great family run place the classes are for adults or children, my boys have been going there 3yrs and look forward to the Annual Christmas party. It has a lovely community spirit & brilliant teachers.

Kick fit kickboxing was created from this gym, I've trained here for years and continue to do so, now running my own classes and fitness sessions.

Fantastic price over quality, amazing range of martial arts to learn and train, fully equipped weight room, amazing people, BJJ sessions where you can learn from black and brown belts and most importantly a very healthy and positive environment. Overall, the best in the area.

I have been training there for a number of years now, having looked around many of the other places in the area. The value for money is astonishing, with a low cost either per night or monthly, and excellent instruction across boxing, K1 striking, wrestling and bjj. There is also a good range of additional clubs that make use of the facility to offer things such as lute livre and krav maga. I have learned more here than in all my other years of martial arts put together.

By far the best club I've trained at. Cool guys aswell & would highly recommend.
