I have gone to Angel's Thursday Yin Yoga class 6-7pm for months & I always leave nourished, well rested & at peace. The Zen Den provides a welcoming community, knowledgeable teachers & a variety of services to choose from. You'll find this space quickly feels like home. As a teacher here- I highly recommend browsing the offerings & joining one of the amazing classes!!

The Zen Den HB is my new favorite place to be! The universe so perfectly connected me with Alison (The Zen Den studio owner). As I was looking for a studio just like this to go to and teach at! & thankfully, I’ve found both of those things here at The Zen Den HB. I’ve found a place that is so welcoming and makes you feel taken care of, loved, & supported! Any class and/or event I’ve been to here has left me feeling more in alignment with my mind, body, & soul and I continue to feel at peace after each class/event here. I’ve taken Alison’s Yoga classes, which are seriously the BEST! I’ve lived in HB about a year and until now there wasn’t any studio I felt comfortable doing yoga at. Lisa’s weekly Reiki Sound Bath class is also so wonderful!! This class will leave you feeling all the high vibrations. You’ll also sleep like a baby! & Sonya’s Cosmic Journey’s are a beautiful way to reconnect with your light energy. You seriously just can’t compare the energy at The Zen Den HB to anywhere else! So I recommend you come to experience it for yourself & maybe bring a few loved ones along :)

This is an absolutely wonderful yoga studio!! The space is clean and very inviting. I highly recommend going to classes here. I have taken yoga from Alison for many years and she is the best.

Took the breath work class on Thursday evening with Azriel & let me just say this class was exactly what I’ve needed. After feeling out of sorts for a while I knew I needed an energetic cleanse & this class gave me that and more. I was able to shift some perspectives I’ve had and I’m feeling refreshed. Thank you Azriel!
