disappointing
experience

months
via

and
phone
calls,
they

refused
a
return
and
instead
offered
a
100
Euro
bonus
for
future
purchases.
Persistently
communicating
my
concerns
through
emails
finally
led
to
an
acceptance
of
the
return.
To
my
surprise,
they
insisted
that
I
personally
open
the
damaged
sofa
upon
its
return,
an
unexpected
and
inconvenient
demand.
Furthermore,
a
scheduled
repair
appointment
was
not
honored,
requiring
numerous
follow-up
calls
before
the
issue
was
addressed.
This
entire
process
has
left
me
thoroughly
dissatisfied
with
Maisons
Dortmund.
From
the
damaged
product
to
the
challenges
in
communication
and
service,
it
was
a
frustrating
experience.
I
advise
others
to
think
twice
before
making
a
purchase
from
Maisons
Dortmund
and
hope
that
my
account
contributes
to
improvements
in
their
customer
service
and
overall
practices.
