    There were bugs in the display case and probably even more behind the scenes where we can't see. Absolutely disgusting food and drinks even if you ignore the health violations. The worse management I've seen at a Tim's location in a long time. The 10 minutes drive to the next one down vanier is worth it.

    Went to Tim this morning and i ordered toasts and coffee from the drive thru and this is what i got. A COLD COFFEE and BURNT TOAST What a joke. I am so disappointed in the service.

    Worst tim hirtons ever. They're never open, they lock their doors almost every weekday to ensure they don't get "overwhelmed" by a handful of extra customers, while over half their employees sit there and do nothing. I just had the door slammed in my face while their friends were let in to eat. Aparantly you need to know the right people to be allowed to eat at this terrible tim hortons.

    Unprofessional staff.... Long Waite and they donot know what they are doing. They are giving orders randomly. Literally I had to ask. I didn't get my order and you are giving it to people who ordered after me. The management need to do something. If they can't find good staff. I am ready to provide people

    Horrible place, I worked there and my punch-in code did not work for 3 weeks before I quit, I insisted I didn't feel comfortable working while not being able to punch-in as it was basically free labor. They insisted my hours were being recorded and I should come into work. After I quit, I went to grab my tips (around two days after I quit), they were gone! Someone took them. I contacted the manager, he said I should've grabbed them before quitting, other workers saw my letter of resignation so they assumed I left and redistributed my tips to everyone. Alright partly my fault, I'll accept it. But now, they won't give me my last paycheck, because "it wasn't recorded in the system" I wonder why. I was supposed to receive 180$ and just only receive 25$ on my paycheck. Horrible place, disgusting workplace too (fly infestation, they sit on the timbits and donuts and the water where the mixing spoons sit in is rarely swapped) don't go to this Tim's unless you want to develop health problems. And to the workers there who might be reading this, grab your tips and run (oh and pray you don't get your last paycheck stolen)

    If I could give no star I would. Very slow service, everyone seems to just be walking around and no orders are being made. I came in and informed them I do have mobile order and I’m here for pick up. They asked me to wait, after 20 minutes of waiting no one handed me over my order and they were only serving the customers who were ordering in. So I went in line in order to get someone’s attention and when it was my turn once again I said I have mobile order and I’m here for pick up, they asked what did I order, so they start punching in on the screen and asked me to pay. I was like what are you doing? I’ve already paid I’m here for pick up. And they started talking to each other to know if the order was ever made after spending half an hour in there. Only then they made my order after I lost my appetite, my mood is off and have no energy for the rest of the day. They need to be trained well or a supervisor need to be present to make sure the service is working.

    Terrible experience. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker with no other vehicles waiting to just have my order taken. Then another 10 minutes, at the window, to have them make my sandwich only to have them give me the wrong sandwich...on purpose!!! They substituted without asking me because they were out of what I ordered. Note. The restaurant was not busy. The staff just didn't care.

    First off, the most inconsistent coffee I have ever drank. Smaller towns have more consistent tasting coffee which doesnt make sense. One day I get milk in the coffee the next it's cream and what ever the actual this is in my coffee. Also Why you advert open at 6am doors are locked and drive thru are shut down until 7am? Your missing a huge potential amount of sales from 6-7 with all the people lined up and leaving at the drive thru waiting for it to open due to false advertising. You think you would increase the store hours if there's that many sales being missed out on and customers getting angry and leaving maybe to never return. Your new staff seem exceptional however.

    Worst Tim's ever , Was the best , don't know what happened but can see a huge lack in time management and be more polite Don't answer the drive threw window with ( what do you want ) Tim's when will you take pride in your brand like use use to do Better service with the kids at Starbucks

    Would give less stars but not an option. Its 1pm, I am a service guy want to pee and grab a coffee, quick stop oil change and the inside is closed! Pandemic is over seriously why do you force us to go through the drive through! If anything close the drive and serve us inside! Im just done with Timmies, everywhere. Mcdonalds coffee is better anyways.

    I am a long time TH client, since before the advent of the drive through. It has always been my go to place. However now i am giving up. I cannot believe how terrible the service is at this store now since the pandemic. i waited for 15 minutes behind the one car at the window, unacceptable. I looked inside the store and all i see is kids in slow motion, why are there no managers to light a fire. What happened to all of the nice old ladies who got it done ? I will clean my balance on my card and no more. Headquarters should take note of this

    Looking to get coffee to start your day? Tim Hortons on vanier is the perfect location for those living in plateau or just pass along the way to your destination. I just love it there, they don’t mess your order that much. Maybe because they have English speaking stuff.

