Hier ist auch der nächste Kritikpunkt, es hat überhaupt keine Hilfe beim stillen oder wickeln oder sonstigem gegeben. So etwas kann bei einer anständigen Erklärung schon vorab vermieden werden. Man merkt einfach regelrecht, wie viele der dort arbeitenden Menschen, einfach keine lust und Zeit haben und im Ergebnis hilfsbedürftige Mütter abfertigten und alleine lassen. Die Krönung der Kritik ist aber die Station selbst. Nach dem Kreißsaal waren wir wirklich entsetzt über das Verhalten mancher Mitarbeiter dort. Grosses Desinteresse und keinerlei Hilfe, bis hin zu sehr unfreundlichem und sogar teils unverschämtem Verhalten. Wir waren teilweise wirklich sprachlos. Da wir mehrere Tage da waren, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass diese schlechte Erfahrung keine ausnahmeerfahrung war und es sich auch nicht um eine kurze Momentaufnahme handelt. An der Anmeldung saßen 3 junge Mädels, wovon eine sich entschuldigte und äußerte das die Ärzte die die Gespräche durchführen auch im Kreißsaal oder OP-Saal anwesend sind. Okay... Ich kenn die Abläufe nicht, aber organisiert war das nicht. Auf einer Tafel des Hebammen Teams hab ich 40 Hebammen gezählt (trotz urlaubszeit und vermutlich erhöhten krankenstand gibt es sicherlich eine andere Orga). Nachdem ich äußerte das ich bereits seid einer Stunde warte, kam nach 10 Minuten eine Hebamme (keine Ärztin wie am Anfang angekündigt) zu mir und ratterte das Gespräch mit Hilfe eines Bogens runter. Sehr unsicher, sehr unter Zeitdruck und sehr unpersönlich. Ein Junges Mädchen das es kaum schaffte Augenkontakt aufzunehmen, wie soll so ein junges Mädel mir ansagen machen wie ich zu atmen und zu pressen habe. Alles in allem hab ich mich sehr schlecht aufgehoben gefühlt. Zum Glück hab ich noch ein zweites Krankenhaus auf das ich definitiv zurückgreifen werde. In diesem KH kommt mein Kind nicht zur Welt.
