    Bad experience. They just told that is no room available once arrive the hotel (although already book early and paid). They just “blame” the travelling apps without checking their system. For those plan to book room from this hotel, please think wisely because they might told you no room available and they won’t help in the refund.

    Very bad services and hospitallity, how can you laughing when your receiptionist partner on call with customer because the customers dont know the place, also the staff have very bad attitude.

    The room is look new. Bedsheet has red stain on it. I am checkout early morning before 7am. Counter claim that the staff holding cash only come on 7am. I have no choice but to leave the bank account number. I have check with counter the day before if anyone around for checkout that time, but the staff never ask or mentioned have this issue. After 3rd day from checkout they still not bank in the deposit to me. Ask for toilet paper and shower gel in the morning through counter because it has finished, only 1 roll toilet paper given. When went back at the night, nothing has been top up. No hair dryer at room. Borrow at counter, they mentioned no stock, the person haven't return. Bad service, do not recommend to stay.

    Yess it is bajet hotel but I LOVE IT. Begin with the reception, the helper, the manager, the f&B crews all of them are so kind & helpfull. The room just like normal room and clean. Only have one elevator and guest can use stairs... They got function & meeting room but suitable to small group. I forgot about the pool. Not sure they have or not the pool. Located near the main road... So if u want to sleep tight without any disturb i recommend u to get room without window. This place near to refleksology services and also Superstar Karaoke. The best part is the food. U need to come and experience it yourself. For sure, u will love it. And plus i did plan to come here again in fasting month (ramadan) because they open for ramadan buffet with variety of superb food. Anyway i enjoy so much here and definitely come again

    I woke up with an itchy body. There were yellow stains on the sheets and blankets. No soap or shampoo provided. When I informed the staff that the breakfast buffet was empty, they did not even bother to refill the food. The air-conditioner was so old and loud. It broke down twice at 2am and 6am and the staff said it was just the remote controller having problems (Are you serious?? Just change the air-cond!!!) This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my whole life. Please DO NOT COME HERE.

    Location is a bit side from center and surrounding isn't nice (four streams road). Rooms are standard. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, very various. Staff helpful. They even shifted our breakfast to 6AM when we had had to leave the hotel very early morning.

    The location is great where there are plenty of parkings and it is near Jonker but not within walking distance. The service was fine. During check-in, we waited a little because the room was still preparing. The check-in time is 2PM, and we arrived late at around 3PM. We were told to wait at the lobby and overheard that the room was still preparing. Unfortunately, the room experience was disappointing. The aircon wasn't cold initially, and what's even worse, it turns off every 1 hour. We made a complaint and someone came to repair it. It was fixed temporarily, but after 2 hours, the aircon switched off by itself again, and the following every 1 hour 🥲 However, the hotel did compensate us with free breakfast the next day. It would be great if milk is provided 😂 On a positive note, the cleanliness of the room toilet is good 👍🏻 , especially the toilet bowl. There isn't any stain at all, which is pretty impressive for a 2 star hotel!

    LOCATION 1. Easy to locate. Beside the main road only. 2. Spacious parking. If you are late check out or early check in, don't forget to pay the car park. HOTEL 1. Nice lobby and nice cafe design. 2. Fast check in process. 3. Depo needed (RM50.00) and RM2.00 Melaka heritage. 4. I chose a room without a window, the room is not so small and not so large. Enough space for praying. 5. The toilet is quite big. Hot shower needs to be put in the max or else it's not getting warm. 6. The air conditioner works properly. 7. The bed is also comfortable. Overall this hotel is quite satisfying. Just came here for sleeping only. The good thing is, when I entered the room, the Aircon was already on. Good service 👍

    Staff polite and good service. Room small, shower gel like expired with chemical changes smell ask for change. Was told by front counter buffer breakfast start 8am to 10am. When we go down by the time of 8.40am. No food already. Got top up food but the food top up by small portion wan to take time finish again as jus enough for 2 or 3 people take. The simple breakfast bread also none. No much choices for buffet breakfast.

    Fridge cannot use. Cannot use card to open door. Come at 2pm to check in but the room still not available. At last, can check in at 4pm. Time to checkout is same at 12pm! So bad. Not worth my money RM200 per night. Please improve. However, the staff is friendly and okay. The star is for the staff only 😁

    Very late check-ins. Many people were stranded at the lobby. Arrived around at 2.15pm tapi dapat masuk bilik nak dekat pukul 5 petang 🥲 Maybe avoid coming during festive seasons lah kot. And we got FREE breakfast for 4 pax, and the food was okay. The room was nice and big though. But we asked for towels TWICE and it never came until we check out 🥲🥲🥲🥲 Can't connect to the Wi-Fi too. Will we come again? Maybe yes, maybe no.

    Room is bigger than average. During check-in at 3PM, we were told that the room are not ready. Note that check-in time is at 2PM. Finally got the key at 4PM. We need to wait for another 2 hours for towels, which was at the laundry - seems that this is a lean stock of amenities hotel ops. TV was without any program due to error. Mineral water is not provided, but there's a water filter machine outside the room. Mattress is not comfortable. WiFi is almost non-existent, very poor signal. Insist not to have the room facing the back alley as there's work activity by presumably restaurant workers until well past 11.30PM. The only plus point is the ample parking space (public), room size and price. We didn't try the RM15 bfast because we would get better value outside i.e. RM45 for 3pax bfast...

    Came to check in at 3pm. However the room was still not ready. The staff only say sorry without any solution or compensation offer. Bad service.

    The room was good. Breakfast was not so great but the kitchen supervisor was a very humble chap, he even packed food because my son was not able to join the breakfast. Kudos to him. Overall satisfactory however if something need to be changed in this hotel, it should be the front desk receptionist. She was completely not friendly, no courtesy, zero customer service skill and rude. When we ask questions, she ignored and continue staring at her computer and this happened few times during our stay. The management should replace her with someone with guest fronting skill and who have a more pleasant attitude.

    The room is cozy except for the pillow. The pillow is so keras and uncomfortable may cause neck sprain. The foreigner staff at the front desk/lobby is not fluent in bahasa or even english, only knowing basic communication. Should've put front desk staff who could converse well with guests. Improve these two then simply will receive a 5 stars for accommodation 👍🏻

    The room is ok for the rate charged. It could be better if the bathroom/toilet is supplied with a pair of non slippery slippers as the floor is quite slippery. Shower cream was there but no shampoo. Towels are old, ragged and smelly after one use.

    the staff are all friendly, the service is good but not worth the price during this holiday, the room is quite spacious but there is no view just facing the building next door. the bathroom floor is a bit slippery, the selection of tiles is not suitable, limited wall plugs, limited parking

    I had stay here once...2nd times try to repeat. Call them ask for the price. One Malay guy assist with price rm260 for 3 bed. After discuss call them back but unlucky 1 Indian guy assist said different price eventho I just call 5 mnits later. This is ridiculous & manipulate price increase to rm300 for 3beds. Don't support bisness liar like this. Big liar. Dishonest worker.

    Nice place. Not far from most attractions in Malacca. Downside was lift wasn't working. So had to walk up to third floor with luggage. A porter would havr made my day.

    New aircond! Friendly staffs! Great deals! Disable friendly hotel (with free disable parkings: 2 lots) Ample parking available (need to use coupon) Near to eateries! City center! Recommend for especially low budget travelers!
