    What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER BOOK HERE PLEASE SAVE BEING TRAUMATIZED!!! Im afraid the bolt on door is broken !! Bed is hard as a rock I am completely exhausted after a long flight and I can’t even get comfortable and go to sleep. I rather sleep in the car !!! The water pressure is low and water was Luke warm. Towels are thin , my bolt lock on main door is broken , heater is decent. I wouldn’t come back here, this is my first time visiting Texas and I should’ve paid more money for comfort but $135 for two days is expensive I should’ve Airbnb probably. I was on my menstrual cycle which I explained to the young Arabian man and sled for more linen he looked up in the air like Geesh it’s gonna be awhile I asked how long he replied an hour, guys that was an entire day ago he NEVER accommodated my needs and NO HOUSEKEEPERS cleaned my room when I asked him he says well they don’t clean every day !!! This place is privately owned DONT DO IT I attached pictures.

    Last resort type of motel. Nothing and I mean nothing is to par here. Dirty walls, dirty sheets, dirty smells, dirty attitudes, everything was dirty here!! I booked because I was going through a situation but something warned me when I came here and there was just a finger count of cars here. Old TVs that don’t get dusted, curtains with cuts and slits in them exposing the inside. They paint over stuff and it just makes the entire room look ran down. I can’t be more honest with you when I tell you just don’t waste your money here. Oh yeah and the rates they charge are disrespectful knowing how busted these rooms are. The audacity is actually hilarious 😂

    Great room with plenty of space. We got a double for an evening while the winter storm took out the power and water in our area and the city choosing to black out our area. This place is clean with helpful staff. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Very updated and modern. This establishment gave myself and my family the comforts that we needed. Thanks

    They are pet friendly with I a plus for me. They were working on some of the rooms fixing things and replacing toilets which is always a plus to me as well. Staff is very friendly or at least most of there staff is. Quite and close to everything you could want or need, a lot are within walking distance if you dont have a vehicle. All and all a good place to stay for the price when you book your stay online.

    1st of all, there was no phone in the room. Half of the bulbs were missing in lights, no stopper in tub, only 2 small pillows in the king bed, coffee pot didnt work & had to ask for a microwave oven because it too was missing. Blow dryer didn't work. On a positive note, we did get a coffee pot that worked & a microwave. Maid service was excellent. Really liked the hardwood floors because of my dogs. I may stay here again.

    For price and quality,they definitely passed my expectations. Nice welcoming, clean bed and shower, good air conditioning ( even little noisy). The bed was comfortable. I just stayed for quick stopover in Houston and didn't rent a car. There are 3 malls next and behind it. You can just walk 5 minutes for restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to big mall for quick shopping ( brands such as Ross, Skechers....)

    I got there at 9am and they told me that I would have to wait until around noon until the room was available so I went to eat and came back at 15 after noon, to be told that the room was still not ready, and asked me if I could come back in another hour or hour and a half. So finally went I came back they took my money and gave me the room keys. When I opened the door to the room every single piece of furniture was tipped over, upsidedown, as I looked around everything was just completely turned upsidedown!!! There were absolutely no sheets or anything on either of the beds!!! And as I turned around to walk out the door and get my money back, I noticed that there was about a 1/4 in. Of water all over the floor!!! I did immediately get a refund, however the very next hotel that I called , which was down the street, asked me if my name was Kelly??? How would the guy at the next hotel know that??? The guy here at red roof called the hotel down the street and told them not to rent to me????? Very unprofessional!!

    King Room was not available upon check in so I accepted the 2 bed. The “non-smoking” room smelled of pure cigarette smoke, the floors and tub were both dirty, the sheets had hair on them , dirty walls, the latch lock on door was broken and not to mention the TV didn’t work . I reported the tv to the front desk and was told that a maintenance man will come but no one ever showed up . So I had to listen to a very loud dog bark all night and rooms doors constantly slamming around me . Run farrrrrr away! They don’t even put fresh tissue, it was two half used rolls. NEVER AGAIN

    Room was clean. Bed was clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of channels on TV. Quiet location. And when we opened the door the AC was already on so it wasn't like walking into an oven.

    Clean rooms ,comfy bed , friendly owners and staff, bug free, the only disappointment was the pool wasn't open and the on site laundry was not available

    Shady business practices. BEWARE! They will double charge your card and steal your money. The front desk worker will lie and managers will pretend to be unavailable. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Liars and thieves here…..

    Really got me out of a jam. My AC failed and I needed a room at 11pm with my dog. They were very accommodating and even allowed for a late check out as my AC wasn't ready yet. Very nice people. Thank you

    I was traveling for my business trip and stayed at this motel. The front desk person was very courteous and friendly. I booked two nights for my stay. I had great experienced, rooms were very clean, wifi was very fast, maids cleaned my room nicely while I was staying there. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable. Another best part was it is very closed to Bush International Airport (IAH) and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping centers. I would recommend to all my family and friends to stay here while visiting Houston.

