Some of the best Tex Mex food I have had. Today I sampled the Mai Mai Tacos. Great service, chips and salsa where great and we where able to get in and out for lunch l.

Thank you to the cook who came out to help my mother with the menu, really appreciate your kindness. The tilapia was perfection! Cheese enchiladas were so filling. Grilled veggies were superb, great replacement for the rice. Excellent food all around. Very satisfying. A great location with lots of parking, a fantastic staff and of course wonderful food.

As I am eating. The waitress continued to ask me if I was through 3 different times as I'm eating. I appreciate good service but be more attentive.

Great service and clean restaurant. Delicious food and drinks. It was Mother’s Day and busy yet we still had super attentive service. Yummy meals and salsa and chips. The only thing that could have been better was the guacamole. But overall really good.

I got the chipotle shrimp and, let me just tell you, it was the most beautiful thing that has hit my pallet. This place is AMAZING!! Highly recommend. There is also a live band with guitar!

Delicious food. Colin was our server and he was amazing very attentive kept our water glasses filled. Chicharrón and queso was so good best appetizer hands down. Definitely will be back.

1st timers here and the service and food was really good. I ordered a michelada XX but they put Clamato on it (which is what a mi helada consists of so that’s my fault) but it was still very good. In the pictures it’s a reserva margarita, very good.. kind of sweet and sour lol. Chips and queso for the appetizer, enchilada combination, which to my liking the chicken rings one was better and some fajitas and shrimp lastly for dessert we got the 3 leches cake👍🏻👍🏻 Tate our waiter was awesome! He did a very good job with everything

I loved it, they treated us well as this is my first time going. There are guitarists playing beautiful music while you eat and the waiters/waitresses are exceptional. Great staff!!!

Went on a Friday night & it was packed. Parking lot was full. We were able to get a spot at the bar. The bartenders weren't very attentive to people ordering food. We had to keep flagging them down for everything. But I understand they were busy. Baja shrimp tacos & Ceviche were good. Delicious frozen margaritas. Not very strong, though. Festive atmosphere. It is a bit pricey like any Pappa's restaurant but totally worth it.

The Place was awful busy for a Saturday evening... No I'm mistaken, it was typically busy for a Saturday evening. Like the Virgin Mary when we arrived there was no room at the Inn, and just like the Virgin Mary we sat at the bar and drank margaritas and queso till our table was ready. The staff was friendly. Jackson waited on us at the bar and was super attentive , checking in to "see how y'all are doing" almost to the point I thought we might of been dating and I was unaware. (I had been drinking) Once our table was ready we cashed out at the bar went to our table and ordered some food. It was my first time. And like most of my other firsts it was faster than I thought and tasted better than I imagined. But unlike my other first times it wasn't as weird taking pictures of the event. Swing by next time your in town, Pappasito's Cantina: it's better than Taco Bell Pappasito's Cantina: The Salsa is like cunilingus it tastes better the more you eat it. Pappasito's Cantina: it's worth a shot.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. I love their frozen margaritas. The food was good but not great. I ordered chicken fajitas. I am there mostly for their margaritas. They are always great!

Blade is a new waiter; but he is so kind. We had grey hair in our tortilla basket🙁☹️🙁 😳 but other that, food was served hot & yummy. I would normally not eat or return after that type of experience..But this was their 1st #oops and I eat here every week... For years

I rarely come to eat here because it is expensive but it’s always worth it when I do! The beef fajitas are always delicious! The chicken fajitas are so dry, you need water to swallow them! The rice and beans are always perfect! The shrimp was a bit salty and I was not a fan of the cheese sausage! The quails are done to perfection and full of flavor! The cheese enchiladas are tasty but not my choice of meal! The guacamole is fresh! The flower tortillas are hot and fresh! They did mess up on our order but they did redeem the mistake immediately with no hesitation! The customer service was exceptional, our server Jaqueline was extremely attentive and friendly! We definitely recommend and will always come back!

