I feel bad giving this place such a low rating as the staff are very nice. But my God the food is horrible, worst burritos I've ever had in the Ottawa/Gatineau was at this place

Every burrito I've gotten here has been consistently good. Even when it gets very busy during lunch time, I have nothing to complain about. Food is delicious and the staff are polite.

I go here occasionally for lunch and the regular size chicken burrito is yummy and filling.

The food was delicious but the customer service was lacking on this particular day. The girl making my food looked disgusted with me when I asked if there was a spicy sauce that could be added to my bowl, when I asked for sour cream and burrito sauce, she shouted at me that she didn’t hear me. To top it off, when I said thank you, she tolled her eyes at me and walked away!

Today at 11:50 While one guy was taking out the garbage, the other guy was mopping the floor. Without washing his hands, he went to handle the cash register, then steps into the kitchen to grab the fried shrimp and adds them to a bowl for my waiting colleague. This raises the question if the same guy washes his hands after using the bathroom. That was so disgusting, unprofessional and gets a big fat zero on professional hygiene. I call onto franchise management and health officials to review the restaurant in person.

Food is great, menu options are nice, staff is usually amazing. Sizes can be insane: Took a large chicken burrito with all the toppings and they could not fit in the bag after LOL. That is both a complaint and a compliment: They don't fear topping you off. I cannot leave a plate unfinished so I got stuffed LOL.

I predict this location will close before the end of summer ... food is either great or so/so. No consistency. Run out of items regularly but no notification until it's too late (i.e. Before I order). Already gave them a second chance ... today was my last visit... so disappointed as I had high hopes
