...there were 15 people infront of me ..they didn't even bother to call my sons name twice so I ended up waiting from 7:30 am till 1:30 pm..I explained to her my son will be missing his school teacher meeting...she didn't even bother. Even the doctor inside was surprised my son's name was called at 8 am and we ended up going Inside at 1:30 pm. The treatment I received is definitely unprofessional by the receptionist/medical assistant. It's very disappointing. This clinic used to be much better pre covid but Doctors are pretty nice and helpful always. I've been to many clinics and I know for sure not any of them pushed me at the bottom of the list if I was ever late for few minutes.

They made me wait 4.5-5hours for walk in. I was number 10 in the queue and I came at 8:25am and that's how long it took for my turn to come. I have never experienced a walk in taking that long. Never coming back here. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I would give it negative star if i could. This is not a walk in. They only take patients who have family doctors in the clinic. They change their policy everyday and the staff and doctors couldn't care less about sick people. Just like all over Canada, clinics have lost their will to treat people.

No walk in. Do Not believe what they saying in google. It is not walk in. Dont waste your time.

Been here twice. Couldn't see a doctor. Not a walk-in, at least on most days. And on the days they accept walk-ins, you have to get there very early.

Showed up to see a doctor at 830 and was turned away, stated that I was on antidepressants and that I could go into withdrawal if I don’t get a refill of my prescription, I was still turned away without any help. This is a horrible medical practice don’t trust yourself or your kids with them. It is clear that they don’t care about their patients.

I love this office. My doctor recently moved from another clinic in Barrhaven to this one and I'm just so impressed with this office. The staff are friendly and professional. I'm so lucky to have a family doctor at this clinic!

Not a walkin clinic. Family doctor service only or appointment only. Dont make the mistake of thinking you can receive walkin care here. Google needs adjust this in search

The receptionist does not speak English as she does not know the difference between “He” or “She” and they just don’t care about your matter extremely rude and they cut the phone off on their patients Horrible If there was option to choose zero star that’s what I would chose

Decent clinic. Didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Would be nice if their phone system had an answering machine.
