Allein bei dem Anspruch zur Herkunft und Qualität der Zutaten dreht man schon durch...aber erst die Zubereitung, Präsentation und Service sind ganz besonders gut und haben uns extrem begeistert. Die offenen Ravioli waren so aussergewöhnliche, dass wir sie einfach ein zweites Mal bestellen mussten. Die Weinbegleitung hat perfekt zum Menue gepasst. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Abend an die ganze Crew. Bitte bleibt bei eurem Konzept...es ist genau das auf was es ankommt. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Update vom 4.8.2022.: Es war wieder alles phantastisch. Heute haben wir uns für das vegetarische 5 Gänge Menü entschieden... Es war alles köstlich. Zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und ich bin absolut begeistert. Gerade mittags ein unschlagbares Angebot. So eine Qualität und Geschmack findet man mittags nur noch selten. Werden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Nicely prepared dishes with all local ingredients. Creative ingredients and compositions. We think the wine selection should be a bit wider than local, and the same goes for after dinner drinks. No whisky or cognac available, only local berry or fruit distilled stuff which isn’t our cup of tea.

Perfektes Essen! Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Es gibt ein vegetarisches und ein Menü mit Fleisch. Besonders nett fand ich, das für Speisen die ich nicht mochte eine Alternative gefunden wurde! Alle Gänge waren sehr gut, der Wein auch. Wir waren auf Städtetour in Hamburg und wären am nächsten Abend gleich nochmal gekommen, aber das Menü wechselt nicht wöchentlich. Na dann bis nächstes Mal! Ich freu mich schon.

Sehr schönes Restaurant , schlicht und reduziert, was sich auch auf der Karte spiegelt, alles in Bio und Regional der Geschmack im Vordergrund, schönes Geschirr! Aufmerksamer Service, sie weiss was sie tut.

Amazing food! Every dish is made from fresh and "bio" ingredients from local farmers etc. Superb quality and beautiful arrangement. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Overall our experience was at par/ slightly below expectations given the high price point. The food didn’t taste distinctive nor innovative enough and can be found at similar quality at a few other local restaurants. Prices seem to have increased significantly over the last 3 years, further fueling expectations of a more unique experience.

Outstanding restaurants. They offer only 2 menus, vegetarian or non-vegetarian. All its own made, they only use ingredients from the region, they reduce waste in all aspects. Awesome, convincing concept. If you are open to be guided to not-everyday-standard food - it is definitely the place to go! Already book a table upfront!

It was amazing!! As a slow food recognised restaurant, there is so much meaning behind their concept & you can taste that with every single bite you taste!! I’ve also phoned ahead to let them know I required gluten-free options and it wasn’t a problem at all! It was simply amazing!! Service was outstanding, too!! Thank you for this amazing experience!!

Zum dritten Mal vor Ort. Wie jeder Besuch ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Team lebt die Philosophie, die Qualität des Services und der Speisen und Getränke ist hervorragend. Wir waren mit Gästen vor Ort, die vorher nie im "Fine Dining" unterwegs waren und auch diese waren begeistert. Keine Berührungsängste, lockere Atmosphäre. Wohlfühlen garantiert.

VORSICHT ABZOCKE! Wer hier hinkommt und bspw. das Ambiente nicht mag oder den Geruch, kann nicht einfach wieder gehen. Die sehr unfreundlichen Betreiber verlangen dann - ACHTUNG - 75€ pro Person mit der Begründung man würde ja jetzt keinen Umsatz machen. Ein bodenlose Unverschämtheit. Ich kann nur dazu raten, dieses Restaurant nie zu betreten.

Es ist immer wieder ein absolutes Hightlight bei Wolfsjunge zu Gast zu sein.Wir sind für 3 Stunden verzaubert vom Geschmackserlebnis, unvergleichbarem Service, beeindruckendem Know-how und entspannter Atmosphäre. Unbedingte Empfehlung ist die Weinbegleitung
