Ich möchte das AEZ an sich bewerten, daher 4 ⭐️. Erreichbarkeit sehr gut, ausreichend Parkplätze [ schon fast verwirrend, lach]. Alles sehr sauber, sehr schön [stets aktuell] Dekoriert. Ein dickes Manko, ist die [stellenweise erhebliche] Arroganz des Personals der einzelnen Geschäfte. Das betrifft nahezu alle Geschäfte, egal ob Kleiner oder großer Preis. Dieses Problem existiert hier schon immer, deswegen waren wir 14 Jahre nicht mehr Vorort Einkaufen .....und das obwohl wir in der Nähe wohnen ! Und auch das heutige Erlebnis war sehr sehr ernüchternd und bestätigt ausschließlich unsere Haltung zu diesem Objekt.

Ein schönes, großes Einkaufszentrum auf drei Etagen in Hamburg-Poppenbüttel. Es sind viele bekannte Markengeschäfte präsent. Banken, Cafés und Restaurants sind vorhanden sowie Kinderspielplatz und Kinderbetreuung. Im EKZ-Parkhaus kann man für eine Stunde kostenlos parken.

Upscale shopping mall with a large selection of clothing brands as well as groceries and restaurants. Convenient parking possibilities and easy to get to also with public transportation. The shopping mall has everything you need. There are multiple hair salons, a Rewe in the basement and a very large Apotheke as well. Across from the mall there are several other stores, like Saturn, and also restaurants. In the middle of the mall there is a grocery and restaurant section with a very good selection of vegetables, butchers, and restaurants.

Das Alstertal Einkaufszentrum in Poppenbüttel ist ein beliebtes Einkaufsziel in Hamburg. Mit über 200 Geschäften bietet es eine große Auswahl an Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Das Center legt großen Wert auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit, was man auch an der sauberen Ladenpassage erkennen kann. Es gibt genug Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Ladenstraße und es ist hell und geräumig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein S-Bahnhof der Linie S1 in Richtung Ohlsdorf. In nur 20 Minuten erreichen Sie den Hauptbahnhof. Ich persönlich empfehle Ihnen, das Alstertal Einkaufszentrum zu besuchen, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem breiten Angebot an Geschäften sind. 🛍️🛒 Wenn Sie eine Pause von Ihrem Einkaufsbummel benötigen, können Sie sich in einem der vielen Restaurants oder Cafés entspannen und eine Tasse Kaffee ☕ genießen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie einen schönen Tag im Alstertal Einkaufszentrum verbringen werden!

Die Park Gebühren würden von 1,00€auf 1,30€ Std angehoben bei jede angefangene Stunde … habe die Logik nicht so ganz verstanden was so eine Erhöhung rechtfertigt. Man bekommt Strafgebühren wenn man im schönen Einkaufszentrum verweilt und Geld ausgibt. Klasse!

Nachtrag: 30. u. 31.08.2023 Ich bin an zwei Tagen hintereinander von weiter entfernt angereist, einfach wirklich toll. Die Mall hat meine freien Tage zu tollen Tagen gemacht. Ob Essen oder Einkaufen, es war schön im AEZ, Danke dafür. ............................. Tolle Mall, sehr gepflegt und erinnert an die Zeit wo shopping wirklich Spaß gemacht hat. Ein Muss wenn man in Hamburg ist.

Absolute Frechheit für ein verlorenes Parkticket 15 Euro zu zahlen, mir ist bewusst das es in meiner Verantwortung liegt auf mein Ticket aufzupassen, aber man verliert keine vergoldete Karte sonder eine einfach Papier Karte, die Preise seit der neuen Parkanlage ist sowieso eine Frechheit. Absolut nicht behinderten bzw. Kinderwagen gerecht, jedes Mal Funktion mindestens ein Fahrstuhl nicht und das seit Monaten, diverse Baustellen nicht abgeschlossen sind ist mir ebenfalls ein Rätsel, einfach nur ein schlechtes Einkaufszentrum - mehr Schein als sein. Die Geschäfte geben eine Vielfalt, deswegen hat dieses Zentrum lediglich einen Stern verdient.

Wow, denke die schönste Mall die ich in Deutschland kenne. Sehr groß geworden. Große Auswahl an Läden und Essen & Trinken. Alles toll dekoriert und gute Parkplätze.

Clean.Nice.Organised. Many shops are located inside this business; such as clothing stores, food stores and even shoe stores, everything you need. Almost all stores are open currently although some close early because of the virus. In order to enter certain shops (e.g H&M)you may have to fill a form including information like your full name, number and address. All stores require you to wear a mask at all times. The toilet -located on the second floor- is free and clean, but you can choose to pay a 50 cent tip.