The food had really good flavors. The service was excellent, our waiter was on it the whole time we were there. We sat at the bar, before the crowd arrived. Our drinks were excellent and they kept the tea coming, which was nice. I had the chicken tacos, great flavor, but it was wet and caused the inside of the tortilla up get very soggy. I had to pick the chicken out and eat it with a fork rather than pick up the taco and eat it like a taco. The beef fajitas were a little fatty, but the flavor was great! They do give you alot of meat in the Medium order though. A bit pricey, but good flavor! No grilled bell peppers in the order, only onions. The rice is really good! The charro beans had a good flavor but sure were dark. The guacamole does have tomato chuncks in it, which I don't care for, but it was good. The flour tortillas were very good and not like most out there. They were a little thick and very soft and had a good flavor, unlike the ones served all the other restaurants that feel like cardboard have no flavor and I can't eat them. Our waiter and server were both GREAT!!!! A bit overrated in price but great flavors and great service!!!

Let’s start by saying place was packed at 11:45 am this meant place is fire. We waited 30 seconds for a group of 10 and had our table set up on no time. Waiter Issac received us with a happy attitude, was motivated and wanted to explain to us all and every question we had. Very well presentation of some of the plates and had our chips drinks and appetizers ready like a flash. Food was super good and the charro beans were of the chain straight from the kitchen. Place is very clean and lots of teamwork at this location. Everyone had smiles and made my day walking I. Here hungry and leaving full and happy due to Great service. I will for sure be coming back here and will be recommending this place to others. Good job Papasitos 1960.

The best Tex-Mex food I ever had. The service at the restaurant in Humble Texas was the best. Real family feel. Our server Lucas was fantastic. He made us feel like we were the most important customers in the restaurant. We will be back here when we're back in Town.

This was the most tender steak ever. I prefer medium but medium rare is standard. I had the lunch portion. Food was well seasoned. Everyone at the table was quiet when their meal arrived. Would definitely reccomend.

Living in South America & having worked at a Taqueria, Pappasito’s passes the test! The Reserva Margarita…oouuu!! 👌🏼 Definitely a hit. So much flavor. And worth the extra $2 from the house marg. If you want something close to a burrito bowl (since you already will have carbs via free-and tasty-chips) get the shrimp plate on the back of the menu. Not matter what food you get, ask for and try the green salsa! Soooo good. One of my favorite salsas. Thanks for your great knowledgeable suggestions and smiles, Andy 🙏🏼

Don't let the initial look at the atmosphere make you think this is going to taste like a chain restaurant, because it doesn't! I thought it would, but I was completely wrong. From the food, to the service..it was all good. The Tres Leches was fresh and super moist! The torch of the whipping on top gave it a nice smoke touch. The steak and chicken fajitas were melt in you mouth! The tortillas that came with it were really fresh tasting and homemade. Watermelon margarita was really balanced between alcohol and fruit taste...get the ranch drink, very refreshing I'll be back again!

We ordered the 2 pound fajita mix pack curbside. They website said the food was to be ready by 8:10 waited about 20 minutes longer to get our food. We only live about 7 minutes away the food was barely worm to the touch and cooked med rare I asked for well done. I think if someone spends $170 on dinner and wait longer than the time given it should be at least hot and cooked properly.

What a wonderful experience! The service was a challenge as they were so busy sometimes the items we ordered were left out and we had to ask for them a few times. Other than that, the food (the shining achievement) was really well prepared, hot and flavorfully presented..will definitely be back!

Food is great. The reason for the 3 stars is because they should never put 4 adults to those small tables. There’s simply not enough space for drinks appetizers, food, chips, salsa, etc… it made our whole experience bad, rushed, and we had to constantly put our empty plates away. See the pic and look how our tortilla plate was hanging off. Absolutely horrible and I get they want to capitalize on having as many people and tables but this is not the way. Finally… the ladies bathroom was disgusting. Last time going to this location for that reason. A public bathroom should always be clean… especially a public restaurant bathroom. Urine all over seats and floor was a gross sight especially in a restaurant setting. It should look and smell fresh at ALL times. I brought it to a staff’s attention but this is something they should be on top of.
