The apartment exceeded our expectations in every regard. Perfectly located near to the airport were I work. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Easy check in process. They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

Leaning more on the modern side. Comfortable bed, warm sheets, big windows. I found it challenging to face the side of the company and wanting to keep my windows open, but thankfully they have light curtains for some privacy and still have light come in. The sofas are very stiff and uncomfortable. The TVs might need some updating but work fine. Its nice to have Lidl right behind the house for quick groceries. Great gym with a lot of different equipment. Nice meeting area, but again, the sofas are not very welcoming. I enjoyed my free morning coffee. The door less bathroom is a bit annoying when the floor gets wet, as much as I tried to not get the outside wet. Not enough storage or hangers. Does the job, I grew comfortable with time. Not many social or restaurant options around. Great staff. Good laundry room.

It has been awhile since I stayed at Appartello Hamburg. However, I keep coming back here whenever I'm visiting Hamburg because you see the same friendly, professional people working here time after time, making your stay a better one, and, the accommodations are excellent. The place is always super clean, well stocked, and overall a wonderful experience.

The worst check in process ever. Because they have to maximize profit by not employing anyone on site anymore, you have to check in outside at a computer terminal. And then the big game starts: First challenge: Where to find the keycard? They are hidden in a special slot at the terminal! There is nothing indicating that it might be there. Else it would not be fun! Next challenge: Where is the WiFi password? In the room? Wrong! At the lobby? Wrong! Calling the hotel phone number? They don't know it! No, it's there where it belongs: Outside at the terminal! If you like to play games after Horus of traveling, go for it. If you prefer quality and service, avoid! (In the picture: The AC unit)

We had an amazing time here at appartello ! our room was very clean and exactly like i expected it to be online. The sensor on our room door broke which meant we couldn't get into our room anymore and the staff were super nice about it. They transferred us to a new room and were very apologetic about it. Both rooms were the same and super nice. appartello is in a wonderful spot, it's super quiet at night, very close to many great restaurants along the river and a really cute part of hamburg. It is also very close to the airport which made it super accessible to us without a car. I want to thank the 2 members of staff once again for making it such a great stay! They both spoke great English and made it as easy as possible for us. overall a great value for money!

A great hotel to stay in the airport area. Check in is easy and you can get your room digital key so you can go to your room directly. The rooms are large and quiet with walk-in showers and a kitchenette with a microwave and large fridge so if you're there a while you can go to Lidl a few doors away and get supplies.

I really enjoyed staying at Appartello! I was relocated to Hamburg, and it was my first living place here for 2 months. Everything was great: service, apartment, washing center. In fact, the mattress here was the most convenient in my whole life =) I strongly recommend Appartello to other people! It's an awesome place! Thank you for these 2 months of my life!

I stayed at these apartments for almost two months. It was my home here in Hamburg. As for the apartment, it is very clean with modern furniture. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and a variety of amenities including a good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a free coffee/cappuccino every morning. However, the true value of these apartments lies within its staff. All of them are super nice, very welcoming, and really helpful. The hotel manager is an angel disguised as a human being. The smile never lift her face not even for a second. She really went far and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one. Overall, the way you are going to be treated in these apartments will definitely overcome any flaws or shortcomings you might find or see. Myself, I had an exceptional stay, and it was a wonderful experience. If you have the chance to try it, then don’t hesitate at all.

Appartello has really good standard. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Everything is in a very good condition, almost perfect. Staff is helpful and open on your needs. You can use washing centre or little but well equipped gym. I can thruelly recommend this place to stay.

I have stayed here for the whole of November 2019. It is really an amazing place to stay. Friendly staff, nice gym, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, other facilities like laundry rooms...etc. I would love to stay here for all future visits to Hamburg.

Room was perfect for 5 nights. Breakfast available in room, but buffet in the BWP very close is top. Very quiet, nice place close to the fitness center with cafe or tea, sofa and what you need to relax. 25 mn from the city center by bus & metro.

I stayed 4 nights as I came for business in Hamburg. The apartment was clean, modern and all people in reception very helpful. I would definitely go back again. The only observation I can make is that you can probably add a curtain (cotton/glass) in the shower as water goes everywhere when showering. It's not important, but it would be nice.

We stayed for 5 days and they were really the best 5 days in our whole trip. The place was really smart. It's clean, well-organized, had an access to laundry room and ironing. Location is great, very close to Hamburg airport, close to most of the important locations and attractions. But what we liked most was the staff ... they were really really nice and helpful, especially Stefanie, Alexander and Johanna at the reception. They helped us in every possible way and made us feel at home with family. I am going to miss them all and certainly hope to go there once again in the near future.

Everything was just perfect spaciously the manager Mara Wroszkowiak was very helpful and very kind. but I have 2 comments , cleaning if you could make it twice a week and the other comment is the quilt should be bigger. thank you so much for your hospitality.

The overall stay has been really nice. Good room size, comfortable beds and all other facilities on point. The only thing i did not like was the meals and breakfast. Catering Menus need to be improved and the breakfast could be much better. There is a big difference comparing it to Alstekrug breakfast.
