I
happened
to
have
the
good
fortune
to
meet
Andrew
on
an
unrelated
matter,
and
it
came
up
in
conversation
that
he
owned
Tooth
and
Nail.
I
have
long
been
a
craft
beer
drinker,
supporter
of
“local”
and
supporter
of
“good
folks”,
so
my
fiancée
and
I
made
a
point
of
visiting
T&N
recently,
and
WOW!!
We
enjoyed
the
pub
fare
–
gourmet
“dogs”
–
she
had
the
New
York
Dog
I
had
the
Chicago
Dog
–
and
we
shared
the
bratwurst
plate
–
two
thumbs
up
from
both
of
us
on
the
food!!
For
the
beer
–
we
shared
“Lucidity”
(Summer
Pale
Ale);
Rabble
Rouser
(IPA);
and
Supernova
(Lager)…
absolutely
great
beers.
If
I
had
to
choose
a
fave,
it
would
be
the
Lucidity
–
perfect
hoppiness,
a
very
gentle
citrus
hit,
smooth
and
soft
–
DAM!!,
a
lovely
beer.
As
good
as
the
food
and
beer
were,
we
must
say
the
staff
that
we
interacted
with
were
all
fun,
polite,
helpful
and
so
knowledgeable
and
confident
on
the
food/beer
offerings,
we
were
impressed
to
say
the
least.
So,
if
you
love
a
good
afternoon/evening
out,
great
beer
(they
also
have
some
Ontario
wines
available….)
and
you
want
to
support
local
and
good
folks,
look
no
further
–
put
this
on
your
list
for
sure!!
