This area was alive and kicking 30+ years ago with Pancho's Mexican Buffet, a movie theater, and eventually, an HEB and a PetCo. Now, it seems like there's more spaces for rent than actual stores operating in the area. We don't like coming to this area anymore; it doesn't seem the safest. In fact, there was a person shot and killed in the adjacent parking lot not but a few months ago. If it wasn't for Supercuts being in Deerbrook Crossing, we would probably never visit this area.

My son took me here to eat at Pancho’s one of my favorite places to eat. The staff was friendly and I love raising the flag. I don’t know of anyone else that has this. And the sopapilias are the best!

I would pass by and hardly see any customers, giving the impression of a desolate and uninspiring environment. However, everything changed when Planet Fitness set up shop here. Since its arrival, the shopping center has experienced a remarkable transformation. The once-dull space has become a hub of activity and energy, with Planet Fitness drawing in a significant number of customers. In stark contrast, the other stores within the shopping center seem to struggle to attract visitors. Their foot traffic is pale in comparison to the bustling crowds that flock to Planet Fitness. It's evident that Planet Fitness has injected vitality into this shopping center, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere that is hard to ignore. While the other stores may come and go with little impact, Planet Fitness has firmly established itself as the main attraction, consistently drawing in customers and adding a sense of excitement to the shopping experience. The popularity of this fitness center has effectively revitalized the shopping center as a whole, transforming it from a stagnant and unremarkable space into a lively and thriving destination. The is a good business complex. Here are some businesses located here. A gym Food places Dollar store Beauty supply Furniture And many others. Lots of parking and even room for new business if you are looking for a store front .

Planet Fitness FREE summer teen program is amazing. My son had really enjoyed working out with his friends.

Weekdays light traffic never a problem finding parking.but the weekends can get a little busy.

I find a hair in the dessert I put the frosting on my tea to make it taste different I request the assistance from the manager and what he told me that it wasn't his and I told him is not mine I have long hair and gray I was wearing a hat so is no way that it was mine

My husband and I went to Country Scrambled in Deer Brook Crossing. The food is excellent. Portions are ample. Bring your appetite. I highly recommend.

Country Scramble 2 is a place I would highly recommend. Breakfast is like down home cooking. Home Fries Grits Sausage Biscuits and Gravy. Whichever you prefer. Even lunch. Only downside is they close early.

I go to the Cajun Crawfish Seafood and Bar. My new favorite place to sit and eat. Pleasant environment and the food is Awesome

The super .99 store is the best always clean . They have what other super .99 stores don't have. Go see for yourself , leave your c c in the car 😂

Mall is cool...they have a few areas under renovation but its still cool... Jc Penny lind of sucks but other than that a pretty good mall.

Definitely don't feel safe leaving the car parked out here too long. But the amount of stores keeps you coming back.

Very popular, seems there is a few customers there all the time. The wait is reasonable. Chicken is great! Price is fair. Always friendly. ‡ No public Bathroom ‡ Counter Service Only ‡ Almost Everything is Fresh ‡ Spanish is Primarily Spoken Repeat customer and I recommend them to friends. 👍🏽

This shopping center seems to be ok. I'm not sure if they need to diversify the stores here though or if I have no interest in most stores in the center.

Have a variety of place to visit oh there is a planet fitness there open 24 hrs

I went to Panchos. Is it authentic Mexican food? Not in the slightest. Is it a cheap....ish buffet that allows you to eat and be served while seating? Yes. Been eating here for years and I've never had an issue with it. Will continue to eat here. It's a good place to take the family.

We visit the area often. During this visit, the traffic and kind of scary parking lots were very strange. I think we saw a guy get stabbed. Normally it’s a great trip. Ponchos’ and shopping. Today we ate and left.

We ate at poncho's. I don't shop at these stores. I did till Anna's closed down

Went to Pancho's for nostalgic reasons. It was not as tasty as it used to be. And I felt really sluggish and bad the next day.

Planned fitness has move to the other corner near the street. The new place seems bigger, organized, many workout machines, no judge zone, everyone is focus on themselves.

Love the new location next to the 99¢ store. Love the new ab machine and deep tissue massage chairs! There's definitely more space.
