We were able to see the Eiffel Park, Burg Eltz Castle, and the surrounding towns including the beautiful 200 year old town of Monschau.. It was easy access by car to Aachen, Maastricht, and Brussels. Great family vacation, and the town has wonderfully welcoming people.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for and received extra towels early in the stay since we would be traveling the day of towel exchange. Utilized the free laundry but did not get a chance to use the sauna or game room. It was nice to have a few English channels on the TV. Only issue was the shower backed up but we plunged it and it was fine.

A very quiet and peaceful area. My condo was at the ground floor and I could go out to the very green lawn, which has a pretty hedges with a flowering tree. I saw a shy snail, a big pretty one. We could go out on a stroll to nearby meadows from my unit. The window and door shutters outside has an interesting mechanism, also individual radiators for heat was interesting. Flowers in the premise were very well maintained and pretty. The condo is well appointed, spacious and clean. The office hours are short, but they communicate with the guest via email before they arrive. The staffs are very efficient. Fellow guests are very friendly, volunteering helpful information.

I visited during the off season so there weren't many people. Hiking was great - Eifel National Park is so beautiful. It rained, but there were enough clear hours to get a few good hikes in. I enjoyed going down to the village of Gemund each morning for breakfast, but the 800 meter hike up and down could be tricky for some - and the village itself is still rebuilding following the 2021 flood. I did meet some very friendly people in the village though, including a lovely couple who drove me to Bonn, Aachen, and Monschau. Buses and trains got me into the city and to Germany's theme park Phantasialand, but be careful when looking at the schedules - the buses don't run all day and night Saturday and Sunday and you can easily get stranded at the train station since it's hard to get a cab way out there in the rural part of town. Still, Robin at the front desk was very helpful in planning out some day trips for me, so thanks to the friendly staff!

the apartments are very specious and clean, we could control the heating and had hot water all day. we had a full kitchen with full utensils. as opposed to other hotels we could, three times a week, take new towels and other things, washers and dryers are available on site including laundry detergent. the staff was very helpful with any questions we had and at checkout we received a jar of jam which was very nice. also, we want to specifically thanks Mariam, who we didn't have a chance to meet this time but two years ago when we were supposed to stay at the hotel and had a package sent to the hotel but our stay was cancelled due to the flooding. Mariam assisted us with have the package sent to us where we staying. we very much appreciate her assistance

It was pleasant and memorable over all . Slightly.... It will be complete if there are more amenities available since it is a resort . We wanted to use the sauna but it was not open when we checked , not sure if its close during Sunday only.

Apartment 103 was spacious, clean and had all the things we needed. The Ferienpark is close to many attractions: nature, history and cities. This is a place where one surely would come back.

The appartment was really nice. Everything was available for a comfortable stay. The only thing in our appartment was that there were some small stains on the wall which looked like blood. Might have been a mosquito that has been smashed on the wall of something else. That should be easy to clean up. And there was a old cassette / cd player, which no one uses anymore. So that also could use a touch up. Besides that, parking is great. But no chargers for electric cars. You have to find those on your trips and hope that there is a spot to charge. Otherwise make sure you fill up on the highway before you arrive. Sauna is also pretty nice, but you have to reserve it (otherwise it will be off). This service can also improve. Last thing is that the gameroom is also lacking. There is table tennis, but no balls. And there were few to none boardgames. So this room can really use a touch up. But all in all, it was a nice stay.

Great service and nice rooms! Only bad thing is that it is far from places to visit in Germany 🇩🇪 bigger cities!

Fabulous holiday here. Apartment was clean and mostly renovated. Staff were very friendly. Sadly the gym and games room were closed due to Corona but hire of DVDs were free so we tried a few. Washing facilities were also free and easy to use. Great. Thank you

Have stayed here a week in an clean, super quiet, and cozy apartment. Kitchen is very nice to cook and everything you need except your groceries is there. It has guest restroom, and full bath, bedroom with queen size bed and livingroom has a sleeper sofa. Dining table, TV and plenty of play space for dogs or kids. It is winter now, but there is a terrace with table and chairs to sit out in summer. There are nice walking paths around the apartment and nice residential neighborhood surrounds. We had a car to get to shopping or sites in the area. During Corona times check-in (show certificate or proof of recovery) and stay was easy and we felt comfortable and safe. I would stay here again, also to support local businesses like this in the beautiful Eifel area.

Excellent place to stay. The only unfortunate experience is the small town the property is located in was hit hard by Covid, and the majority of the restaurants and shops in the town centre were shuttered and out of business. But the property itself and staff were exceptional!
