Shameful, have been there 3 times and there is ALWAYS a mistake on price and they put stuff that are worth 200$ with a price tag of 150$ once your about to pay if your not careful you end up paying more and when you tell her what happens they say : oh but its not the right code do you want to verify, you go there get a freaking picture of it, come back to be told that oh its not the right code sorry... pretty annoying. first picture you can see the box and 215$ once your trying to pay, I had to ask for them to go get the right one instead second picture is at another visit, there is no other masterchef knife nearby, only price tag that you can see and once your trying to pay it was 59 freaking dollar.. Sad because it is a nice place, staff is friendly.

Tried the order online option to save time..... I stood in line for 20 minutes to be sent to a second counter with no one there. So at the pickup counter there was a call for assistance button, it went out twice. That’s how long it took This store stopped caring about their customers a long time ago

Worst auto service I have ever experienced in my life. The "manager" named Normand was the rudest employee I have ever met. Was unhelpful, bad customer service and all around a bad employee to have servicing clients. If i was running a business, I would not want an employee like that facing my clients. He billed a service that he never rendered and closes shop before the stipulated hours. Avoid this auto service center, you would be wasting time and money.

Don't bother ordering for in-store pickup. An associate needs to get the order for you and they make you wait. EVERY. TIME. You're better off going to pick the item out yourself and just bringing it to the cash register.

Went to the garage to get an estimate on a simple repair to my hood and to change the battery, waited 90 minutes to be told by a very unpleasant employee that they didn’t have the parts on site and that I would have to leave my car there for several days. I refused and was charged 105$ by the employee who seemed very insulted that I decided to go elsewhere. When I got home the battery’s positive cable was completely loose and the hood release cable was disconnected from the release clamp. I could have had a serious accident if the battery’s cable came off the battery while driving. Terrible (and dangerous) service.

It is ok.. just a regular Canadian tire. Easy to access and pretty clean. Alleys are big and not too crowded.

This is THE most organized and clean Canadiantire Store I have seen. It feels very inviting in the store. To appreciate the store employees I bought some unplanned kitchen utensils.

They're super nice over there, which is refreshing for a chain store. They're also super knowledgeable, and don't hesitate to proactively help you when they see you struggle to find what you're looking for. For example: I know nothing about renovation and this cashier took the time to explain to me how to use what I bought, once she saw that I was essentially like a T-Rex in a porcelain store. Thank you Caroline :)

18 people are waiting in line to pay, 2 cashiers working! I understand stores may be understaffed but what I can’t understand is employees wandering around aimlessly instead of opening more cashes, while there are that many people waiting to pay. Two employees kissing each right in front of the cash area instead of opening a cash and actually working?! Stores need to stop using the “we are short staffed” excuse for bad customer service.

Went and exchange a defective battery, employee decided to have the garage manager check. He goes on to tell me to leave it charging for 2 days 😂 . Employee decided to give me a new battery. While in my car he calls me telling me I stole the battery, brought battery back only to have him telling not to come back 🤣. Real loser. Anyway, left with the warrantied battery and went to Napa.

Nice store. Is big and I found really Nice prices in all the áreas. Service experiencie about the workers can get better I asked for some stuff and worker didnt was very nice to me maybe cause I'm mexican. Store is good. Go there u will no regret.

The store is amazing and nice staff when shopping in the store. But when I went to pickup an item that I ordered online, nobody was there at the desk and keep clicking on the buzzer on the desk and finally went to inform a staff working at the cashiers and still waited long to get someone to help. I hope they also take care of online customers.

They were out of stock for the item I needed. In the automotive section. However they offered to look o line for a substitute store with the number of items in stock elsewhere. Very helpful.

The service manager is a real number never never again his man is overdue for retired really

I ordered on-line for curbside service. When I got there...I had to go into the Store. They did not have curbside service. They should state that...otherwise, always good service at Canadian Tire.

The service that I received from Aya was greatly appreciated! She made a stressful situation pleasant.. she took the time to help me with a problem, spoke to the manager Genevieve.. and I have to say she was really understanding and super nice about it. Thank you guys ! ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE !!

Went to the garage this morning to drop off my car for the day to change my tires. A gentleman had informed me the day before that the garage opens at 7am to drop off the car. The voicemail for the service center said the same thing. Upon arrival the door was unlocked and an employee was at the counter reading his news paper. He was extremely rude and insisted that the shop was closed despite every indication of it being closed. Me and another gentleman were told to come back in an hour when he was done reading his new paper. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered some moving boxes and such online for delivery on the 18th of June 2022. I received an email in 21th informing me that the order is on it way. Today the 25th still haven't received my order .called customer service, the man I spoke with was very kind .he told me well there is no tracking number and it seems like the order will be shipped from the store close to my address. He put me hold to try to contact the store the one in place Versaille more than 4 times. One one answer the call do I asked if he canceled the order then he tell me I cant because it is all grey out . Advise that I call the store myself. Called the store someone picked up and put me on hold for over 20 minutes and then decided to go in person. I get there and Iwas directed to some woman name Genevieve Bedard . Right off the bat she very cold , so I mentioned the issue with the store not answering the phone when the agent rtrued to call and that I was on hold for over 20 munites .her answer was " we don't have many employees, you can apply if you want" like how rude can u be?because I am black she assumed I don't have a job already. Mind you I am sure I am making twice her salary. Morals of the story is this place customer service can do better. And because we don't all look blonde with blue eyes doesn't mean you doing less better than you .

For being in a mall this CT is still very big and well stocked. No Garage though.

It's really different from all Canadian tire's, it's like something else. The staff here are kind, it is a very clean, tidy and prestigious place. The sales staff are very friendly.

Very bad service. I ordered my stuff online and come to pick up. Many staff were still working there. I just need to go to the locker and get my stuff. But a manager like person blocked my way and said : we closed right now it’s 5:05 you can’t go inside. I told her just for a pick up. She was rude and kept saying have a nice day.

Terrible customer service. I arrive to get car checked to realize that I need to keep the car. When I refused, the person at the counter “Peter” and “another man” were offended by my decision. When I asked: how am I supposed to go home? I was being insulted and yelled at! Which is border line harassment and so I refused to take the service and left with my car. Expensive and impolite service - thankfully, there are car repairs who actually care for the safety of their clients - but certainly NOT this Canadian Tire location.

It is a great place to get sport equipment: bicycles, skates, football shoes, tennis raquets, golf clubs etc.. Clothing too. You can also find difficult to find vaccum cleaner dust bags! This place the staff is very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to all.

So upsetting The manager is so rude. I went to exchange on a Friday night at 7 an article I had bought the same day and I found myself in front of a massive line up with only one cashier. By the time I got to the cash, the manager tells me I need to go to the service cash in a very rude way. I told her its Friday night and you should have more staff at the cash. registers. She starts telling me that she cant pull these people out of nowhere and no one applies to her store. How is this my problem? Meanwhile theres a bunch of floor employees that are just walking around. I dont know about you but would it kill her to train these floor employees at the cash? Extremely rude and she seemed fed up of her job and didnt care about customer service and satisfaction. I didnt get her name but it was about 7:10 pm at the place Versailles store #928. On october 8th 2021. Ill be going to Rona next time….
