Neat and clean room, with details such as a loose kitchen faucet, very hot on a 30⁰ day without a fan it is not bearable, nor can you keep the windows open due to the noise. Transport to peak meters. If you don't go during the hot season, it's fine. Easy street parking.

Very nice and clean apartment

Stayed for 2 days. The entrance to the room, like in many apartments, is coded (very convenient). The room is equipped with everything you need, even an iron and ironing board. There is a mini kitchen. The room is clean. There is a grocery store nearby.

We as a company are always happy to book the apartments for ourselves and our employees at Marcus Falck, Falckenhorst VermögensGbR, because we know that everything is clean, there is a parking space in the immediate vicinity, the connections to the city are absolutely great and we feel very comfortable there. Great room, comfortable beds. All clean. Public transport in front of the door. Only warms up quickly in summer.

Price performance is right. Smart home accommodation with everything you need. Highly recommended, especially for families. Free parking in front of the door.

If you want to go to Hamburg and are looking for a hotel, there is no better choice than this. Good parking and Lidl within walking distance. Check in and check out is easy, the kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is available and the room is very modern, Alexa controls throughout the apartment. Top!!

Very nice apartment and very modern with smart features. The only negative point is the sunny side without air conditioning or shutters. Also getting old here and there (door handle was very loose, etc.). Otherwise very clean and comfortable

We had a very well-kept and spacious 1-room apartment. As a welcome there was a small bottle of water and a small bottle of red wine on the table, which we were very happy about. About the apartment: There was no wardrobe, but there were 3 drawers on each side of the bed so that we could store everything well and we didn't miss the wardrobe. The kitchenette is small, but everything is there: refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, stove and sink, and of course dishes ;-) The bathroom is small, but is also well equipped, even with a washing machine. Park: I had to park my car about 10 minutes away from the accommodation. It's always not so nice for me when I can't see my car, but it was parked on a quiet street. Vicinity: A bus stop is (almost) right in front of the door, so you can easily reach everything by public transport. A LIDL is right opposite and a little bit away is a Netto. So everything you need is there. Conclusion: All in all, it was a lovely holiday in Hamburg with great accommodation that I would book again and again.
