Not very happy, the Thanksgiving Dinner was way below expectations. Barley any Turkey meat (one slice) and skimpy all around (a fork full of Sweet Potatoes for $19 out the door **Oh and No Senior Discount is Allowed** Thanksgiving the day to say thank you Norm's decides to Not Help Out Seniors when they really Need It. That's Just Terrible!! I guess it's better to make some profits off Seniors than thanking them for being loyal customers. Thanks Norm's I guess Denny's will get my order next year.

I missed this place being 24-Hours during pandemic. Glad they didn't fall victim to the closures. Great place for a late night meal with friends or just solo. The service is friendly and that adds so many more stars on top of the 5 I gave them. Keep up the good work!!!!

I’ve been a longtime Norms customer mostly because I used to live close to one and love breakfast food! I’ve tried all the chains and many local restaurants in So Cal and let me tell you that this Norms beats them all. Sure my server could have been more attentive and it gets loud as hell when it’s full but man the food and prices are amazing! I ordered the 321 special and coffee; it’s the perfect amount of food and the coffee is solid. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Just say NO to carbs. You still have great options remaining. You don't have to be the typical unhealthy American fatty eating hash browns and pancakes. Order protein and a side salad. This place does have healthy options. Good classic diner atmosphere. Very reasonable prices. Cool looking ceiling (see pic). Just don't be a glutton.

It’s a diner with surprisingly nice and some healthy menu items open 24 hours. Even though the mashed potatoes may look appetizing in the pictures, I wouldn’t get them again because they didn’t really taste like potatoes.

I was excited about the T Bone, but my cut was 50% fat, gristle, and bone. I was happy with the other parts of the meal, except for the overpriced coffee. My server and checkout hostess were kind and friendly. Men's room needs a deep cleaning and more frequent refreshing.

We had breakfast here. No waiting to be seated on a Sunday morning at 9am, which was nice. Immediate service, and good food. Server kept our coffee full! This is a good Norms

The service is always phenomenal. The food is always more plentiful than you think. Great late night option even if you’re trying to eat healthily:)

Pretty good...a little loud, but food is good.

Not so good. Portion sizes and quality of food weren't that great. Definitely not Norms standards pre pandemic. Service felt a little rushed. Steaks were over cooked. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

(Sunday 11/19/2023) Juan Carlos was our waiter and let me tell you. From the beginning he called us to the back as he saw there wasn't a hostess, he was very welcoming and very friendly. We have been to a lot of Norms before so my wife and I knew what we wanted. He was very quick with getting the order down and made a recommendation on getting the Beef Chicken fried steak. He was also very quick with bringing out the water and coffee. Overall we had a great experience and it was because of Juan Carlos. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

1 1/2 minute read: By now, can you guess which restaurant is my favorite? I had forgotten HUNTINGTON BEACH has a NORMS. We were somewhat early, for my wife’s appointment at PHENIX SALON SUITES, at the 5 POINTS PLAZA. We happened to be going on Beach Blvd, route 39, when Jocelyn (my wife) says, “THERE’S NORMS!” Both being hungry, I made a U-TURN and made a beeline to NORMS. The place was clean, friendly, smiling Staff and good food, makes for a happy married couple. Our waitress, LINDSIE, was ver cordial,greeted and seated us with a nice smile. I will now refer you to (photos) our choices. Thanks.

What is a once-a-week tradition until they got my hash browns messed up three times in past orders didn't let it bother me even tho they were mashed instead of hashbrowns and the vist after 3 sunny side eggs served raw and the waitress continues to argue with me and saying that to what I no I requested three sunny-side-up cooked eggs.. norm's if you read this please look into serving people better I did return sense than once but like I said you lost a returning customer

I've been going to this location for over 15 years. However, after the whole covid thing, the food has gone downhill. The cooks here are so inconsistent, I would order my usual new york steak medium rare and out of say 10 orders 6 of it would be well done.

Always reliably good food. The service is fast and efficient. Although, they have recently raised menu prices for a bit, they are still fair. I REALLY MISS their being open 24/7, and I sure hope that they eventually go back to their previous hours. All in all, not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but Good Food, at Fair Prices. Can't Miss!

Expectations were low, admittedly, so I was pleasantly surprised: clean restaurant, soap in the RR, newer tables and flooring. Food was pretty good. Onion rings much better than most, but the bread on my Cajun chicken sandwich was a bit soggy (had to switch to cutlery to do the job), and their version of Cajun seems to have nothing to do with spices. Overall I will come back for sure.

Had a club sandwich...traditional in every way and I loved it! Not on weird bread or a croissant..but white toasted bread with just the right amount of mayo and bacon. My daughter had a value dinner with a half sandwich and fantastic split pea soup. Came with a salad, and dessert.

5 stars to this Norms only because our waiter was excellent!!! She was on point. We did not have to ask for anything because she was very attentative and beat us to the punch! Must add that the night we went was busy and she was waiting on several tables as well. Service as this is not very common anymore! Must also add that our food was delicious. Better than most other Norms.

Always excellent at Norm's. The greeter was the best I've ever experienced. Her name is Anabel. Her smile and sweet voice will warm your heart. My two servers were Lorraine and Jody for the two nights I had dinner. They were so attentive and took really good care of me. I will be back to California and will visit this Norm's.

My Bigger Better Breakfast: two raw pieces of bacon, a bland scrambled egg on one plate, passable two pancakes were average. Hubby had the two porkchops which were dry and barely warm. Not a good experience, were understaffed and slow refilling coffee in the tiny cups they give. I can't recommend this place for good value

Loved it. Great prices and good food. Cotton Candy Lemonade and a New York steak and Shrimp.

I like Norms but the soup on this visit was bad and the veggies that came with the meal were just a giant ate of carrots! This photo shows the plate as served. The salad was good and the steak was good but the cut was not great .

Good food, good customer service, the manager always walks around and greet customers and refills coffee cups, food fresh the cooks are really good at making food look yummy we order chilaquiles verdes, and they were really good not all the chef's in Norm's cook good but this location I like the way they prepare food.

Late night service and quality of food is great. The style of food is perfect for any occasion and has some old school home style quality! Highly recommended!! Lots of available parking.
