As an Italian, this is the best pizzeria in Erlangen! Beware: THE ONLY ITALIAN PIZZA in Erlangen. As an Erasmus student I’ve been able to try this pizza for a long time and it’s always top quality, way more better that a lot of places in Milan and at the same level of original pizzas you can find in Naples. My suggestion is to go with a Diavola but remember that it’s spicy and it has Gorgonzola on it (a very strong taste Italian cheese, with a predominant odor. Quattro, Margherita and buona stella are also good, a lot of friends of mine were liking the DOP but it is not 100% what you’ll find in Naples. Payment by card always available and the beer is really nice.

Best pizza in Erlangen and in the whole region. Authentic pizzas for a very affordable prize in a cousy environment accompanied with tiptop service. The people are so nice and the pizzas delicious. Everything is prepared with love and care, the best ingredients, and you can taste it!

It was a very nice surprise to find such a good italian restaurant in Germany! We were at Erlangen for 2 days for a business trip and a colleague suggested to eat there. Pizza was the best way to end our first day in Germany!! All the pizzas we tried were really tasty, we should definitely go there again at our next trip!

Absolutely wonderful food and service. We were taken care of by a very knowledgeable and friendly waitress who really loved her job. The quality of ingredients on our pizzas was great too. Definitely worth a visit

They recommended the place to us as the best Italian pizza restaurant in Erlangen, and it was totally true, we loved it. We went very early, almost when they opened, so it wasn't difficult to get a table.

I recommend this restaurant to everyone. They do a good work. The pizza is só delicious and wonderful. They work with a lot of love and dedication. I loved their new location. It's much cozier and you can be more comfortable.

Unrivaled pizza place. By far the best pizza I've had in Germany, and it costs less than 10 euro! More than enough food as well. Enjoy it with a reasonable glass of wine to 4.5 euro. The staff are also friendly and the atmosphere nice. Can't recommend it enough

I've been wanting to try this place, as the pizza looks great and the reviews are excellent. Walked in about an hour before they closed, and about an hour before the entire family was to go on a 4 week vacation. They work hard, they deserve it! This wonderful lady greeted me (I wish I would have gotten her name) and explained they were out of pizza dough! I came in for the pizza and explained that this is the only pizzeria that I can find in Germany or France (in Marseille – supposedly a pizza mecca) that had Salsiccia (sausage / wurst) on their pizza. In the U.S. sausage is a standard offering, but apparently not in Europe. Anyway, she was very nice and showed me the Salsiccia they had left. I asked them if it is was possible for them to just make me a Salsiccia sandwich, and she very politely said, yes! I said I’m simple, just bread and sausage is all I need. I grabbed a Hefeweizen and anxiously waited. What they brought out was something spectacular (see pic). A nice crusty bread, salsiccia, marinated and sautéed cherry tomatoes, fresh Basil with slices of Buffalo Mozzarella (Buffelmozzarella) on the side. The Salsiccia was fantastic, a little mild (compared to the U.S.) but with extraordinary flavor. The tomatoes added something I was not expecting and the fresh buffelmozzarella was delicious. Oh, and that light, crusty bread, just like I like it. What a wonderful sandwich, not even on the menu, but maybe it will be! When I was finished, I thanked every one of them that I could see, especially the lady who greeted me and the man who made that very special sandwich. As great as that sandwich was, the best part of the night, for which I truly thanked them for, was for them treating me like family! They didn’t have to do what they did, they could have said, sorry, see you later. But they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I already had several different pizzas from several different places in my life (not joking) and I can easily say that Costa and his team prepares one of the best pizzas I ever had in my life. The authentic Italian pizza! Honestly I cannot recommend them enough in one single review but you will fall in love for this place in your first visit: the team is absolutely fantastic, you will feel welcomed from the very beginning, cozy atmosphere, extremely fair prices and only the best ingredients makes this place one of the best pizzas not only in Germany but in the entire world! Make sure you book it in advance specially during the weekends where they are super busy! Recommendation: their tartufo pizza is out of this world. Extremely recommended.

Cozy atmosphere, fresh pizza, nice staff. They were very accommodating and found me a spot even though they were super busy. They don’t have an English menu, but they’re willing to explain. Very generous with the toppings, but unfortunately I ordered the Spilinghina Pizza which is a “white” pizza (no sauce). The menu didn’t specify it didn’t come with tomato sauce. The gentleman at the cash told me they’ll make the change to the menu for the future. I’ll try them again to taste the sauce cause it looked amazing. Everything else was fresh and tasty.

It is definetely worth to come here and try their pizzas. The pizzas are very good and there exist a good variety of pizzas. I really enjoy to try different kinds of pizzas they have each time. However there is no beautiful ambiance, it is rather a simple place. I would eat my pizza and leave without spending so much time. I would still give 5 stars because of the unique taste of their pizzas.

Unbeatable pizzas, wonderful Italian wines, and desserts that reminds you that life is wonderful. The decor is not the most polished but the atmosphere is real and all patrons seem to be enjoying themselves – especially on busy nights. The servers seem as authentic as the food and always make me feel like they’re happy to see me back again. I always go for the delightfully spicy combo of Diavola with a glass of Nero d’avola. Maybe take a tiramisu for dessert, but definitely: I’ve never had a better espresso – try it.

One of the best pizzas in erlangen and the vibe of the place was so nice! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We also had chilli Öl with it which was alright. Highly recommended!

We ate here on a Friday evening, the pizzas are incredibly tasty and special and the drinks are also good. But I can highly recommend making a reservation early enough and asking for a quiet table away from the aisle. We reserved a table for the evening at lunchtime and only got one directly at the checkout. It was loud, chaotic and we heard all the conversations of the people in line. 😂 But the fact that the service was so friendly made it all worth it☺️

Best pizza in town. Just the best, highly recommended, it was one of the best pizza I have ever tasted. Just do not order the dessert. The tiramisu tasted like whipping cream instead of mascarpone.

An amazing must-have experience for Italian cuisine in Erlangen. Reserve a spot since it's always full! Home made pizza made in front of you. Staff is very welcoming and in general there was a lively atmosphere. The food? A++++++

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had in Erlangen. If you have a large group you should reserve a table, smaller groups can walk in but be prepared to wait as the restaurant is always busy. Great selection of pizzas on the menu and they can adapt any pizza to dietary requirements. The tiramisu tasted amazing.

Delicious and authentic pizza! no complaints, very hectic but in a good way. Pizza is priced well with premium toppings such as truffle at a slightly but affordable price. The restaurant does take a bit of time to prepare the food but its worth the wait. Definitely returning

This is the best pizza I have had in Germany. A very nice stop in Erlagen. The family size pizza is huge. The toppings were delicious, the crust was light and crispy.
