Super cute café / shop with Pokoloko. The staff was very welcoming and the drinks and cookie were yummy! Would love to go back!

Cute spot, super friendly staff, one table only so I sat there did some work quiet and soothing background music! They roast their own coffee which was delicious!

The coffee and banana poppy cookie I had was great the Barista at the cash was lovely but unfortunately the reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is the the Barista who made my coffee and my friends, was pretty miserable and practically tossed my friends coffee towards her. I'd definitely revisit but that barista was definitely having a bad day.

Fantastic fair trade coffee. Very tasty tofu breakfast wrap on Sunday (a little too sweet for our liking but nothing crazy). Some of the most friendly baristas in town who are passionate about coffee and bring us positive energy. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Cloud Forest coffee is great. We've tried many local roasters but the coffee here has something special. The medium roast has some acidity but also a bit of a dark character but not too much. The gold/light roast is excellent. Complex beans. Plus, in store, they strive to continually improve. We've found that flat whites are weak at most places but they've worked on theirs here and it is nice and strong.

Very safe and welcoming environment. The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked the barista for a recommendation and she suggested a mocha with macadamia milk. I never tried macadamia milk so she offered me a sample which was refreshing. The milk was slightly sweet and not too watery like other nut milks. I ended up going with the suggestion and loved it. It had the perfect amount cocoa, milk and coffee in it and was not too sweet, but sweet enough. My sister also got the same drink and we both agreed that we would definitely get this drink again. The cafe itself has a hipster vibe and is designed tastefully. It has an alpaca themed store inside of it. They have things such as stuffed alpacas, scarves, soaps, straw bags, snacks, clothing, etc. Overall great experience and would recommend this cafe to anybody in the westboro area.

I love this local coffee roaster. The barista is super friendly and she introduced me their coffee is from intag and roasted in Gatineau. I love her handwritings too. It’s like a cloud in the sunshine warm and bright😍and the misto is like misty rain when I am thirsty

OMFG! 10/10 Must try the Salted Caramel Latte, literally has just changed my life. So fresh and tasty, I could drink these for the rest of time. Although my heart would explode.. Bravo Francis & CF team.

This is a great place with tasty food (croissants) and drinks (hot chocolate). Their retail section is small but cute, I love how it blends in with the café without being out of place or dominant. The service is very friendly and though there are not many places to sit in or outdoors, it seems like a relaxing place to.

Love this place! they have amazing coffee and chai, helpful staff, they let me dog come in (HUGE plus) and they have the best muffins (imo). I will come back again and again. If you are looking for a unique gift for someone go and get something ethically sourced...at Cloudforest.

I visited both Gatineau and Ottawa locations, and I must say, they're fantastic. The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.

Great local coffee and interesting lattes. I buy the 5 lb bag of extra dark whole beans and enjoy it at home.

This review is for both Cloud Forest Coffee and Pokoloko Textiles. Super friendly staff, affordable prices with a lovely environment, interesting collaboration with great execution. Only complaints are lack of seating space for groups of 3 or more and late opening hours in comparison to a lot of other coffee shops.

My new favourite coffee shop in Ottawa. While there is one other place for which I prefer an espresso, as for lattes, this place is my favourite. They have a great milk selection and even offer a turmeric latte, which is hard to find in most coffee shops. The baristas are all lovely.

The staff at this charming little shop are out of this world kind and helpful! Definitely worth a venture inside when you're in Westboro. Everything is beautiful and well thought out.

The direct trade, locally roasted Equadorian coffee is delicious. Some of the best Ive tasted and I used to work at BH where I had the opportunity to taste of of the world best.... The Rio Intag at Cloud Forest is world class ☕
