Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind geschult den Kunden nicht zu Wort kommen zu lassen und diesen abzuwimmeln. Ich finde es extrem schlimm das hier Kunden ein sogenanntes Fachgeschäft vorgegaukelt wird, bei dem der Kunde angeblich auch nach Kauf noch König ist. Espresso Perfetto ist eine Kette die meiner Meinung nach rein Gewinnorientiert handelt. Ich werde dieses Geschäft nie wieder betreten!

Von einem Einzelfall kann ich leider auch nicht ausgehen, da Freunde von uns dort ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
