Tourist trap (with non-german staff). Impossible to have a coffee flavored ice cream, they gave us cold liquid coffee beverage, vanilla ice cream etc. They never understood. Just nice to watch bikini girls on their paddle along the river. Expensive failed communication experience. Good place to have a Fritz Kola perhaps, but no more.

It is a fantastic restaurant to have the food with a good river view. Canoeing is possible through the river nearby. The food is so delicious. The catering service is incredible. We can simply trust their food and their service.

Lovely cafe right at the lake where every one in the family can enjoy their time together. When we were there staffs were friendly and provide a fast service. Food was impressively fast and good taste.

Great location to be at in summer. The service was exceptional and you get a warm feeling. The beer was great, food too and it is right next to the stadtpark. I give it 5 stars!

People are allowed to smoke inside here, despite complaints of other customers. Also, the food is pretty ordinary and boring. Avoid.

Think twice before you enter. The location is nice but the waiters were not really flexible and even rude although we addressed them nicely. Besides they barely spoke English. I do speak German though but my girl friend doesn't. Waiter only addressed me instead of her although she had a little request. Really unprofessional, condescending and chauvinist. What a waste of such a beautiful location. And it seems like (given the other reviews) that I am not the only one with this impression...

Not too bad a place...only open during summer months. Serve comfort and have a decent ice cream bar that does take away if you don’t want to stick around. Service is pleasant, albeit a little rushed at times
