I just want to say how incredibly patient Amber was. We spent a long time stencilling to get the placement of my tattoo right - I feel awful for taking so long. But she was the most amazing person and so kind and chatty, really made me feel at ease. Once again, thank you so much Amber, I truly am grateful for your patience, time and skills :) highly recommend her for first tattoos or adding to your collection, so lovely

16 piercings done, all healed with no issues. Jim does an amazing job, professional at what he does and easy to be around. 26 tattoos by Amber, once again did a great job with each one. Very open about what she is able to do and is very friendly overall. Lazer hair removal by Heather, made sure i felt comfortable throughout the process, explained everything she was doing and is very affordable.

I’m extremely upset with my experience with this studio as this is my first tattoo, which the artist messed up. Some lines are blown out, some are hardly visible, and many are different thicknesses. I’m now having to go elsewhere to get it fixed due to a supposed 6 week window, in which they only supply touch ups and aftercare for. I was not made aware of this policy on arrival, which also has no mention of on any social media account associated with the studio or the studios website. I suspect this 6 week window was conveniently made up to void the artist of aftercare and responsibility. I only waited to contact her to give the tattoo enough time to heal so I wasn’t being too hasty with complaints. I asked for a partial refund to get it fixed elsewhere and the artist told me that if I had messaged her 2 weeks earlier, we could have agreed on monetary compensation - I don’t see how an extra 2 weeks voids your responsibility of poor work you have permanently put on my body. The artist ignored my messages on instagram and blocked me from seeing her stories, which is just plain childish. Poor work, poor communication, and lack of transparency. Don’t agree do a tattoo if you are not good at tattooing that style, it is on someones body permanently. An overall disappointing, frustrating, and laughable experience. I don’t recommend.

I had appointment with Heather in skin lab clinic . She message me and said that she needs to reschedule my appointment for different day because of emergency. I replied that that's ok . She give me two different days to pick and I said Wednesday sounds good to me. When i got there first I was a bit confused that they were closing. I waited for her and said excuse me but I have an appointment with you 5.30 she replied" no you not " ! Well I said yes I have You message me other day and reschedule my appointment for today . She said " well I message loads of people and you are not in the book" ! Well I said you reschedule my appointment! She replied " oh well yeah ok ok come in then! At that point I did not longer wanted go for my appointment because of her rudeness so I turned around and said well no Thank you and walked away. Do not recommend her service . Waisted my time and Money .

Small tattoo behind my ear, looks amazing. Perfect lines and didnt hurt, professional tattooist that know just the right amount of pressure to use so it doesnt feel like you're getting cut open with a scalpel.

Fast & friendly service. Had two piercings which were evenly done. The guy who did my piercings was very respectful, friendly & explained aftercare to me. No pain after 3 days healing well. Would definitely use them again & recommend anyone else. Thank 😊

Do not go here for a tattoo, i asked for a fine line shark which he did state wasn’t his forte but claimed he’d been tattooing for 20 years and was still happy to do it for me, unfortunately i’ve been left with multiple mistakes and slips as-well as thick uneven lines and when i messaged i got completely ignored twice for a reputable business the tattoo work and the service i’ve received is appalling .

I have been using their service over 7 years always. I had great results after each treatment. Highly recommended, great team, nice atmosphere and great quality of services and knowledge. Special thank you to dear Heather that made my experience pleasant.

My ear piercing was gone wrong but these guys fix it. Best in town. I will recommend them for sure. Experts and best.

First of all I would like to say, who do you think you are? Where do you get off providing such great service? If I had to score you 1-10 of for being the worst I would score a 1 as you are not the worst! Secondly the staff. Don't even get me started about the staff! What amazing people so helpful and polite, as you have realised by now I have nothing but great things to say as this place is providing me with outstanding service for my lazy tattoo removal! It is a shame they cannot provide a service to make me taller but businesses can only do so much, Dictated but not read. 10/10 service

Had a tattoo done today by Leigh and it’s absolutely brilliant! He has done all my tattoos and I highly recommend him. He’s very professional and very friendly!

Had an amazing expierance with skin lab, the guy that did my third ear piercings was great, reassured me and spoke to me the whole way through. I will definitely go there more often 😀