    This is the worst Tim Hortons in the whole franchise. Very slow especially in mid day I wasted almost 20 minutes in line for two coffees. There is no excuse for this poor service, the issue must be either not being able to retain staff because of the neglect from management. The onus is on management and the owners. Avoid this location at all cost. Fuel is expensive, the price of coffee is going up, the time wasted in line is your time. There is no respect when you’re sitting in line for 20 minutes

    The service was what you'd expect, long wait times and staff that don't talk much but the biggest issue that poses a health risk is the HORNET infestation in the store, it opens them up to a potential lawsuit should someone who's allergic to hornets gets stung in their store. Pictures below show only a small number of what is actually a large infestation of hornets landing on the food and swarming overhead.

    During my recent visits to this location, it has been evident that the establishment is severely understaffed. The limited number of staff available not only increases the wait time (it is incredibly long) but also seems to affect the quality of the products. To make matters worse, the establishment sometimes locks the doors, forcing customers to spend 20+ minutes waiting in the drive-through. Go somehwere else.

    The slowest fast food experience I have ever experienced ! We waited 19 minutes for 3 breakfast wrap , confused about the drinks - while in the store there were just 6 customers at the table , not in line . I do not recommend coming at this location! On top of everything, one guy dropped a clean utensil on the floor and put it back to be used. This location is not safe !

    Placed a simple order at drive-thru and were told to pull into parking lot and they’ll bring it out. Turned into a 20+ minute wait that we had to go inside and ask several times for. Absolute disordered chaos, mismanagement, or understaffing, I’m not sure. Many other reviews citing the same issues; sounds like there needs to be a serious management/staff overhaul if they want to save this location.

    I was 5th in line in the drive-through, it took 20 min to reach the window and 2 min to be served at the window. I will sound racist with my next comment but I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s noticed, ever since it’s been only black workers service has declined and they’re terrible at their job

    Well, here we go again. My 2nd review of the location. Had to repeat the order numerous times. After more than 16 minutes through the drive-thru, they got the order wrong. At this point, I am done with this location. No good customer experience, workers don't care, they rather chat between themselves than acknowledge the customers and give the right food orders. The Tim Hortons on front is my go to now.

    One of the worst Tim Hortons of all time. Never any of the advertised food, always the worst wraps always missing an ingredient it’s like they don’t even know how to read picture. THERES LITERALLY PICTURES OF HOW TO MAKE MY SANDWICH IN FRONT OF THEM YET THEY STILL MESS IT UP

    This morning at 6:13am going through the drive, i order a farmers warp but he told me that they hade no food at all! It not the first time they are missing something 3 out of 4 time. Ice caps, the cups, the straw’s, the cold coffee, what’s next x no coffee?? I do not recommend this Tim Hortons, just skip and go to the next one

    I drove all the way out to this location because the other location isn't too friendly for people with disabilities but unfortunately this location was not open for indoor service. The line up for service at the window took a long time due to lack of employees. The place should have not been open for service.

    Severely under staffed. Students are overworked. Service suffers immensely. Mobile orders never ready and you have to ask for them. Staff friendly and doing their best.

    Little to no service. Need more employees. For a business that makes a lot of money, they should pay their employees more. These people work hard and deserve a lot more than what they make. If they want to keep their employees, they should respect them more.

    Absolutely horrible. I tried to give places the benefit of the doubt for the occasional error; I know mistakes happen. But this location has had some of the most inconsistent service and food I have ever encountered. Examples (Not all, just a few) -Being told they had a donut available for me, after being told they were sold out for weeks, only to be told at the window that they accidentally sold it. -Ordering crispy chicken wraps, and rarely having the crispy chicken -Confirmation screen is rarely on at the drive through, so unless you get the cashier to read the order back, you have no way of knowing until you get to the window. -Mobile orders get ignored all the time, often making me wait longer than if I had just went through the drive through or lined up inside. -Staff attitudes are horrible. When these mistakes happen, Im constantly told that its somehow my fault (I will concede that it was one time lol, and I apologized profusely), They recently had a new manager who seemed to want to turn things around, and I definitely saw progress, but he got moved elsewhere and I'm not optimistic. Unless I'm just ordering a double double (usually safe, unless they sub dark roast in), I will no longer be ordering there.

    Long wait for 2 bagels and I've never seen grosser washrooms at a Tim's (spouse confirmed women's washroom was bad as well). Asked for double-toasted bagel, and it was almost raw. Almost sounded like employees were arguing about something too. Cookies were good though.

    Antony waley is a great worker, works tirelessly to provide excellent customer service at all times and made sure the others got my order right. He made the lemonade machine work. Isn’t that amazing? Give this guy a raise 👏👏

    If you want food here do not go inside. Four other people walked out after paying because they waited 20 plus minutes and they weren’t making the orders. Even after everyone was complaining.. they simply weren’t making food for those who ordered inside. People were walking inside after going through the drive through given the wrong orders. No supervisor wants to talk to any customer all the employees were laughing and not caring other than the cashier. What a disgusting work place. Paid for two bagels with cream cheese waited 20mins and got asked if I was in a rush.. it’s two bagels. Get your stuff together. If I could put zero stars I would.
