of
this
location
I
have
a
serious
question
for
McDonalds.
Why
do
you
allow
this
location
to
bring
down
your
name
and
reputation?
It's
clear
that
it's
not
operating
to
the
standards
it
should
be.
Why
don't
you
step
in
and
make
it
better?
If
it
were
possible
to
leave
a
0
review,
I
would.
This
place
is
by
far
the
worst
McDonalds
I've
been
to.
Staff
are
lazy
and
don't
care.
I
ordered
a
lot
of
food
through
the
app
and
chose
curbside
pickup.
After
25
minutes
and
the
Mcdonalds
app
telling
me
my
order
was
complete,
it
became
clear
to
me
they
had
no
intention
of
bringing
it
out.
I
went
inside
to
see
about
7
or
8
staff
wandering
around
and
filling
only
drive
thru
orders.
After
about
5
minutes
I
finally
convinced
someone
to
look
for
my
order,
which
they
had
no
idea
about.
Finally
they
realized
it
had
just
been
forgotten
and
the
bag
was
on
the
counter
with
the
order
half
filled.
Sundaes
melting
on
the
counter.
They
had
to
make
fries
of
course
because
on
a
Saturday
evening
at
dinner
time,
why
would
they
have
those
ready
to
go.
Another
15
minutes
later,
I
got
the
rest
of
the
order
and
after
filling
the
drink
from
a
disgusting
dirty
counter
top,
there
were
no
lids
at
all.
So
back
to
the
counter
to
let
the
manager
know
and
to
ask
for
a
lid.
She
didn't
think
it
was
a
big
deal
at
all
clearly.
No
apology
about
the
45
minute
wait
for
food
or
for
the
dirty
store.
The
entire
staff
needs
to
be
fired.
They're
lazy
and
clearly
don't
want
to
be
there
and
don't
want
to
work.
