The best sauna place I have seen until now. The place is just big. There are different areas with different themes/topics. I also enjoyed the multiple sauna infusions availables and how the person with the infusion do it with joy and some jokes as well. My experience with the people working there was good. They were in a good mood, friendly and you could talk to them and ask questions when needed. If you want really enjoy this place, my suggestion is to stay at least 8 hours or a full day. The restaurants were good as well with friendly waiters/waitress. Something to know is that the place could be a bit crowded especially in the weekend. If you count the ticket and the restaurants prices it is a bit expensive but for me was it worth. If I will have the chance, I will definitely go there again. Do you like have a nice sauna experience? Then is sure a place to go in my humble opinion.

We are coming for a spa day biweekly. Reception front office were friendly and helpful as always, but very unfriendly staff inside at the Indian Spa. We complained later outside to the marketing manager at the reception but there was no accommodating or a apology from her except a ‚sorry for this‘. We are very disappointed.

This place is above and beyond, a premium. After sometime in Germany, I did not really wanna return, but after this place, I changed my mind and would go back for this place. Easily the best experience I've had in Germany. The interior design, facility and service are excellent! On a Friday evening for 4 hr entrance, I paid 25€. Each sauna room is unique and relaxing. The staff members were very helful. As is normal in Germany, it is co-ed textile free in Sauna zone (downstairs) and on the ground floor, you'd wear swim suits. There are several pools inside and outside you can swin. If I had know that there are a plenty of pools in textile free zone, I'd just go straight to the sauna zone instead of spendint an hour in the pool on the ground floor. Strongly recommend and suggest you go on weekdays.

90 minutes driving with my 2 teenagers, walk in and they say online reservations only. I ask if I can wait and they said sure but no chance. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing a LOT of . people with same problem, i start thinking they need to fix their website to make this problem much more clear. Then she comes over and say that we are in luck! Got in and had a great day!

Great sauna place. Love the variety of available saunas. Everything is very clean and the people are friendly. It can get a bit crowdy since the building has smaller areas where's there can be kind of 'traffic jams'. I loved the outdoor area as well.

It is a beautiful Spa, no doubt. Very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the magnesium and calcium pools. But I found it quite confusing to wander around, especially since all the signs are in German, in spite of the fact that I can speak a little German. Be aware, you can ONLY enter the saunas NAKED! You are not allowed to have a bathing costume on. I have to say not everyone may be comfortable, or come from a culture where this is OK, and it would be inclusive in such a public space to have at least ONE sauna for those who are not comfortable to be totally naked.

I've been going here for years and it just keeps getting better! The facilities are absolutely stunning and it feels like a true holiday every time I go. The food at both restaurants is excellent and the helpful staff attend to every small detail to make the experience unforgettable for everyone. The treatments are worth the money. I can particularly recommend a Hammam treatment with Rebecca. She's friendly, professional, and skilled. Much appreciated! As a person who visits spas around the world, this is my all-time favorite!

After getting recommendations from fellow German friends, I drove from London to Cologne to experience the ultimate spa destination. My only regret is that I should have stayed longer. Huge complex of spas that you could easily get lost in. Maybe an indexed map could certainly help... I particularly enjoyed lane swimming in the dedicated 26°C pool and moving to the thermal salt water baths soon after...

It's probably my 10th visit there. All the time I'm coming to Cologne, I plan a day to relax in Mediterana Therme. All is great: the saunas, pools, staff, (a special thank for GEORG got the nice, very friendly attitude regarding guests and a perfect Aufgüsse:)) Beautiful, well maintained surroundings, immaculate cleanness. Tasty food, good and fast service in restaurant for absolutely affordable prices. Thanks again, and see you soon! A little suggestion: it would be nice to have some soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers, also the hand cream in the toilets und tissue boxes a little bit everythere.

Great spot to relax, but book online before during holidays to guarantee a place.

My favourite thermal bath in the Cologne area. Beautiful, professional, clean, fairly priced. A wide range of different pools and saunas and wellness treatments. I have already visited three times and I will keep coming back. It is hard for me to relax and this place does wonders for my well-being.

I didn’t get to take photos because phones were not allowed once you get in the actual sauna areas. What you see in the photos is what you get. It’s also worth the money but better to bring your own slippers, bath robe, and towels, so you don’t get charged for extra. I didn’t try the restaurant because it seems overpriced.

A calming atmosphere, nice decoration, with love to the detail. Service is always nice, an with a smile.

I had a really good experience, I did laser with Monica , she was so nice and professional and explained to me everything. I felt very comfortable.. for sure will come back
