This
review
relates
to
child
and
adolescent
psychiatry.
Starting
with
receiving
an
appointment
by
mail,
then
getting
3
calls
where
the
appointment
was
rescheduled
by
the
clinic.
You
should
be
there
15
minutes
before
the
appointment
so
that
all
preparations
can
be
completed
(that's
OK)
My
daughter
and
I
had
an
appointment
today
at
2:30
p.m.
We
were
there
at
2:20
p.m.
because
we
still
had
to
find
our
way
around
because
the
entrance
wasn't
specified
in
the
letter,
so
we
registered
and
waited
(40
minutes).
After
I
asked
when
it
would
be
our
turn
because
of
the
appointment,
the
lady
at
the
reception
looked
surprised
and
asked
if
we
hadn't
been
picked
up
yet.
"In
a
friendly
manner"
an
employee
intervened
without
being
asked
that
Mrs.
S.
makes
an
emergency
phone,
then
she
suddenly
changed
it
Her
statement
in
Ms.
S.
is
in
the
acute
care
clinic
so
neither
of
them
knew
what
phase
was.
The
appointment
was
as
agreed
with
Ms.
M.,
who
is
not
on
duty
today.
The
lady
at
reception
then
called
the
responsible
colleagues
again
and
nothing
happened,
so
my
daughter
and
I
left
after
waiting
50
minutes
despite
having
an
appointment.
You
should
also
read
through
the
experiences
on
a
clinic
portal
and
think
carefully
about
whether
you
want
your
child
to
go
there.
Thank
you
very
much
for
the
appointment,
which
was
not
kept
by
the
clinic.
Question:
Why
do
you
make
an
appointment
with
a
note
saying
you
have
to
pay
for
it
if
you
don't
come,
if
you
don't
keep
it?
Do
I
now
receive
€30
for
my
2
hours
of
wasted
life?
Since
you
neither
prepared
nor
attended
the
appointment?
