In Hamburg's only bar of distinction there is simply EVERYTHING: cleverly mixed drinks in decorative little art vases, never-heard music from secret decades, hand-mashed hummus and wine from forbidden countries. Plus interesting art, readings, various duty-free products and the sure knowledge that you will be taken seriously and understood as a drinker. I support Bergblick and now mention its name more often in conversations.

Small bar. Lots of local flair. Very good, selected offer. Super nice owners. Only open two days a week. A nice experience.
