Great practice, appointments always without a long wait. Employee-friendly opening hours, doctors very compassionate. What I like best is the very good general service surrounding the patient and the considerate approach. Truly the best practice I've had so far. That's why I'm awarding the entire practice team the Heart of the Year 2022!

I moved here in 2019. Was always satisfied too. However, recently my bridge slipped. I was informed that it would break and there was then a healing and cost plan. There is also a filling on this that was not discussed before. Only after I asked. I went to my old dentist and the problem was solved within 30 minutes. Bridge down, stayed intact, bridge glued back in, done. Saved €2,000 of your own contribution. It's a shame that this wasn't taken into consideration here and therefore left a strange aftertaste. It was clearly emphasized that the bridge needs to be rebuilt! It's all a bit of a shame.

We have been providing dental care and checks for over 35 years. The dentist you trust probably describes it appropriately. Nice, friendly team from start to finish of a treatment.

I spent two hours here today with great fear and I have to say that I am impressed with how much compassion the medical assistants and the dentist showed. Everyone I have met so far is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had a phobia of dentists when I was a child. My teeth were then treated and maintained in the practice 4 years ago with empathy and professionalism. I now have really stable teeth again and are much less afraid of dentists. Big ups to Ms. Reinartz, Ms. Alipour and the entire supporting team! Thank you for that!

Been to this dentist since I was a child. It's been a disaster since the expansion. Nobody answers the phone and if someone answers after 3 days you are insulted for not canceling the previous appointment. (Like if you call 20 times for 3 days and no one answers). I have now waxed my dentist and I am more than satisfied :) You'll be surprised at how friendly the interaction with patients can be :)

Excellently equipped practice! Mr. Pulichino is a dentist who really knows his craft. In addition to the 1A treatment, the doctor <-> patient communication should be emphasized. He doesn't just start drilling, he explains why what needs to be done and how and why it needs to be done and how it needs to be done. That's how it has to be!

My wife and I haven't been to the dentist for a long time. Just because of the waiting times and pain and in retrospect you may be dissatisfied. We have been going to Mr. Enrico Pulichino in Bachem for 2 to 3 months. The practice itself is very clean, friendly staff. The waiting time is really a few minutes Mr. Pulichino does his job so well that the fear of pain has completely disappeared. Even afterwards I don't have any pressure pain or anything like that. I can recommend the practice to everyone and especially Enrico Pulichino

Mr. von Kleinsorgen is a very good dentist, committed, level-headed and calm - he is happy to explain the individual treatment steps in an understandable manner.

Very good practice. X-rays are always carried out here as standard. I would particularly like to highlight Mr. Pulichino. A very competent dentist who took the time I needed for me. I'm a little older and not quite fit anymore. He explained everything to me and always made sure that I understood what needed to be done. I had a lot to do. Pulling teeth, filling root canals and adjusting my prosthesis could all be done in just a few sessions. Also because the laboratory is in the same building! Thank you!
