    We bought a kitchen for around 12k EUR with multiple visits in the center spending hours (with a baby) on planning the kitchen. Still our contact in Höffner „managed“ to order the kitchen 3 weeks later than agreed with only little and delayed response over email/phone. Delivery date was supposed to be end of March but no news until then. After sending more than 10 emails and calling they just came (13.04) back saying that they are only able to deliver on 31.05 so with a delay of two months . I strongly recommend you to go somewhere else. Dissapointing…

    Avoid this shop if you have other option.!! If you especially order anything needs to be delivered or assembled by this company, you will experience the upmost stresses you have never imagined of... Absolutely NO proper customer service or competent support at all... If you are willing to waste your money, time and energy, I highly recommend.! Update to this horrible nightmare shop, 12. Nov. 2018 We have so many problems from our order including 1. Missing parts from Kitchen + horrible montage 2. Wrong order made by shop assistance 3. Scratches and damage to my property during the delivery 4. Inconsistency in customer service. Been a month since the first delivery and montage, nothing really done properly. Instead, they put additional burden on me by asking the manufacturer to deliver big pieces of missing parts by DHL without telling me it would be delivered to my address...! I must say the people dealing with customer care are just simply idiots. So, my wardrobe is still in my bedroom without any doors, my kitchen cooker fan not being able to suck air (instead it blows out the air lol) and my sofa takes up big space but i am not able to sit on it. Thank you Höffner! for your incredible service. !!! I will update your horrible service here and will let people know that you guys are just nothing but garbage.

    The service provided by the people working in the store was good. But there is no compromise on the delivery times, our bed is still not deliver and the delivery time is 2 times more than the mentioned when we bought it, even if we specifically asked for that. We also bought a dinning table, package was not damage but the wood corner of the table was very damaged, meaning that they have supplied a table already damaged before the service provider picked it up for delivery Very disappointed with the global service

    Sales Service in the bed & wardrobe was nice, but the delivery service is horrible - promised delivery in 10 weeks, however able to deliver only in 13 weeks, call service is very rude. Overall the shop is nice, but please be cautios about the after sale service.

    Good prices, but in order to buy 3 lamps in the shop we first had to sign a document then when we were ready to pay after a long queue the cashier told us to go back to the receptionist to pay. Then the receptionst took 10 mins to process the payment. Then we went to collect the items and it took another 15 mins in the warehouse. All together 40 mins. Worst service I've seen in my whole life.

    Very organized and filled with possibilities. Went there to check sofas and we found a good assortment of them. We were also approached by sales employees who helped and made recommendations. All in all a good experience.

    Good selections of household products. When there is a sale, you get great deals so do look out for it. Customer service is actually zero hence why I removed 3 stars, because no one actually entertains you unless you make the effort to find them. Most of the time they are no where to be seen. I had to go around the floor to look for one staff to attend to me to make my purchase. Please show your customers some respect.

    Very terrible experience. I choose 2 pieces of furniture, paid upfront and was due to collect it on appointment. None informed me I shouldn't come, because it was not there. Then waited for another week, still the furniture is not there. I went there 3 times in total as I couldn't get through on the phone for Updates. Endless phone line waiting without speak ing to a person. Reimbursement eventually came through after I canceled the purchase. The one piece I collected had storage/water damage and mold. Never ever will I go there again

    The worst customer experience ever. We will never buy anything from Höffner again and we will spread our experience with everyone as possible that no one will face the same. How a so big brand name cannot deliver what they promised. It is very very good example to study in schools how to avoid bad customer experience. Our order after 12 weeks waiting (which is before agreed) was ready to deliver. We received one week ahead an email which says we will receive our order 16.06.2023 between 7-13 o’clock (which is very wide time line). Around 12.00 o’clock we receive a call from transportation company that they can not deliver the order because we are living far and they did not put our order in track because of place issue (none of them are our problems to solve). After a couple of unsuccessful calls we reach the driver and they promised that they will deliver on next day (which is today 17.06.2023) between 10 and 12 o’clock. It s 13.00, no one arrived and they don’t pick their phone up. We are very very disappointed and still waiting for our order.

    Pretty dark experience at arrival. The illumination of the parking lots and the outside facade has been switched off (energy saving?). We barely found the way to the entrance by heading into the light of the entrance. Staff was friendly and they were exceptionally open until 8pm (usually closing time is 7pm). Baby strollers to borrow can be found near the entrance. That was good.

    I found it a nice collection and kind of ok guiding n consulting. I liked there the varieties of prices, brands n qualities. It is no way cheap if you have Ikea in head. The webpage is quite informative and well organized. I've not ordered anything online yet to be able to judge the service. It has a large parking place in case you go shopping with a large car.

    Highly recommended! It is much better organized in floors with different sections, and you have a huge variety of brands to choose! We did the kitchen with them, planning, installing plan, delivery and installation all included, and we got a nice discount because of the new year! A good price with all good brand electronic appliances included: french door fridge and a huge cooking plate on an kitchen island! They provide 0% interest rate financing aid.

    Horrible experience... if I can I will never order or buy anything at Höffner. We bought a sofa in the store Eidelstedt in Hamburg and they said the delivery is in 8-10 weeks. Finally we got the call that they bring the sofa, great. They brought it 4 hours earlier ( I couldnt prepare the apartment ), the delivery people were super rude and went to the bathroom without asking to wash their hands - with shoes of course. when we packed out we saw that they delivered 2 completely different part. we could barely reach them to make a complaint and when we did, they didnt offer anything in exchange. Now they ordered it again, which takes again 8-10 weeks. We still get some furniture next week dining table with chairs - hopefully it will arrive with legs lol
