Corona
is
difficult
for
all
of
us.
Yes.
But
the
level
of
unprofessionalism
here
is
unprecedented.
According
to
city
regulation
a
negative
Covid
test
on
arrival
is
required.
The
hotel
initially
confirmed
this
and
we
managed
to
produce
respective
proof.
Contacting
the
hotel
in
an
unrelated
matter
just
two
days
prior
arrival,
we
were
told
that
the
hotel
decides
to
overrule
city
regulation
and
not
accept
respective
guests
-
even
when
being
able
to
produce
proof.
In
addition
we
were
asked
to
cancel
our
booking
via
the
booking
platform
we
used.
The
icing
on
the
cake
was
when
asking
the
hotel
when
they
planned
to
actually
inform
us
that
they
plan
to
deny
us
accommodation
and
reject
us.
The
answer:
at
check
in.
I
had
to
laugh
hilariously.
I
followed
up:
so
did
you
plan
to
contact
us
in
advance
so
we
could
change
our
plans
accordingly?
Answer:
we
didn't
plan
to.
I've
spent
some
time
in
some
hotels.
Good
ones
and
not
so
good
ones.
But
this
place
sets
a
new
record
of
being
absolutely
ridiculous
and
unprofessional.
