The hotel was really nice and a good location. The main reason for my 5 star review however is the staff. I left my ipad and glasses in the hotel after rushing to get a flight. The staff (Julia in particular) where so helpful in helping me get my stuff back despite issues I had with customs. Thank you Julia you have been fantastic.

Pleasant stay here. The rooms are really clean and large enough for your workout. The bathroom has a large glass on the bedroom. Could be not ok for everyone.

Very good hotel, very clean, very welcoming staff, the rooms were perfect, carefully cleaned. The breakfast was really varied, from sweet to savory. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is fine, the room clean, plenty of towels, beds comfortable. I got a room off the patio, so I can't comment on the noise I was worried about. The bathroom is fine, there's both a normal shower and a rain shower. Breakfast is good, but for this price range a bit disappointing in terms of choice. Nonetheless, what is served is tasty, and the red paste, probably from sun-dried tomatoes, was outstanding. Been spending almost 2 months here. Quite nice stuff members, however on the breakfast very strict, if you passed over 10:00, you will not be allowed to enter or if you are already inside, you will not be allowed to take anymore food or drinks.

Was lied to by the hotel. We booked a room for 2 adults and our 5 year old daughter. The room had only 1 bed. When we asked for a bed we were told we can't provide another bed for our daughter. So we all had to share a bed which was very uncomfortable. Staff were rude too. Will definitely not be staying here again. Also the shower has a window which exposes you when taking a shower. Terrible idea

The room is rather spacious and clean. It's just next to the Barmbek station which is only 3 station from the airport. Will difinitely stay again.

We loved staying at this hotel. Perfect location and easy to commute to nearby tourist attractions. There are lots of shops, restaurants and takeaway available. Just a walking distance from the Barmbek station and bus station.

I had a very extended stay here. Service was decent. Rooms were good. Could have had more variety to the breakfast menu.

Had an incredible stay. This hotel is wonderful. I have got a free travel pass for the train and buses. Breakfast was lovely. Room was so comfortable and location is amazing!!! Shame I can’t give 100/100 as that would be my score. Just perfect!!!

Clean & quiet hotel with comfortable bed & pillows. It's a great value option with the public transportation ticket included in the price for the whole duration of the stay. Would definitely recommend it! From the downsides - the rooms are rather small and the view might be non-existent (we had the view to the courtyard-roof of the 2nd floor) but if you plan to come over to the hotel only to sleep & have some rest before continuing exploring Hamburg - these points are of less or no relevance.

Wenn man etwas kritisieren mag, dann den etwas als unschön empfundenen Kontakt mit der Reservierungsdame. Aber Schwamm drüber: ich empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt!

Super modernes Gebäude mit öffentlicher Tiefgarage. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Beim Check in gab es ein kostenloses Upgrade und das Zimmer an sich war super ausgestattet und recht groß. Habe mich in den 3 Nächten super wohl gefühlt. Ticket für den Nahverkehr ist inklusive! Etwas tricky ist es, den Ausgang in der Tiefgarage zu finden, der direkt ins Hotel hochführt. Zunächst muss man in der Tiefgarage auf Ebene -2 fahren und dann quasi in einen etwas abgegrenzten Bereich, der vorher ausgeschildert ist, reinfahren. Dann sind leider keine Schilder mehr vom Hotel zu finden. Aber verfahren kann man sich nicht ;-) der Parkscheinautomat ist etwas 2 min zu Fuß vom Hoteleingang in Ebene -2 zu finden.

Amazing hotel, new and clean rooms, very kind people. The price is totally fair. The location is good, less than 3 minutes walking from the Barmbek train station.

A bit far from the city center but the metro U1 and U3 are just steps away. Hotel also provided the day pass to take public transportation for free. Grocery shopping downstairs made it easy to resupply our water and food. Will come back and stay again.

It is a very good and comfortable hotel. 100 m away there is public transport. These offer a direct connection to the mainstation, Reeperbahn etc. The ticket for public transport is included in the price. The only negative point is that there is no parking garage in the hotel. However, there is a public underground car park in the immediate vicinity. Costs 15 euros per day. We stayed two days... 30 euros! Unfortunately we lost our card for the car park so we had to pay a fee of 20 euros. 😉

I am very annoyed. The day of the check out the hotel charged to my account the same amount of the invoice they gave to me. But, 3 days later they charged to my account the expense again with a higher price. I have sent an email to the hotel and they replied me that the correct amount was the second one and that the double charge was, may be, an authorization process. I have told them that the invoice I have doesn't match with the second charge and I need the refund. They haven´t reply to me since that last email despite of my several claims and I continue having the double charge.

The rooms are clean and modern. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Additionally, the WiFi speed is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located close to U- and S-stops and surrounded by a coffee shop (Espresso House), various supermarkets and restaurants.

Best bar in town! Georgi und Pavel are super friendly and know what they’re doing! Drinks are definitely worth the price! My recommendations: Espresso Martini, London Buck and the cosmopolitan!