Pros: Beautiful mall. Well taken care of and kept clean. Security can be seen sometimes walking around and the general feeling of safety is there. Quality shops and a great selection thereof. Cons: Eltern-Kind parking spots are not enforced. Many are taken by people without kids. The elevators look nice but usually only one or two are working. Not all park card machines take cash. Only one diaper changing room.

Ich schaue mir seit Corona mit Besorgnis an, wie leer es in dem Center in den letzten Jahren ist, sogar in der Weihnachtszeit. Nett für den Kunden, schlecht für die Händler. Heute war ich ein bisschen länger dort als die sonst bei mir übliche schnelle Stunde (nämlich genau 2 Stunden und 8 Minuten) und würde dann mit 4,50 Euro Parkgebühr zur Kasse gebeten. Ernsthaft? Das sind ja Preise wie in der Innenstadt, da darf man sich auch über Kunden Angel nicht wundern.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Einkaufszentrum. Viele unterschiedliche Geschäfte mit guten Angeboten. Ebenso viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen. Großes Parkhaus

A very good mall in Hamburg

Sehr elegantes, sauberes Zentrum. Es gibt reichlich Parkplätze. Ich war beeindruckt von der Auswahl an Luxusmarken und dem hochwertigen Warenangebot. Ich hatte ein großartiges Shopping-Erlebnis. Auch die zahlreichen Restaurants bieten hochwertiges, der Foodcourt, Gosch, Kaffees etc. Ich finde ein Muss für jeden Hamburg Besucher

Alstertal Mall is well-known German shopping resource situated in the north of Hamburg.The shopping gallery plan offers space for tens of well-known specialist shops on three elegantly designed promenade levels. The latest expansion project had turned this mall to be the largest center in northern Germany. The shopping center is well-desgined and maintained. The interior is dominated by light natural stone combined with dark wood and stainless steel. Lounges, plants and fountains with light and water features create a relaxing atmosphere. Have fun in shopping and spend some money.

Wenn das AEZ irgendwo spitze ist, dann damit, Kunden nur noch im Internet einkaufen zu lassen. Ansonsten nur noch Abzocke mit Wucherpreisen für Parken und WC (ist eine Freude mit kleinen Kindern, wenn gleich 2 oder mehr Aufpasser den Weg versperren und so die Bezahlung sicherzustellen). Dazu immer mehr Verkaufsstände in den Gängen mit aufdringlichen Verkäufern, was so gar nicht zum selbstverordneten Luxus-Anspruch passt. Es macht keinen Spaß mehr, dort einzukaufen.

Big shopping mall, you will find variety of things there but according to my experience the prices are a little bit higher than the other shopping malls. You can choose what you want to buy, try on then check and compare the price online with other shops But all in all good place, clean and well designed. From my side it is recommended to have a visit on weekdays to avoid crowdedness.

This mall is very good. There are many stores and many food places.

Easy shopping centre… would like some more variation in shops for more affordable clothing. Accessibility is good and lots of car spaces. We went in the morning when the parking was 1,30€ and came back an hour and half later and parking had gone up to 1,50€ This year for Christmas there is a gondola for children to take them to see Santa, who if I’m honest could be made more to look like him and wouldn’t hurt him to smile 😅😂 jolly Santa and all that! But we explained that this Santa is a helper to the real Santa. It’s a shame that there aren’t more places that do this. Having lived in Uk there’s a magical experience in every garden centre to see Santa 🎅🏼

Remember how it was 30 years ago. It has changed a lot, got much bigger. Even though I do prefer the “old” version, I’m here on a visit after having moved to the US, and the AEZ is “home”, brings back memories. I do miss the Prager Schinken Brötchen von Lohmeier!!!

Wir wurden heute (20.09.2023) unfreiwillig Zeugen eines Probealarms samt Evakuierung des Centers. Leider war während dieser Zeit kaum ein Wort der Durchsagen über die Lautsprecheranlage vernünftig zu verstehen. Hier sollte meiner Meinung nach dringend nachgebessert werden!Der Rest der Übung verlief ruhig, gesittet und reibungslos.

Um 11 Uhr Parken 1,30 Euro!!! Geht's noch? Kein Andrang aber Preise 30 Prozent höher als sonst um die Zeit.

My fav shopping centre in Hamburg! The vibe is so good!

5 Sterne: Ich liebe die Vielfalt dieses Einkaufszentrums: sei es der Apple Store, Süßwaren Laden, Kleidungsgeschäfte einfach super. Zudem ist dort auch ein relativ großer Abteil für Essen sei es Chinesisch oder Pizza etc. Sauber ist es dort ebenfalls, da kann man sich echt nicht beschweren. Genügend Möglichkeiten um zu parken gibt es ebenfalls. (Das auch für einen fairen Preis!) 2 Sachen gebe es allerdings, welche ich mir wünschen würde: eventuell ein Laden für Vintage Mode für Jugendliche und eventuell ein kleiner GameStop (welchen es mal gab) oder diesen einen merchandise shop wo man aus seinen Lieblings Serien etc. Merchandise Artikel kaufen konnte. Diese gibt es leider nicht mehr was ich schade finde, ich schätze allerdings das hier einfach nicht genügend Leute Interesse hatten. Trotzdem muss ich sagen kann es schonmal gut vorkommen das man sich vornimmt nur eine Stunde dort zu bleiben und daraus dann plötzlich ein halber Tag wird ;) Sehr angenehm und super Erlebnis!