    If I could leave a zero I would. This place was absolutely disgusting. Upon arrival it was an easy check in process and the guy at the front desk was pleasant. When I originally step I side the room #109 I was first alarmed because the security lack on the door was broken. Secondly, as I begin to inspect the bed I moved the mattress and there were a gang of roaches from all different sizes nesting underneath the mattress and inside the bed frame. As I continued to search the bed I removed the linen and mattress cover to find more roaches inside the sheets. Along with hair inside the mattress protector and stains on the linen. I didn’t even proceed to check for bed bugs because the roaches stole the show. If they had roaches I’m going to assume other creatures are there as well.. I immediately went back to the front office to speak with the staff and mentioned how I would not be able to sleep in that room because the bed was infested. The guy on 3rd shift was very shocked that there was a roach problem and mentioned that they just sprayed. I asked if I could get my refund back and he stated that since it was after 12 they are not able to process any refunds. I did pay partially in cash and the rest on my CC. I was told that I could come back in the morning and speak with the general manager (Mark Patel). The next morning I called the facility and spoke with a woman about my situation and ask to speak with the manager. She stated that he was not in and that he was on a business trip. That she would have to call and speak with him to see if she could refund me my money. A few hours past by and I went to the actual location to see if they would be able to refund me my cash and they tried to stiff me out of that. However, I was able to get the cash portion back and I will be disputing my CC refund as well. I do not recommend this place at all. To nobody! Save your money and do not invest in this business.

    Staff was great and very helpful place us nice and quiet. In a great shopping location. Sheets looked dirty thankfully I bring my own.breakfast ?what breakfast there wasn't even any coffee or juice. Breakfast area and lobby area wasnt even open. This is my thing hotel for most part is good however if you are going to advertise breakfast even with times its served thats what I expect .so when you don't and look at me like I m crazy for asking it kinda makes me feel a certain kind of way. .you don't have jetted tubs like advertised either. So who ever does your website needs to do some updates

    Most noisy hotel ever. More like a motel anyway. You can literally hear everything from outside, the cars, neighbors slamming every door and then in the morning the neighbors literally yelling on top of their voices to each other. I think there are some long stay guests or something cos that wasn’t normal. All the rooms are facing the parking lot so it’s definitely not a hotel. The rooms are spacious that I’ll give them and there’s functioning AC and heater. The beds are comfortable. Would I stay here again? Definitely not, maybe if they make the windows soundproof or something. Worst sleep ever. Just needed a place to crash cos I was in transit.

    Honestly, I had an open mind when I came here. But when I checked in the gentleman at the desk, the general manager, was short and rude. I had preordered and called ahead to make sure that I could check in early (I was flying out later that night so it was important I could access the room early). Now, I can be accountable in that I did not realize there were two red roof inns near the airport and I apparently called the wrong one. That is not my issue, it was his attitude and treating me like I was inconveniencing him for just talking to him which is in my mind his job. It was about noon, and he went out of his way to say they do not allow early check-ins but gave me a key to a different room, probably because I was upset. That I am grateful for. But the room itself was dirty, and the toilet did not work. Then when I called the front desk because there was near constant pounding (I assumed from some kind of bass music) the gentleman said he would check it out then basically told me he didn’t hear anything. I don’t ask for much but a clean, polite, and less sound that would not have the walls vibrating was evidently not possible here.

    Don't come to this place, scam scam. 🚨🚨🚨🚨⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I've been robbed . When I arrived they told me that I had to make a deposit and it turns out that when I went to check out, they did not return anything to me, the woman who had the system down told me that since it was a holiday it was going to be reflected in my account on Monday next, which 3 weeks later and still nothing, I called and they said they don't know about it. What a little deposit being ignored, they told me to wait 72 hours to speak with a manager and no one shows up. the truth that lacks respect. Still nothing about of my money. and I saw that several people were doing the same thing. ALL THOSE people who were scammed with these people I invite you to call the police and report this

    Its nothing like the pictures portrayed. Rooms are dirty and smelly. The owner was unbelievably rude to multiple guest. Falsely advertised free continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. If you can stay anywhere else, do yourself a favor and go there!

    Room was as pictured. The desk clerk was nice but our room wasn’t completely ready. Main reason picked this hotel was for the pool. The pool was dark green and my kids couldn’t swim our whole stay.

    Always good service. Laundry room works very well at cheap price. Everything is well kept in rooms with a pull out couch. They keep everything in working condition.
