    I've been a member for about a year and I'm still super happy with this decision. I've never been to a course that wasn't a lot of fun. My favorite course is Shadi's every Wednesday 🤩. The atmosphere is always totally relaxed and happy and the whole ambience of the studio is pleasant, clean and somehow a little homely 😊. The Corona period is also being managed well, thanks to Andrea and the team!

    Hello Andrea, you should be praised for your efforts to comply with all protective measures, to implement the requirements and thus to protect your course participants in today's crisis.     Training here is highly recommended. Strengthening, mobility, endurance - everything is there with very varied exercises and equipment. Andrea provides personal and motivating support. And good protection even during virus times thanks to distance, ventilation and an air purification system when it's cold! So, thumbs up, I'll stick with it.

    Thoroughly recommended, great dance and gymnastics studio! Very committed and competent teacher Andrea Hasselbach, highly effective training in ballet and pilet, great workshops (including foot gymnastics) and, thanks to Andrea and the nice course participants, an extremely pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. A stroke of luck for me for three years!

    Excellent women's gym. I do spinal exercises there every week, and the director Andrea has an excellent, very diverse and varied program to offer that is good for the whole body and has made me free of back pain and significantly fitter. Big bonus: The cost of the WSG courses is largely covered by your health insurance! Absolute recommendation.

    a great and friendly studio! The courses are varied and very effective. Andrea takes every participant into account and you just feel like you're in good hands - whether it's spinal gymnastics, pilet or ballet. The courses are fun and I have been taking them for many years.

    If you want to do something good for your body and soul in a personal atmosphere, you've come to the right place. All muscle groups are strengthened and stretched to beautiful music. The teacher Andrea responds to everyone personally and always comes up with something new. It never gets boring. After training you feel fit and balanced. You just have to try it out and, best of all, register so that you have good motivation to do sport regularly. Highly recommended!! Definitely go. The changing workshops also bring fun and variety to the training.

    I've been a member of girlfriends for about a year and a half and I'm still very enthusiastic! Andrea does a great job! A diverse range of courses and workshops accompanied by varied music. I'm always happy to have been there! I find Pilett in particular uplifting and invigorating after a day in the office. I can only recommend it to anyone who would like a bit of dancing combined with fitness exercises - all in 50 minutes. Without any prior knowledge of ballet, of course. Dear Andrea: keep it up!

    I came to Girlfriends through my health insurance and am completing a back training course there, which is almost 100% covered by my health insurance. The back training is really very varied, professional and everyone and their previous illnesses and individual abilities are taken into account. So everyone can take something with them and after training you will notice that you have done something good for yourself. I have to give this 5 stars and will take another course soon. Everyone is friendly and it is clean, professional and, as currently necessary, great attention is paid to infection protection, which further underlines the professionalism. I can only recommend taking a similar course there, possibly also subsidized by your health insurance company. I'm sure that one or the other will be enthusiastic and then want to become a permanent member. P.S.: The training is always perfectly coordinated with the music.

    We took a really great dance class at Girlfriends on the occasion of a bachelorette party! We all had a lot of fun 💃🏼🎶! Andrea managed to achieve a really great choreography as a team despite our different dance skills!