Eine große Auswahl an hochwertigeren Geschäften und eine großzügige Raumgestaltung. Parkhäuser sind alle miteinander verbunden, daher gewöhnlichetweise eine gute Chance auf einen Parkplatz. Es macht alles einen sehr sauberen Eindruck.

War sehr gut wäre nur noch besser gewesen wenn auf dem Weg dahin nicht so einen Kranken Auto fahre hinter mir gehabt hätte war dem zu langsam beim links ab biegen bei der Ampel und dann hat er so gefahren als ob er uns hinten drauf fahren wollte und meine schwer krank Schwester auf dem Beifahrer sitz die auch noch im Rollstuhl ♿ sitzt hatte Angst da der uns bedroht hat. War am Samstag Wellingsbüttler Weg, Richtung Einkaufszentrum weißer Transport.

Für mich gehört das AEZ zu den Top 2 Einkaufszentren in Hamburg, hier kann man Stunden lang bummeln und bemerkt nicht wie die Zeit vergeht, es gibt fast alle große Marken aber auch gute günstige Läden und auch viel zum schlemmen wie Gosch Sylt im 2 Stock, die Parkplätze finde ich ein wenig zu teuer aber draußen gibt es genügend günstigere Alternativen wenn man nicht gerade samstags ab Mittag dort hin gehen möchte

It's about as good as you're going to find in terms of a shopping mall... It's huge, has good parking facilities and a wide selection of shops ranging from clothing, decor all the way to models, toy shops, puzzles and a restaurant area.

This post below was posted almost 2 months ago, since then absolutely nothing has been done to address the problem, other than the poor excuse from the management given as a response, fact is out of the two lifts in the building, one has been left unrepared for about 8 months or so, i wonder if the businesses losing money daily due to this lack of maintenance for the shopping centre would be happy with such a response. As previously stated, avoid if you have kids, are elderly or disabled, especially given the lip service response from the management, saying it will be taken care of and is important...but doing NOTHING to fix the very easy and clear to see problem, this means you don't care. It is as much as anything can be proof that you're not interested in helping elderly or disabled customers in your centre. Originalpost "disabled and baby unfriendly, there are only two lifts in the entire building and one of which has been out of order for about 6 months, including the entire Christmas period. Should you wish to travel between floors be prepared to wait upto 10 minutes for a lift. There appears to be no maintenance or security/staff ensuring that the lifts are used by customers with childen, disabled or elderly, so often anyone too lazy to take the escalators will also avail of the only working lift in the building. Avoid this shopping center if you have childen or are disabled."

A very nice shopping mall with a lot of great shops and a very nice food corner. Easy parking.

The mall is functioning with normal Covid19 rules. The final store which opened several weeks after all others was the American sweetshop. Empty shelves but hey, their doors are open! There's hope😊 Most stores close at 7pm now, a few at 6pm. The mall used to be open till 8pm - which I used to think was early. So guess how I'm feeling now! #BringBackYesterday

Great place to do shopping.

It is definitely a good place for shopping. I got good deals there which was really pleasant for me. There are also several restaurants and coffee shops with good foods.

Arrival - 4/5: parking costs 1,50euro per hour, but there are a LOT of parking lots available, most of them underground and all connected to the mall itself. Inside - 5/5: One of the best malls Hamburg has to offer. A huge variety of clothing, beauty and other shops - also a huge food aisle with all kinds of foods. The mall is super clean and well organized. There are also huge interactive tablets for orientation through the mall.

Big shopping mall with many high-brand stores like Tesla, Apple or several designer outlets. For me personally I am missing more eatery options, the shoppping mall is very limited in the selection of food relative to it's size compared to other malls in Hamburg.

So big, I am lost. Many shops mall usual things are there. S-Bahn ist just round the corner.

Toilettenbenutzung nur gegen Gebühr. Keine Ahnung welche Gesetzeslücke hier genutzt wird; für Restaurants und Cafés, die sich außerhalb eines Einkaufszentrums befinden, wäre das nicht möglich. Und selbst wenn ich die 0,70€ bezahlen wollen würde: Als Zahlungsmittel wird nur Bargeld akzeptiert. Dieses EKZ ist so anachronistisch wie die Waren, die hier gehandelt werden. Nichts für Kunden unter 60.
