Would not let us pay daily as he had 'problems with the English before' and demanded that we pay 10 days upfront (€286 - even though the advertised price was €24 per night) We left before we'd even pitched our tent and found another campsite 20 minutes away that was €100 cheaper for the 10 days (€180 Including electric hook-up), in a much nicer area, right on the river, with much newer, cleaner and better facilties including a bar that also served food.

Katastrophaler Zustand, insofern man das als Zustand bezeichnen könnte.. Bei uns im Ahrtal sah es nach der Flut einladender aus. Die gute Anbindung lässt sich auch als "direkt neben der Autobahn" bezeichnen. Die "Sanitären Anlagen" würde ich bestenfalls als lost Place bezeichnen, so eigentlich auch den gesamten Platz.

Most lovely people from Germany! We arrived really late, but one of the guest waked the owner and we could stay for the night. He even gave us light by his torch while we were building our tent because it was dark. The showers and toilet are a little outdated but clean. Nice to stay for a day!

Waren wegen der Gamescom hier. Duschen umsonst, Sanitäre Anlage wird 2 Mal täglich gereinigt, grillen darf man. Günstige Alternative zu Hotels. Leider neben der A4, aber ist auch zum Teil beruhigend.

Minus Punkte. Unterirdisch. Wäre ich nach einer sehr langen Fahrt mit Stau + Co nicht so platt gewesen wäre ich sofort weiter durchgestartet. Sieht aus wie ein Campingwagen-Friedhof, ich war mit meinem Minicamper+ Hund der einzigste Gast 🤭 Von den Toiletten war eine geöffnet und diese versch.../ Dusche war solala okay... Plus war das das Steakhaus fußläufig erreichbar und geöffnet hatte. Die Nacht war laut... fast kein Auge zugedrückt...und als ich um 5.00 ohne Licht mich aus dem Staub gemacht habe brannte in den Campingfriedhof-Wägen Licht... Spooki 20 Euro für Grusel! Nie wieder!

Agreed price with groundskeeper who at first was very chatty and nice although didn't speak any English, he also offered to mow the grass. We then had to deal with some other stuff, we came back to pitch our tent and said we didn't have the full amount in cash, we offered to pay €100 then the rest in the morning, however the groundskeeper refused and said we had to pay full amount now. This made us feel very unwelcome as he became very rude. We decided to look elsewhere for a campsite which we found an excellent one in neighboring Town Bonn. Little bit further to drive to Gamescom but worth it. We are glad we moved as Camping im Sulztal was very noisy next to two very busy roads. The campsite we moved to was next to the river, very peaceful and €100 cheaper!

Netter kleiner Naturnaher Campingplatz mit viel Grünflächen und Bäumen, einfach gehaltene Sanitäre Räume. Sehr nette Besitzer und Platzwarte im Familiären Umfeld. viele Stromanschüsse in der Nähe vorhanden.

Ein tolles Camping Erlebnis, sanitäre Anlagen sind eigentlich immer gepflegt und was ich persönlich am meisten Feier ist das nach spätestens 30 sec. Heißes Wasser aus der Dusche kommt. Man wird hier nett empfangen und aufgenommen. Also wenn ich Mal wieder einen Campingplatz in dieser Gegend brauche ist das die erste Anlaufstelle.
